I agree, need update, unless Buzzy plans to release everything tomorrow morning at the open. Let's see tomorrow morning but, that's not the way I would do it.
Well Folks, without confirmation and details of our IPO, it looks like, to me at least, there will be a slight delay; what say you?
Well, Good morning $VGID, time to wake up!
Okay, I know - too much talk, no action... And I agree, because it gets me in trouble too, all the time, in this narcissistic Society. For instance, when I talk about my weight, my stock, or my dreams I'm optimistic to a fault; love to speculate optomistically. However, I've learned that this absolutely drives some people nuts in the world we live in today; my optimism is just not shared by everybody!
That said, personally, I know I'm doing the optimistic thing for at least two reasons: 1 is to motivate myself, 2 is communicate my vision with others. And, I came by my optimism normally and naturally. So, in Buzzy's defence, I believe he did too, through his experiences, culture, and upbringing and I applaud his optimism. Although, just as I have learned, Buzzy will have to temper his optimism so as to not mislead people and set them up for huge disappointments.
All Things Considered, I choose to take Buzzy's optimism and his promises in a positive light, because, it communicates his vision if nothing else. And, whether or not it happens in his time frame, we, at least, now have all of these fantastic promises to look forward to and I'm excited! Go $vgid, go Buzzy!!?
I've got a good feeling about this stock and CEO; time will tell. And if it doesn't work out, well, it wouldn't be the first time I've been scammed and probably not the last time either.
Now, perish the thought, I expect updates and progress reports any day now on all of the things Buzzy promised and more. Then, I suspect one day soon we'll look back from our lofty vantage and will have forgotten all about these minor delays. $VGID!
You know, at this point now, I would much rather Buzzy delay the date of record instead of releasing the IPO details after the date of record; makes much better sense. Think about it, if he were to delay the date of record by one month, for instance, and release the IPO details as soon as possible, then that would provide some time and a chance for folks wishing to buy into the dividend. Then too, this might give the flippers and whiners a chance to get out. Then, during that new time period, he could release the 7-Eleven agreements information, and the website details too, woohoo! $VGID!
The conference call is worth a listen: $VGID!

Larry "Buzzy" Twombly
Well, let me give you a third version to consider then, Buzzy's exact text:
"Finra is fine. They have signed off on what we are doing. All we need from them now is ratio."
Furthermore, if you consider for one minute Investor 601 is pure of motive then you haven't been here very long and don't understand that he only want your shares.
Herein lies the problem, I suspect you didn't listen to the last conference call, the previous one either, or any others for that matter. Well, I have, and I can tell you that Buzzy, most assuredly, is making every effort to communicate his plan. Furthermore, everything he has communicated with me is just part of his plan and confirmation of what was already mentioned in the past or said in the conference calls!
Condidering, I submit you're trying to make something out of nothing... Buzzy is only trying to reach out to us between press releases and share his vision for $vgid. Now, I've always said, the only thing we lack in this country is vision. And, well, Buzzy has a vision and I'm happy to support his vision! Go $VGID!
Well, talk to Buzzy then. On two separate occasions he texted me that FINRA is good...
Well yes, Buzzy has indicated everything is fine with FINRA so it looks to me our IPO spin-off is a done deal by the date of record of October 31, 2017. However, if the details of the IPO don't come out ahead of time then it seems like a missed opportunity for the people who would like to buy into the dividend; particularly if the numbers, ratio and price per share, look good!
Yes, purchase by Friday.
The United States is one of the last areas of the world when it comes to changing to T+2 settlement... Another major difference is how this new change affects dividends. According to NYSE Rule 235 and Nasdaq Rule 11140(b)(1), the ex-dividend date cycle has been shortened from two days to one day before the record date. Issuers with a record date on or after Thursday, September 7, 2017, will abide by the new one-day ex-dividend cycle. This is important for dividend investors because it shortens the timing of when a stock needs to be purchased for the holder to be eligible for the upcoming dividend.
I'm willing to give Buzzy the benefit of the doubt. I think it is going to be a great week!
Chances are excellent, nearly 100%, that we get significant updates this week. Texted Buzzy last Thursday and he indicated FINRA has approved everything in his IPO plan; just waiting now for the ratio. So, with FINRA approval for our Leaf of Faith IPO that means the date of record is good, October 31, 2017, and it is go time, full speed ahead!
Now, with the date of record next Tuesday already I'm expecting a launch of sorts this week: details of the IPO - ratio and price range, details of the 7-Eleven contracts, and a new website. Getting so close it's palpable, excited, can't wait! $vgid!
If you've been in vgid for over 2 years I understand how you might be losing paitence. Though, why now when we are just starting to hear rumblings of progress and could be days away from something very significant!!!
Remember, most new businesses fail within the first two years. Buzzy hasn't failed, in fact, he has a plan, seems like a good one, and by all appearancses we are about to witness the launch of his plan in a big way: October 31st date of record for Leaf of Faith IPO spin-off, a Goldman Sachs Facebook type IPO in the very hot and exciting cannabis sector; details coming likely this week but certainly by middle of next week. Buzzy said finra has approved this IPO, just waiting on the ratio. Then, Buzzy mentioned in his last conference call a 7-Eleven contract for both Fernhill and vgid; expecting/promised official word any day now regarding 7-Eleven contract. And finally, to tie it all together nicely, is the new website Buzzy is working on and I hear is nearing completion.
Mike, this is big, real big in the OTC, wouldn't you say, if he pulls it off. Exciting times to be a V Group investor. It is time for Action, it's go time, and I have come to believe Buzzy is going to get it done. Go Buzzy, go Leaf of Faith, go Medi Mike!
Yeah, it's been pegged at number one solid all weekend long. There's a lot of good things coming/promised in the next 2 weeks and the word must have gotten out. Now it seams there are a lot of people looking at us. $vgid!
Good discussion
You're welcome!
One more thing, I've seen vgid climb the breakout boards many times and sometimes wondered why because there were so few posts and no news?
I think that's fair and I don't pretend to know how sophisticated the comparison is with other stocks: likely a simple comparrison rather than some big complicated algorithm. Bottom line, the activity in vgid is evaluated and then compared to the activity in other stocks. From there we each have to make judgement as to its significance.
The breakout boards were created to track activity and that activity is then compared with the activity in other stocks. VGID is very active right now, so much so that we've hit # 1.
So, what does that mean you ask; well, sometimes it doesn't mean much, could just be just a bunch of chatter, fluffy news, and then arguments back and forth on ihub without much substance. However, in this case we know there may be substance coming and we know the talk is about material events and in this way # 1 is significant. It indicates a possible event, a press release, progress update, or some material event which, if confirmed, could cause $vgid to break and run.
The latter is true here and most on this board know it, that is if they are honest about it. For the new folks who have noticed we are # 1, they will have to figure out which is true, the former or the latter. In this case it's quite clear what's going on here and with a little due diligence these new potential investors will find that $vgid is a hidden Gem about to be uncovered. Go $vgid!
Well, you'd have to rip my shares out of my cold dead hands!!! Go $vgid, go Buzzy!
Still number one on the breakout boards. It may not mean much to some though to me it means a lot of chatter and new attention.
I hear you and, for me at least, it feels like deja vu all over again! Wouldn't that be grand! GLTA, Go BuzZy! Go $VGID!
Yes, the share structure is a thing of beauty. CEO Buzzy owns half the outstanding shares which leaves little more then 600 million shares in the float and that's not much left to go around when the whales return.
Now, despite what it looks like on the board this weekend, the float is locked and appears to be in strong hands reflected in our chart with very low volume for weeks, even months now. Right now, we are just waiting on the promised material events expected, in fact, by the end of the month! $VGID!
Okay, admittedly, the Fernhill rollout was a little rough. However, one year later and you are now looking at reportedly 3 million dollars in revenues. If the upcoming financials indeed reflect 3 million dollars then Fernhill is well on its way and picking up steam. Remember though, 3 million dollars Nationwide is not much exposure.
Now, the 7-Eleven contract if true, and I believe it is, will be huge. In my area in the Pacific Northwest there are 7-Eleven stores everywhere. This kind of exposure will kick-start Fernhill, and V Group is following right behind on the coattails with its own 7-Eleven contract. A press release confirming the 7-Eleven contracts and introduction of Buzzy's new product is going to be a big deal; wouldn't you agree?
Wow, you poo poo the Leaf of Faith IPO spin-off comparing it to Fernhill, except, it looks like Fernhill is going to be successful. Anyway, there is no comparison between that type of spin-off, reverse merger into a shell that will be difficult to audit, and this Goldman Sachs Facebook type IPO with an underwriter. We will just have to wait and see but the wait won't be much longer as I expect the details next week, if not, then certainly the following week.
Okay, admittedly the road to this point has been paved with delays and disappointments, however, it looks like a Breakout is just around the corner and just what we've all been waiting for. Boys and girls, I submit that now is not the time to jump ship because this ship is just about to Launch! Go Buzzy, go $vgid, go Leaf of Faith!
Wow, just noticed we are number one on the breakout boards, woohoo!
Look, if you want reassurance and guarantees too, well, I'm sorry, there are none in the OTC world. However, my due diligence tells me that vgid is about to lunch; what say you?
Are you kidding, in the OTC, three or four products nationally recognized; that's a great start: Buzzy spun off the best of vgid to create Fernhill and now they're looking at potentially 3 million dollars in revenues their first year... And next year, the sky is the limit with a new 7-Eleven contract. I expect 5 million is in the cards next year easily and that is significant... Significant also in that, a Fernhill success indicates the success of Buzzy's next IPO, Leaf of Faith!
One more thing, Buzzy told me that finra approved everything; just waiting on the ratio. Doesn't that tell you that the date of record is pretty much set in stone?
My due diligence tells me that it's Full Speed Ahead. Go $vgid, go Buzzy!
Okay, let's see, I'll put up my five days against your five years and take that bet to the bank. And I'll double up on the following week Go Buzzy!
$VGID is happening now, not months or years from now and I think next week is going to be good. For instance: Buzzy has to release the details of the IPO because we are so close, little more than a week left is all, to the date of record of October 31st 2017, then he promised a 7-Eleven contract, and tie it all together with the new website and that, boys and girls, is a game changer! Go Leaf of Faith, Go Buzzy!
Fair enough; CEO accountability is important and follow through critical to the success of any company. That said, with the information I have and after talking with Buzzy I choose to believe this is just the quiet before the storm and the updates we have all been waiting for are coming, and soon and that they will be significant! Go Buzzy!
Agreed, it is certainly Time for Action, and everything tells me that Buzzy is going to get it done! Now, if it doesn't happen within a respectable amount of time then I'm with you, follow through is essential, and it is go time.
Now, there have been enough promises that if half are fulfilled this will become a real company and that's a big deal. To go from trips to a real company with real products, real contracts, revenues, and spin-offs too will launch this company and you've seen it already, the sky is the limit!!! $vgid!
Okay, look, nobody says that the USA Today story didn't happen. However, that story happened so long ago, been explained so many times, and Buzzy made amends too, so, where are you going with this; beat him up for the rest of his life? That's just so un-American; we are the most forgiving people in all the world except for the likes of you.
No, I submit to the likes of you that one could make a case, because of Buzzy's mistake, that he is now on terror to be successful in a big way just so he can put the mistakes of his past behind him once and forever, and that's really good for you and I. In my book at least, Buzzy has been transperent, beleavable, and trustworthy: his story is incredibe and so exciting that it's hard not to root for this guy!!!
All Things Considered, it's way too early to dismiss Buzzy, especially now, when he is just about to launch his company in a big way! It's disingenuous of the likes of you to dismiss Buzzy right now, right before all the promised updates of his progress. So what's your motive?
Yeah, it's taken a couple years but, it always does to start up a new company... And, all the evidence points to the fact that we are just about to go from next to nothing to a company with products, contracts, distribution, and spinnoffs too, and with a new website to tie it all together like with a golden ribbon, woohoo! It's launch time. Go Buzzy, go $vgid!
Look, if you're long here then the only thing you've accomplished by this negativity is bring out every naysayer with a motive on this board to support you with their crashing.
I am long too, obviously, with a tidy sum of shares as well and have always supported Buzzy and his efforts. From my experience, if you are genuine and sincere Buzzy will responded to your questions; maybe not all but when he can. Give him a call or text a brief and specific question and I think he will answer you.
I like it that Buzzy is involved with his shareholders and hope it continues though I suspect, when the website is up, this type of communication will be a thing of the past. Now, that will be okay too if we get regular updates on the website. $vgid.
Dude, sounding a little hot under the collar and wet behind the ears. Patience is the name of the game here and it's only a matter of time now. When it comes I think it's going to be good! Launching soon, get your golden ticket. $vgid!
Well, I have Buzzy's word and he's never lied to me before. In this world you give a man the benefit of the doubt until he proves otherwise. Go Buzzy!
