I see it differently happy.
Brucie had a big mouth but he was also and foremost cannabis naive...
Some folks got "giddy" when he talked but.
Big endless talks about quality tested products but he could just not deliver in the end.
Canna customers are a weird bunch happy.
Sell them old stale weed once and they do not come back.
I wrote here in 2014 that Tweed,s model was doomed, so to say that they now got their stuff together is a strech
Let,s recap, shall we?
Canopy is bleeding money left and right
Constellation has come to realize that 2.0 & drinks was a flop
To stop the bleeding, they are closing all outside grows
READ: cannabis 2.0 is huge in legacy but less than 2% of all lp sales
98% of all Canada canna sales are flowers, but folks prefer Broken Coast
It makes sense for constellation to dump costly salaries and oversized greenhouses
2014 : Linton/Tweed goes to scale...
Linton, plan is simple...
With enough pumping, the Canadian cannabis medical 7 billion $ dollar market will change hands from dirty black market (read farmers) to Stock Market weed.
Tweed cannabis will be cheaper and better than BC BUD.
Linton packs poor genetics purchased from Legacy market with one time Health Canada purchase & blessing.
So, Tweed starts accumulating poor quality cannabis, storing in bags. No need for vacuum sealed packs with a little nitrogen added for freshness cause the stuff sells itself...
Everything will be bigger and better. Texas style.
Legacy market beware.
Linton gets a poinsettia master grower from Vermont and the rest is history...
Constellation,s suit gets 46 millions directing a company that loses 10 of millions monthly.
98% of all cannabis sales are flowers, but Canopy will be selling lots of 2.0 (Martha,s gummies, vapes, edibles, oils) even though 2.0 is less than 2% of total sales).
I had Hexo,s St-Louis showing me a 1 pound Ziplock bag, telling me with a straight face that what i was looking at was 11,000$...
Drivepack my man... is,nt cannabis legal?
Folks who partake this drug insist on freshness.
LPs do not offer quality products, loosing millions monthly.
Honestly drive, who is stupid enough to purchase bunk for a premium?
and no.. Martha has not invented CBD Gummies either.
DT man.
CO2 Extractors were CONCEIVED AND DESIGNED BY LEGACY MARKET!!!!
Canopy bone dry bunk weed is not cutting for Ontarians.
After all these years...
Doomed !!!

Wild west
Ontario losing 42 millions last year (after 2 years running a negative biz)
Unfortunately, Rae’s dismay is well-founded. As was widely reported in coverage of legalization here, Canada was in the driver’s seat to show the rest of the world how to create the foundations of the legal industry.
Among other things, legalized cannabis was expected to be responsible for 125,000 new jobs in Canada.
At the same time, Canadian universities responded with new courses in organic chemistry, genetics, chromatography and other pertinent subjects to meet the need for plant scientists and other specialists in what had been predicted to be a $22-billion-a-year industry.
Despite the advance preparation, the industry did not achieve the expected heights in its first two years. Cannabis sales floundered at the provincial level, with Ontario losing $42 million last year under Premier Doug Ford.
Newbs.
I understand Canopy is not about the plant Happy.
That is the cause of their failing.
They are growing more than they sell.
Hence customers reaction to poor/quality/old/stale flowers.
Lines are long gone...
Who want to pay 10 - 12- 14$ for a gram?
Raise your hands...
Suits sits on tons of old stale poorly packed canna flowers.
How long will they keep that stuff?
Expiring date anyone?
Suits counting beans are against paying the extra cost of nitrogen-vacuum-sealed-bags.
Who cares about quality and freshness, the pitch was Canopy HAD A LICENCE - WAS MISTER BIG. "the stuff sell itself anyways".
Now Awesomesound tells us that Canabis 2.0 (less than 2% of all Canopy sales) is overproducing and overstocked.
I hope there is an expiring date on those expensive products.
They cannot even compete on prices having the legal market to themselves with full police protection.
Of course not Young...
They are loosing millions monthly selling bunk.
once you go craft, you cannot go back to stock market bunk weed...
Here,s a list of 5 BOOMING Canuck non-stock market weed crafters.

These million $ grows bust are being thrown out of court in no time eagle... you know, no victims, no crimes...
These court case cost tax payers a fortune.
Cannabis is not a problem in our society. Fentanyl is.
Government simply seize properties and folks keep on keeping on.
It,s business as usual for cannabis farmers as canabis is legal.
Lps are losing money while legacy market is booming in Canada.
City of Vancouver is voting today to LEGALIZE ALL DRUGS.
https://cannabislifenetwork.com/watch-live-vancouver-city-council-votes-on-drug-decriminalization-today/
LPS are doomed !
It,s about premium quality at a fair prices, read 1 $ per gram.
Bone dry old weed is not cutting it with rec or medicinal.
Another dud to save Canopy losing millions monthly.
At 10$ to 12$ per gram, Canopy bone dry weed stays on the shelf.
Newbies purchase 5$ shake offerings by Hexo and others.
But even Hexo and others 5$ shake is not cutting it as they lose millions monthly. Only a matter of time before they pop.
Canopy Cannabis 2.0 (bev, hash, seeds, etc) is less than 2% of all sales.
You will be very happy with next Canopy Q numbers.
Folks are getting sick on stock market cannabis drinks.
Turns out THC differs from drink to drink.
The amount of liquid is clearly indicated but...
DOOMED
Don’t you know prohibition does’not work Bearly?
Move over Rover and let Jimmy take over.
One gets shut down, 3 more take over... lol

Alberta gaming liquor cannabis commission had sales of 266 million $ with 14.2 million $ in the red.
Tax payers will pick up the tab.
DOOMED !!!
www.cheapweed.to is pumping pounds for less than 700$ (24/7).
Folks who cannot grow themselves purchase online.
Customers get fresh cannabis for less than 2$ Per grams.
Bloated lps are doomed folks.
over the past year, the price of dried cannabis sold by the Canadian producer fell sharply from CA$5.68 per gram to CA$3.70 per gram because of excessive supply from sector players.
Repeat after me please : DOOMED
Canopy is a dead duck
Aurora- Hexo and others tried to sell cheap weed. Did not make a penny. They now want to grow fire for more $
Meanwhile, Canopy are over-stocked with tons of way too expensive bunk dry weed nobody cares for
Who wants to pay 12$ for a stale gram?
They are doomed.
“they get paid not to farm”
shows in the product
Why would any bank jump in doog?
Canopy is the red after 6 years running doog.
Bank?
lol
Give farmers a chance at farming.
However, advocates were quick to point out that the 2020 version that was introduced this week, A-21, doesn’t mention expungement at all — and diverts most of the money made by cannabis directly to police departments. During the Monday morning hearing, Rev. Charles Boyer, founding director of Salvation and Social Justice, called for a reevaluation of who will benefit from the bill. “This bill has been shaped by the industry, and shaped by law enforcement,” he said. “What it does lack is real, robust shape from the people most devastated by the drug war.” He called for additional excise tax to pay for community programs, as well as a higher percentage of licenses to go to the minority communities that have been hardest hit by cannabis prohibition. At the hearing, numerous people on the two-and-a-half-hour call addressed how the bill was lacking in that area. Jessica Gonzales, speaking on behalf of Minorities For Medical Marijuana, put it succinctly: “In 206 pages, nearly 90,000 words, the word ‘social equity’ does not appear once.”
Another dud folks...
Don’t they know prohibition does not work?
What ever happened to good old free market anyway?
Canopy has a last Q net loss of 97 millions after 6 years running (a collapse business).
And for good measure, a cannabis-naive-suit is being paid 45 millions $ annually to run Canopy to-the-ground.
Where is Martha?
they are still pumping the same refrain... dollars and cents.
At some point, they are bound to understand what sick folks want, quality cannabis at cheap prices.
LP cannot drop prices any further loosing millions. Who will buy mega structures?
And not being able to grow quality products after 6 years running?
Anybody home?
They will go the Dodo way.
Doomed !
Tel me Always, why would Canopy fare well in the USA?
Street, you are parroting Linton’s 2014 sales pitch...
In the real world, cannabis sells itself ONLY IF it is fire and cheap. Read : 10$ an once.
Tweed has been at it for 6 years and they have failed on both counts.
Linton sold you scale, and, not knowing any better, you bought it...
Welcome to the jungle.
Canopy is loosing money every single day producing more than they sell.
Why would they do any better in USA?
They have the most money and the biggest safe, but they burned their reputation long ago by producing junk.
6 years growing stock market bone dry bunk weed and still in the red...
Doomed !
how about good quality at a fair prices widdle?
Convenience is all ready built-in. It has been for decades. Good distribution and well stocked fresh cannabis.

TOP 5 CRAFT CANNABIS GROWERS AND THEIR BEST STRAINS
LIN SHENJUNE 23, 2020
CANNABIS CANADAFEATUREDREVIEWSTOP 7S4933 VIEWS
Craft cannabis is a delicacy; although, it is often difficult to find growers that produce quality weed. Well, look no further because here are our top 5 picks of craft cannabis growers who have mastered the art of cultivating exquisite weed that will knock your socks off.
What is craft cannabis?
The term craft cannabis has been diluted in recent years. Technically, it should refer to cannabis that is grown in small-batches using cutting edge cultivation techniques. This produces an exceptional flower that is considered boutique by comparison to most other cannabis. These next 5 growers cultivate some of the best quality weed you can find in Canada.
SPACE BROS
One of the most hype brands in Canadian craft cannabis is Space Bros. With cutting edge medical facilities, Space Bros breeds and pheno-hunts thousands of strains a year, selecting only the top handful to provide the highest quality products. These AAAA nugs are organically grown with strong terps and a clean burn. Not only do they have outstanding weed, but they also have one of the most sought after brands in the market with a lot of hype surrounding their new launch.

Space Bros will be launching its in-house branded strains this summer. However, I was lucky enough to try out some of their pre-launch cultivars. El Chapo, Dallas Bentley OG, and Pink Grizzly all have authentic gassy terps for all you fuel lovers out there. Although a little small in bud size since they’re fully organically grown, these nugs are coated in trichomes and have strong flavours. Not to mention they pull smooth and burn clean.

Sacred Gardens Craft Series
Another remarkable grower is Sacred Gardens Craft Exotic Cannabis. Based on Vancouver Island, Sacred Gardens pheno-hunts for strains with unique terpene profiles and exotic flavours cultivated using micro-cultivation methodology. Their weed is representative of what true Canadian craft cannabis actually is. Sacred Gardens Craft strains have high THC content and impeccable quality control including batch ID, date Harvested, and date packed as labelled on every package.

Some of my personal favourite strains from Sacred Gardens are Rainbow Driver, Wedding Crasher, and Dosie-Pie. These strains have exceptional terpene profiles that are sweet with a bit of spiciness to them. These glistening nugs are packaged in resealable bags that come with a 2-way humidity pack to keep the weed at optimal freshness.
Sacred Garden Products
You can find their products on https://stashbox.site or follow them on instagram @sacred_craft_series for more information on all the strains they grow and other products.
Unlicensed Producer
Unlicensed Producer, based in Manitoba, has a long history in growing and is known to be one of the top growers in Canada. Unlicensed Producer is infamous for growing top quality strains that have spot-on terpene profiles and are covered in trichomes. These beautiful nugs are hard to find and one of the most exclusive drops on the market.
Ghost DRops Craft Cannabis Growers
Bud pics from @unlicensedproducer
Some of their top strains include First Class Funk, Banana Punch, and the renowned Gorilla Glue 4. You can rely on Unlicensed Producer to bring out the strongest and most accurate terpene profiles for these strains. Unlicensed Producer’s version of Gorilla Glue 4 has the truest and closest terpene profile to the original G.G.4 strain.
Ghost Drop Products

Unlicensed Producer does exclusive, small-batch releases through Ghost Drops at https://ghostdrops.net/ which almost always sell out immediately. But be prepared to drop some bank because this luxury weed is quite pricey.
Gastown Craft Cannabis
Gastown Craft Cannabis is a full-service producer of in-house cultivation and extraction. They have deep roots in the BC cannabis scene and are known for their consistency, variety, and branding. The team is well recognized as some of the leading professionals in craft cannabis, producing beautiful nugs packaged in their iconic gas cans.

Pink Gas in a Gas Can – Photo from WeedMaps
Some of my personal favourites are Pink Gas and Pine Tar which has gassy and piney terps and are heavy hitters with strong sedative effects. Then there’s the bright and citrusy mimosa with uplighting effects and one of the most pleasant smelling orangey terp profiles I’ve smelled. The quality of every batch is consistent and reliable so you can expect great weed for every order.

You can check out their weed on their Instagram @GastownFire. They also have a line of apparel on their website https://www.gastownapparel.com.
Prohibition Farms
And to end it with a banger, Prohibition Farms is a Manitoba-based grower and retailer of some of Canada’s cleanest cannabis. The flower is grown with care and attention without any pesticides, PGR, or sprays, producing clean, sticky, and potent buds on par with some of the finest cannabis in California. What is notable about Prohibition Farms’ weed is that they are PGR-free. PGR is a growth chemical used by some growers that act as plant steroids which you want to avoid smoking. Prohibition Farms’ Chief Cultivator produces incredible looking buds au naturel without using chemical enhancers like PGR. Because of that, their weed is some of the cleanest burning on the market with ash as white as snow.
Prohibition Cultivation
You know you’re weed is clean when your ash looks like coke…
One of their top strains is the Mac 1. Although there are many versions of the Mac 1 by different growers, Prohibition Farms’ version of Mac 1 stands out. This pheno was hunted from authentic Capulator seeds boasting a very unique terpene profile for this strain. Instead of the usual citrusy terpenes on typical Mac 1s, the Prohibition Farms’ version has meaty and savoury terps. Another top strain would have to be their LA Kush Cake. I speak from personal experience– this Indica dominant hybrid strain will lay you out. They also do exclusive in-house drops including French Toast, Milkbone, and one of my personal favourites– That’s What She Said (dropping soon).

You can find more information about their strains on their Instagram @prohibition_farms and purchasing details on their website at https://prohibition-farms.com/whoweare. Although due to COVID-19, they don’t have anything available on their website as of now that won’t be for long.

Whether you’re a connoisseur or just looking for good weed, these top 5 craft cannabis growers are definitely must-tries. Their craft cannabis strains have some of the most exquisite terpene profiles that taste good and burn clean. Smoking boutique weed is an indulgence; once you go craft, you can never go back.
