Yes, pretty much a replay on GBLL but I do know that they bought a building and are setting up inhouse marketing via online tracking of foreclosures. IMO, this will be a winner as I see much trouble in the housing market. Fannie Mae and Mac are in deep trouble.
GBLL news:
HENDERSON, Nev., Apr 7, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Global Links Corp.
(GBLL)
("Global") announced today that it would launch a new subscription
service
program. The new data site will be available to Internet subscribers
and
will list daily county recordings of foreclosure notices of default,
notices
of sale and current REO properties. While this is not complete
nationwide
service, it will be the most complete foreclosure information bank
available
today. The scope of counties will be constantly upgraded as the
information
net develops. Three levels of membership will be available ranging in
price
from $49.95 to $99.95 per month. The mid level and top level will
include
auto-tracking of up to five and 10 foreclosure properties,
respectively.
"We have decided to launch this new service in conjunction with our new
foreclosure software, which is in beta testing. We will be working with
First American Title Co. as our information provider. This is a first
in the
foreclosure industry. We will be able to supply our subscriber base
with
thousands of daily leads and contact sources, as the information is
available. This is virtually the pulse of the foreclosure industry,"
stated
Frank Dobrucki, CEO of Global. Additional reporting features such a AVI
reports, subject property reports with comp information, transaction
history
and document imaging will also be available on a per item fee basis.
Subscribers will not need to purchase the software as it will be
available
as part of the monthly service fee. The software has been designed as a
computerized tracking system but does not have auto-information
updating.
The software release date is being postponed until June of 2004. This
will
allow time to complete future interface plug-ins for the Web site and
document service. Public Beta access to the subscription Web site
(r-e-info.net) will also be available in June 2004 with full online
access
beginning on Aug. 1 of this year.
"In addition to the software and Web site projects, we are currently
negotiating new products in the title and banking industries that will
be of
benefit to the real estate investment community. We are looking forward
to
positioning Global Links Corp. as one of the foremost real estate
information companies. This will give us a strong cash flow position
and
complement our real estate and additional projects," stated Dobrucki.
The
company will be making an announcement within the next two weeks to
update
all outstanding projects.

One L2 service that I have is showing NGAS at Bid .01 Ask 9,000
Ya think that is a little off? I never pay the Ask but....
OT, maybe, Czech,
I posted on AMEP INV Hub
Revenues will solve all Czech and I think 2nd Q will be triple last Q and will grow from there. JMO
Yes, contracts can have a BTU clause. Anything over 1100BTU is hot gas and sought after. Usually the contract states the NYMEX daily average and is computed for the month of sales. One thing that I always hated was the fact that if you sell gas for say April, the payment won't come until June. Bastards get the use of that money for a month before distributing the payment to producer.
Do you know any thing more about NGAS hedging gas?

June crude oil closed higher on Monday and posted a new
contract high. The high-range close sets the stage for a
steady to firmer opening on Tuesday. If the rally continues,
weekly resistance crossing at 38.50 is the next upside
target. The daily ADX (a trend-following indicator) is in a
bullish mode signaling that sideways to higher prices are
possible. Closes below the reaction low crossing at 35.35
would confirm a top while opening the door for a larger-
degree decline into early May.
June heating oil posted a key reversal up on Monday and
closed above the previous reaction high crossing at 96.00.
Today's rally opens the door for a possible test of weekly
resistance crossing at 98.92 later this spring. The high-
range close sets the stage for a steady to firmer opening on
Tuesday. Stochastics and the RSI are turning bullish
signaling that sideways to higher prices are possible near-
term. It will take closes below the 40-day moving average
crossing at 90.52 to confirm that a top has been posted.
June unleaded gas soared to another new contract high on
Monday and the high-range close sets the stage for a steady
to firmer opening on Tuesday. The daily ADX (a trend-
following indicator) is in a bullish mode signaling that
sideways to higher prices are possible near-term. Closes
below the 10-day moving average crossing at 119.47 would
signal that a short-term top has been posted.
I know I have said this before but it bears repeating. Nat gas futures have NEVER seen an increase in Summer months. Campers, buy some nat gas stocks and call them as part of your DD. Ask them about NET WORKING INTEREST and operating costs if they are not the operators. The operator is the boss even if he does not have highest NWI.
Buzz about your NGAS, Look at futures:
