Good Morning Subbers
CTKH #1 Quote request leader @ pink sheets this morning.
If we can hold the baseline of .0015 today and possibly rise from there this thing has a chance of being a real player. If more consolidation comes in today then it's just not the time for a run and will need news to build strength for next leg up.
Tom allinder @ hotstockchat.com is the wildcard if he is on Traders Nation today @ EST 11:00 am He will talk about CTKH and Nano tech in general being a hot ticket for investors. I really don't think this is a fly by night pump & dump, but time will tell. Good luck Subbers!!!

Moderation in all things. You used officers discretion because it is well within your right to do so...and, it is expected of you as well. Without a little justice from time to time you would loose respect. And the board would run WILD!!! Hey we're just kids playing around out here in the candy store, once in a while things get a little crazy. It's expected. You ARE appreciated and liked by most everybody.

MARKET UPDATE AND STATS FROM Yahoo! Finance:
12:00PM: With newsflow on the light side of things, the market used yesterday's mild dip as a buying opportunity, with the major averages retracing the entirety of the pullback and then some in today's session... The advance is reflective of the underlying bullish trend for stocks and has catapulted the Dow, S&P 500, and Nasdaq to new 52-week highs... The favorable bias has been supported by economic data, including the revised Q3 Productivity report at 9.4% (consensus 9.2%) and the ISM Services report at 60.1 (consensus 64.0)...
Although below the consensus, the ISM Services report was very strong and supportive of a Q4 GDP reading of 4% or above... The bulk of the sectors are trading in positive territory, with leaders to the upside including the networking, semiconductor, software, telecommunications, drug, transportation, and broker/dealer sectors... Groups in the red include the gold, oil services, internet and hardware sectors... The Nasdaq has spent the bulk of the session outperforming its blue-chip counterparts on a relative basis due to the resilient technology sectors...
Contributing to the positive sentiment are upgrades of Peoplesoft (PSFT 21.71 +0.63) and Oracle (ORCL 12.94 +0.54) to Buy from Neutral at UBS, saying the gradually improving IT spending environment favors the companies... Elsewhere, the bond market is volatile, with the 10-year note currently little changed at -2/32, bringing its yield up to 4.39%...

Thxs Roger,
But I could care less what it looks like. What I am concerned about is how it functions. It functions well.... except that I cannot place orders on anything under a penny without calling a broker. AND oh yes, pay broker fees every time that I do it which is often because I like to trade the sub-penny stocks. So because of this, I am planing an exit from scotttrade because it is NOT user friendly toward online traders that place orders out three places .000 Of course I realize that the profit margin is quite large from this UH hum short coming. But hey, the website looks GRRRRREAT!!!!!
Thxs.
P.S. Make it more user friendly and you will double your bottom line. Because in the long run it's not what you look like, it's what you do!

'January Effect' Inspires Hope For Small-Cap Stocks
by Andrew Leckey
Diminutive. Slight. Modest.
Stocks of small companies have always had a complex when being compared with their larger brethren. This becomes more pronounced after a volatile year of poor performance such as 2000 and talk of an economic slowdown in 2001.
Yet hope springs eternal based on what's called the January Effect. Since 1925, small-cap stocks have turned in average January gains of more than 5.9 percent, compared with the measly 1.5 percent average gain logged by the Standard & Poor's 500 for that same month.
While this seasonal event can be significant and powerful, it unfortunately is not totally predictable or consistent. Some experts say the upward movement often actually begins in November, while others note that the entire gain can occur in a scant five-day period at the beginning of the year.
So it's not really anything you can hang your hat on. If you try to get fancy with your portfolio to take advantage of it, there's a good chance you'll outsmart yourself and pay the price. It makes more sense to think of small caps as price-drop survivors that might be bargains if you do some careful stock picking.
"Small-cap stocks are more attractive than they've been for a while because their fundamental story improves by the day," said Satya Pradhuman, director of small-cap research for Merrill Lynch. "For example, demand for technology remains intact in a competitive environment in which companies struggle to get more out of each employee through storage, communications and other equipment that helps them do better."
The valuations of small-cap stocks based on their earnings are at the lowest levels since the mid-1970s and much more favorable than those of large caps.
"We're pretty excited about small caps in general, and especially the tech stocks hit by price declines that we're buying again," declared Robert Gardiner, portfolio manager of Wasatch Micro Cap Fund, which is up 45 percent in value over the past 12 months. "It's been a bear market for small caps for a while, so there are a lot of eclectic companies out there with attractive valuations."
Even in an economic slowdown, there are plenty of nimble small companies likely to experience strong growth, Gardiner contends. Lower interest rates courtesy of the Federal Reserve are another potential plus.
"The small-cap asset class traditionally has companies that need to finance growth as they burn cash, so the cost of capital coming down through lower interest rates has got to be a positive for small-cap stocks," explained Howard Penney, a small-cap strategist with Morgan Stanley Dean Witter. "Besides technology, we're looking a diversified small-cap portfolio that includes consumer names and financials."
Small caps should only represent a portion of your overall personal portfolio. Due to inherent volatility, buy a basket of individual stocks or a mutual fund in order to diversify and reduce risk.
Morgan Stanley Dean Witter currently recommends shares of Concurrent Computer, producer of video-on-demand and high-performance computer systems used in air-traffic control, weather forecasting and hospital data; Patterson Dental, distributor of dental equipment and supplies through a direct sales force and catalogs; and InFocus, manufacturer of projection products that present out put from personal computers and other devices for use in business, schools and government.
Merrill Lynch favors Advance Paradigm, provider of pharmacy benefit management services to health plans; Anixter International, distributor of wiring and networking systems for voice, data and video networks; Cerus, developer of systems to improve the safety of blood transfusions; and Conectiv, an electric and natural gas utility with customers in the eastern U.S.
Other Merrill Lynch choices are Questar, a natural gas company in the western U.S. with a 2,580-mile pipeline; Michael Foods, operator of egg farms and manufacturer of food products; Noble Affiliates, which operates oil and natural-gas wells worldwide; Universal Health Services, a hospital management organization that owns and operates 21 acute-care hospitals and 20 psychiatric hospitals; and Yellow, provider of freight transportation services to the "less-than-truckload" shipment market.
Wasatch Micro Cap Fund portfolio holdings include Amsurg, which develops and operates practice-based ambulatory service centers; 02Micro International, which sells power management circuits; Charles River Associates, provider of legal, regulatory and business consulting to many corporations; OrthAlliance, provider of management and consulting services to orthodontic practices throughout the U.S.; and ICU Medical, manufacturer of proprietary disposable medical devices to protect health-care workers from the accidental spread of infectious diseases.
The small-cap stock funds that have performed best over the past 12 months, according to Morningstar Inc., have been:
Schroder Micro Cap Fund-Investor Shares, New York; $83 million in assets; currently closed to new investors; "no load" (no sales charge); $10,000 minimum initial investment; (800- 344-8332; up 143 percent.
New Alternatives Fund, Melville, NY; $48 million; 4.75 percent load; $2,500 minimum; (800) 423-8383; up 54 percent.
Sentinel Small Company Fund, A shares, Montpelier, VT; $184 million; 5 percent load; $1,000 minimum; (800) 282-3863; up 48 percent.
SG Cowen Opportunity Fund, A shares, New York; $35 million; 4.75 percent load; $1,000 minimum; (800) 262-7116; up 46 percent.
Wasatch Micro Cap Fund, Salt Lake City; $214 million; no-load; $2,000 minimum; 800-551-1700; currently closed to new investors; up 45 percent.

Post #of 3110
Surge at U.S. factories has Q4 GDP looking strong
By Victoria Thieberger
NEW YORK, Dec 1 (Reuters) - An unexpected leap in U.S.
manufacturing in November suggests economic growth won't slow
as much in the fourth quarter as some analysts expected, as
business activity picks up some of the slack from consumer
spending.
After the Institute for Supply Management reported its best
reading on factory activity in two decades and the first
positive reading on employment in 37 months, economists
speculated manufacturing jobs in the monthly payrolls data
could turn positive as early as the November report due out
this Friday.
"We may finally see jobs starting to play a role in this
recovery. We can certainly count on 200,000 or so a month for
next several months, and I wouldn't be surprised if it turns
out to be stronger than that," said FTN Financial chief
economist Christopher Low.
All the indications are that the dramatic surge in economic
growth in the third quarter, to 8.2 percent, took business
executives and factory owners by surprise, and they are now
scrambling to catch up with demand.
A question in the ISM survey that asked companies about
inventories found no one said levels were excessive. As
manufacturers rebuild depleted stocks, they will have to ramp
up production and may start hiring again.
"There are, all of a sudden, a lot of things going right.
Companies are getting to the point where they are stretched as
thin as they can go," said Low said.
Even though consumer spending is expected to ease back in
the fourth quarter after robust growth, business activity,
production and rebuilding of inventories is now thought more
than capable of taking up the slack.
Overall economic growth is looking like at least a solid
4.0 percent pace for the October-December period, confirming
that the recovery is on a sustainable footing after several
false starts in the past two years.
ANOTHER STRONG QUARTER
A couple of analysts, including MMS International, sees the
fourth quarter running as high as perhaps 6.0 percent after a
string of stronger-than-expected reports.
And separate figures on construction spending that showed a
fourth straight record high in October suggested that
residential construction in the fourth quarter might even match
the 22.8 percent jump of the third quarter.
"Q4 is off to a good start," said Lehman Brothers financial
economist Drew Matus, who has revised up his forecasts for
growth next year.
"These are great numbers for manufacturing. The backlog of
orders and inventory readings suggest this is not just a
one-month improvement, but it can be sustained."
Some analysts also ramped up their payrolls forecasts for
Friday's report. The median forecast is for a 135,000 rise.
"As a result of the exceptionally strong November ISM
index, and especially its employment component, I am revising
upward our estimates for payroll growth in November to 165,000
from 130,000," said BNP Paribas economist Brian Fabbri.
"On balance, the data is extremely encouraging and
consistent with the view that the economy is gathering momentum
and poised for ongoing strength beyond the surge in GDP in the
third quarter."

Beautiful leftover gravy breasts...
Things you need:
1 large flat pan, pryex or whatever
6 or 7 large boneless breasts
2 or 3 cups Leftover gravy (cream of something soup will do W/water)add a little corn starch if ya do.
11/2 cups frozen vegtables (your choice)
1 onion sliced
12 slices fresh Ginger (minced) powdered will do,not as good.
3/4 cup parmesan chesse
salt & pepper to taste
Cook in preheated oven @ 350 for an hour or hour an a half
Place frozen chixs in pan, cover with frozen vegies & onions.
Sprinkel ginger and spread cold gravy over all. Shake cheese over the top of the gravy and throw it in the oven. Don't worry about the lack of water and don't make the mistake of adding any either, believe me it will come as things thaw out & cook.
Yep Matt, there is!
If it needs an iron do this. When in the dryer pull them out just before their completely dry. Put on a hanger right away, they will be fine. If beyond reproach, spray em down in the shower so that there damp and throw em in the dryer. Repeat step#1. This works fine for me I NEVER iron.
Good luck!

Oh yeh, That should do it......
"None" will be letting you out tomorrow I bet.
Your an attorney hun? Where do you practice, as a court appointed in Buck Snort, Tennesse?
Well you sure are passing the BAR here hun?
You can't pass the BAR the first time, it takes many repeated attempts and rentries. But hey, keep trying practice makes perfect! Just keep working on your practice of bending over grabing your butt flaps and screaming like a little girl.
You'll get it right.
Cybersex by E-Mail
Online computer users often engage in what is affectionately known as "cybersex". Often the fantasies typed into keyboards and shared through Internet phone lines get pretty raunchy. However, as you'll see below, one of the two cyber-surfers in the following transcript of an online chat doesn't seem to quite get the point of cybersex. Then again, maybe he does...
Wellhung: Hello, Sweetheart. What do you look like?
Sweetheart: I am wearing a red silk blouse, a miniskirt and high heels. I work out every day, I'm toned and perfect. My measurements are 36-24-36. What do you look like?
Wellhung: I'm 6'3" and about 250 pounds.I wear glasses and I have on a pair of blue sweat pants I just bought from Walmart.I'm also wearing a T-shirt with a few spots of barbecue sauce on it from dinner...it smells funny.
Sweetheart: I want you.Would you like to screw me?
Wellhung: OK.
Sweetheart: We're in my bedroom. There's soft music playing on the stereo and candles on my dresser and night table.I'm looking up into your eyes, smiling. My hand works its way down to your crotch and begins to fondle your huge, swelling bulge.
Wellhung: I'm gulping, I'm beginning to sweat.
Sweetheart: I'm pulling up your shirt and kissing your chest.
Wellhung: Now I'm unbuttoning your blouse. My hands are trembling.
Sweetheart: I'm moaning softly.
Wellhung: I'm taking hold of your blouse and sliding it off slowly.
Sweetheart: I'm throwing my head back in pleasure. The cool silk slides off my warm skin. I'm rubbing your bulge faster, pulling and rubbing.
Wellhung: My hand suddenly jerks spastically and accidentally rips a hole in your blouse.I'm sorry.
Sweetheart: That's OK, it wasn't really too expensive.
Wellhung: I'll pay for it.
Sweetheart: Don't worry about it. I'm wearing a lacy black bra. My soft breasts are rising and falling, as I breathe harder and harder.
Wellhung: I'm fumbling with the clasp on your bra. I think it's stuck. Do you have any scissors?
Sweetheart: I take your hand and kiss it softly. I'm reaching back undoing the clasp. The bra slides off my body. The air caresses my breasts. My nipples are erect for you.
Wellhung: How did you do that? I'm picking up the bra and inspecting the clasp.
Sweetheart: I'm arching my back. Oh baby. I just want to feel your tongue all over me.
Wellhung: I'm dropping the bra. Now I'm licking your, you know, breasts. They're neat!
Sweetheart: I'm running my fingers through your hair. Now I'm nibbling your ear.
Wellhung: I suddenly sneeze. Your breasts are covered with spit and phlegm.
Sweetheart: What?
Wellhung: I'm so sorry. Really.
Sweetheart: I'm wiping your phlegm off my breasts with the remains of my blouse.
Wellhung: I'm taking the sopping wet blouse from you. I drop it with a plop.
Sweetheart: OK. I'm pulling your sweat pants down and rubbing your hard tool.
Wellhung: I'm screaming like a woman. Your hands are cold! Yeeee!
Sweetheart: I'm pulling up my miniskirt. Take off my panties.
Wellhung: I'm pulling off your panties. My tongue is going all over, in and out nibbling on you...umm... wait a minute.
Sweetheart: What's the matter?
Wellhung: I've got a pubic hair caught in my throat. I'm choking.
Sweetheart: Are you OK?
Wellhung: I'm having a coughing fit. I'm turning all red.
Sweetheart: Can I help?
Wellhung: I'm running to the kitchen, choking wildly. I'm fumbling through the cabinets, looking for a cup. Where do you keep your cups?
Sweetheart: In the cabinet to the right of the sink.
Wellhung: I'm drinking a cup of water. There, that's better.
Sweetheart: Come back to me, lover.
Wellhung: I'm washing the cup now.
Sweetheart: I'm on the bed arching for you.
Wellhung: I'm drying the cup. Now I'm putting it back in the cabinet. And now I'm walking back to the bedroom. Wait, it's dark, I'm lost. Where's the bedroom?
Sweetheart: Last door on the left at the end of the hall.
Wellhung: I found it.
Sweetheart: I'm tuggin' off your pants. I'm moaning. I want you so badly.
Wellhung: Me too.
Sweetheart: Your pants are off. I kiss you passionately-our naked bodies pressing each other.
Wellhung: Your face is pushing my glasses into my face. It hurts.
Sweetheart Why don't you take off your glasses?
Wellhung: OK, but I can't see very well without them. I place the glasses on the night table.
Sweetheart: I'm bending over the bed. Give it to me, baby!
Wellhung: I have to pee. I'm fumbling my way blindly across the room and toward the bathroom.
Sweetheart: Hurry back, lover.
Wellhung: I find the bathroom and it's dark. I'm feeling around for the toilet. I lift the lid.
Sweetheart: I'm waiting eagerly for your return.
Wellhung: I'm done going. I'm feeling around for the flush handle, but I can't find it. Uh-oh!
Sweetheart: What's the matter now?
Wellhung: I've realized that I've peed into your laundry hamper. Sorry again. I'm walking back to the bedroom now, blindly feeling my way.
Sweetheart: Mmm, yes. Come on.
Wellhung: OK, now I'm going to put my...you know ...thing...in your...you know...woman's thing. Sweetheart: Yes! Do it, baby! Do it!
Wellhung: I'm touching your smooth butt. It feels so nice. I kiss your neck. Umm, I'm having a little trouble here.
Sweetheart: I'm moving my ass back and forth, moaning. I can't stand it another second! Slide in! Screw me now!
Wellhung: I'm flaccid.
Sweetheart: What?
Wellhung: I'm limp. I can't sustain an erection.
Sweetheart: I'm standing up and turning around; an incredulous look on my face.
Wellhung: I'm shrugging with a sad look on my face, my weiner all floppy. I'm going to get my glasses and see what's wrong.
Sweetheart: No, never mind. I'm getting dressed. I'm putting on my underwear. Now I'm putting on my wet nasty blouse.
Wellhung: No wait! Now I'm squinting, trying to find the night table. I'm feeling along the dresser, knocking over cans of hair spray, picture frames and your candles.
Sweetheart: I'm buttoning my blouse. Now I'm putting on my shoes.
Wellhung: I've found my glasses. I'm putting them on. My God! One of our candles fell on the curtain. The curtain is on fire! I'm pointing at it, a shocked look on my face.
Sweetheart: Go to hell. I'm logging off, you loser!
Wellhung: Now the carpet is on fire! Oh noooo!
Sweetheart: / logged off /
Well said....
You have to first get along with yourself before you can attempt to get along with anyone else.
Argue for your limitations and sure enough, their yours.

Subjective? Everything is subjective.
My car is subjective to running depending on if I put gas in it, the battery is charged up, a whole host of things that could subjectively put a wrench in the works. Nothing is for certain except for death & taxes. Keep on open mind & do some DD and get back to me. I've been looking into this for over five years. Subjective yes. A farce no.

Quite true....
Some people are as blank as stones but I think we all have the ability, it's just dorment in some. Some people are really gifted in this area and have honed their skills to remarkable levels. It's called remote veiwing. Being able to plot a course into a possible future, the present or the past. It's really fasinating to me that some people can actually do this. It's more of a science than a fiction because they produce results. The U.S. Dept. of Defence has alot of covert operations one of them is project foresight. They employ remote veiwers to verify locations of objects and people connected to intelligence. They use them in concert with other intell but just the fact that they are used and have been for years is pretty amazing stuff.

Thxs!!! Nice links! That would be way too much inner galactic spacetrash floating around out there don't ya thing? Of course your force fields would protect you during warp flight but still the pollution factor. I don't know if the rest of the universal inhabitants would appreciate our space dumping of all our unwanted garbage. But hey, one persons trash is anothers treasure.

Just a thought here. If the Company put in a order for X amount of shares @ .0002 the MM's wouldn't even try to work the price up until the order was filled right? If they put in another order on monday like we THINK they did on friday would not the same senario play itself out again? When Companies buy back there own shares do they get any kind of preferencial treatment, like making a deal on X amount of shares and the MM's place the orders as they see fit? Just thinking out loud here but I think this thing has to start moving or the OS/Float is WAY more than what people think it is.

Moxa1, Yea just a cursory glance is a no brainer.
From May it more than doubled then corrected, went up again then correction. It's setting itself up into a pretty nice looking pattern. Getting ready to pop out of a correction within the next few days. If this pattern continues and there is no reason why it would not, I don't think a dollar is unreasonable toward the end of the year to beginning of next.
Enjoy the Ride!
