You know, at this point now, I would much rather Buzzy delay the date of record instead of releasing the IPO details after the date of record; makes much better sense. Think about it, if he were to delay the date of record by one month, for instance, and release the IPO details as soon as possible, then that would provide some time and a chance for folks wishing to buy into the dividend.
