Agree. Not to mention that since April CMF has been positive.
I would guess that with all the smart triple bottom accumulation going on, the float should be drying up. I finally managed to reach my accumulation goal today.
Chart,
Are we still hunting the "Creature" or has the themed wandered over to "Spring Training" ?
I definately have moved onto some other sectors as well, however still have my position here. Hopefully that rocket to .0075 will happen again and then I will be out for good.
The O & G scene is the place to be. Just look at the gas prices. NVMG is an example.
Where are the longs? StockAnalyzer? Where are you? C'mon tell something positive about Royal Springs.
Wow! Had my .007 order in for 2 days with no go! Raised it to .0073 and got filled intially partially and then fully right before the bell!
For some reason, at 12:24pm I'm seeing the volume at 13.1 Mil.
However my Scottrade shows 2.5 Mil.
If anyone has the L2 from BloomClub , look at the volume.
Big Mur ! Wherefore art thou?
Chartinator,
Could you please comment on Lowman's statement from Jail on May 6th. Though he refrains from mentioning his reason, inquiring minds would sure like to know.
Today, during the last hour, I managed to scrape up some more shares at .008 and averaged down even further. I usually am quite diversified, but it seems like O&G stocks account for 63% of my portfolio with NAEG piled up high.
Chart, we know what board you babysit. LOL.
So all the others who have been posting "dont have a life"?
Is there any reason Lowman has stopped posting here?
Ryan,
I'm in the same exact position as you are. I got in the same time and heard a lot of promise from Scott Sand. However, one thing that keeps me lurking here is the continued SEC filings.
I've only started investing 2 years ago and have become much much better. I've been duped into a few P&D and QTCE was a big loss for me (more than Ingentech). However, I can't let a few bad choices deter from the fact that there is still some goldmines out there.
As far as what to do here, I would first write an email to Sand and see what he says. The email should be straightforward and should ask what is the current status with the company, sales figures, and the status of the OTC move.
I still remember Sand's interview on National Talk Radio and hope he comes through with his promises.

Excellent observation Billion.
For all those negative posts directed towards Rook, I would like to set it straight. Rook responded to a post I made and nonetheless, his intentions were taken out of context.
He is an asset to this board and like many new investors, has contributed his share of DD with regards to this Company.
I didn't make that statement. I just stumbled onto it. I've asked the OP that same question. I'll let you know when I get an answer.
It seems like everyone here are accumulating multi-MM shares. Am I the only one who only has 1M ? If I only had more Mulah.
John,
I'm holding too. Even after the R/S, I've remained long. The only thing I find disturbing is the lack of PR's after the R/S.
I should've taken my losses when the pps was 0.18 several months ago.
Why do say that?
Wow! You actually put on your seatbelt in the backseat? You're extra cautious!
Humb,
Do you think it'll retrace to .0095 before EOD ?
Where is everybody? C'mon! Let's get some conversation going.
I haven't been here lately (recently moved to a new residence) due to no net access. But have they released any production numbers in the PR's. I'm sure the Company said by April we should have those numbers.
Great volume today......I'm still holding long and hoping the best for Ingentech.
Well, I emailed the software's tax support team and this was their response:
Dear Subscriber,
Since you have to pay tax on the capital gains in New York also, this causes your refund to be less then if you did not have capital gains. The New York tax rate is different from the federal tax rate so that is why the tax amount is different.
Thank you for your interest in our tax product!
Sincerely,
Tax Support
Now I just have to find out how does New York State tax capital gains, and I have a feeling its much more than 15%.
You're absolutely correct, it is taxed at the AGI rate.
This is why I'm asking. Yesterday, while using tax software, I plugged in what my refund would be if I had no stock sales in 2006. BTW, my tax bracket is 15% and I'm in New York.
Without Capital Gains:
Federal Refund : $400 and State Refund : $1460
Capital Gains of only $4416.
Federal : $260 (I owe) and State Refund : $1037
According to an online Capital Gains calculator I used, my Federal tax should be $662 (which explains why my refund went from $400 to minus $260). What I can't understand is why my State refund dropped so drastically.
I got done by 6pm Sunday. It took about 3 hours (only because I kept checking my entries for accuracy).
BTW, I justed wanted to know, Capital Gains (held less than 1 year) are taxed at 25% rate?
Well I just did mine tonight. I used a proprietary software that a friend gave me, then checked it with TurboTax, and it matched.
What messed me up was my capital gains.
I guess everyone here filed their taxes early.......its been a while since the last post.
I hope all of you took the time to complain to the SEC as I did . If you check my prior posts, I posted links.
I have received a reply from them stating that they are investigating the matter.
Yeah! You're not alone!
This one is trodding along.....hopefully some good light at the end of the ditch
Well said Harold.....I've had the same sentiments all along
