One of these companies copied verbatim the terms from the other (only difference is company name). The only difference is that on Whizboards terms this is added - all else is 100% identical to globaltrailer:

Please contact our customer service dept. at 1-855-308-2767. to obtain a warranty claim # before sending back the product. Original packing and all parts must be sent back for all warranty claims. No Exception will be accepted!
You will need to send back the original invoice with the purchase date, which will need to be mailed back along with the product.
The warranty claim#/order# will need to be written clearly on top of the invoice and on the outside of the box for all returns. Any physical damages done to product will VOID the manufactures warranty. These will include any defect created by modification, misuse, abuse, accident, normal wear and tear, water, liquid or physical damage in not covered.
Please allow 48 hours for us to review your returned scooter so that we can inspect the Hoverboard. We will contact you once we receive this unit and send you an email message on the status of your return.
No Exception will be allowed!

We reserve the right to refuse a refund to any customer who repeatedly requests refunds or who, in our judgment, requests refunds in bad faith.
Once a warranty claim#/Order# notice has been issued to you, you will automatically receive an warranty claim# email confirmation and authorization witin 48 hrs.

My opinion: Whizboards copied from globaltrailer, reason I think so is what they added which has nothing to do with the site but with the product.
