Quote: Thats your opinion, SFRX will find treasure soon enough
____________________________________
From your perspective what's soon enough? Another ten years? Look up the word flotsam.
Every body dives but few have the proven expertise in treasure finding and treasure recovery. This company isn't one of them /////// to date.
Quote: Sunshiner, very well said. It took Mel 15 yrs whats SFRX been ut for 10 years now.
_________________________________________________________
There's one very big difference. Mel Fisher was already a seasoned "treasure finder" when he set out on his quest for the Atocha. He knew what he was doing and so did his team. When you've had some hands on experience in this business, its hard to watch these sort of aquatic shows (like this one) and not say anything.
Wrong. There is plenty of venture capital out there as well as unfound Spanish treasure wrecks. The problem is most of these lost vessels lie within the territorial or jurisdictional waters of countries that have signed the UNESCO treaty. Florida has not and probably will not issue any salvage contracts when it comes right down to it. As proven with Global Marine Exploration, they immediately aligned themselves with France giving GME a real stab in the back. Treasure hunting, particularly for Spanish shipwrecks is rapidly becoming a very dead industry. In order to challenge this one has to actually find a genuine treasure bearing Spanish shipwreck. Something that the outfit hasn't been able to do in ten years.
Misinterpretation. Have you ever read the UNESCO Underwater Cultural Heritage Treaty? Fortunately the U.S. has yet to ratify this but it makes no difference. France's court victory against Global Marine presents the writing on the wall.
Spain doesn't give agreements to treasure hunters.
All real back peddling humor.
All here are in denial as to what flotsam means. Quite simple to understand if one has background in these matters.
Dream on.
Kind of like in the word desperation????? Who's doing what?
You just might want to do the same here.
This fake news is now showing up on Google shipwreck and treasure alerts. Who's responsible for this?

What experienced people do realize is that when "we're on the wreck", artifacts and treasure are found on nearly a day by day basis. So what's being found "on the wreck"? Better sea conditions there could not be for many, many days if not weeks.

Quote: On the wreck, diving every day
__________________________________
Suggesting caution. "On the wreck" represents a very misleading statement. Diving every day, surely as they should be but on the wreck and diving every day, things should be found every day. So how do your support your statement "on the wreck" but no evidence?
Let me say it again. I've dove and salvaged on more than one Spanish colonial shipwrecks. When your on a wreck, you're on a wreck and you know it. even in the outer areas you encounter material all the time that simply tells you your on it or in the area. The weather is good not for just a couple of days but for weeks and the good forecast continues. The problem here, as I see t, is when you make a statement saying your on the wreck and you can't find crap thats a problem.
Good weather continues.

Here's the current weather forecast. This now represents weeks of diving weather they've had and are having. When you're on a treasure wreck site as these people are suppose to be, you can uncover and recover treasure and artifacts daily. So what goes here?
Quote: Kyle has never lied to any investor. Ever
_______________________
Now I'm curious about your statement. Does that include publicly stating "we're on the wreck", what, near two years ago, but to date no evidence to support the statement?
Not for finding treasure, they're not. In your previous post you referred to me as being blind. I see well enough to realize you as a probable promoter for by the content of most of your posts, you know far less about treasure hunting and facts than most of the SFX'ers posting here.
I'm neither, so you don't understand.
Quote: Great news all backed up with company releases this is HUGE
______________________________
Get to the point ,whats HUGE beyond assumptions and speculation. Would be interesting.
I'm quite familiar with this so called treasure hunting business and how its frowned upon by academics. I would question what creditable university would associate themselves with a treasure hunting organization, particularly one that hasn't found, worked or produced recoveries from a historical shipwreck in ten years of its existence?
You are misrepresenting the facts. With the exception of a buckle, a deadeye strap and a section of wood structure (other insignificant things to listed), all other artifacts (few) were found by Heartland, inc. What you are posting is grossly misleading.
Quote: Great question. I wonder if there is any really smart people that perhaps can figure out ways to see what can not be seen...hmmmm

Their called underwater ferrous/non-ferrous metal detectors and magnetometers but you have to know how to use them.
Quote: We are working in Area 1, where the shipwreck is believed to be.
_____________________________________________
Why the believed to be? Didn't the CEO publicly state they're on the wreck. What was that, two years ago?
And the band played on.
If your going to do repeats on that lengthly artifact list point out that with the exception of the wood, all other items were found years ago by Heartland, Inc., not SFRX.
Quote: Company has 5 ships in fleet, 5 archaeologists and 2 active sites as per company.
_________________________________________________
Try to stay with facts and refrain from exaggerations. First one must know the difference between what is a ship and what is a boat. Realistically, the company has five boats, not ships. This company contracts/retains M. archaeologists apparently when needed; reports, observations, etc. Beyond that, why would they even require such services? They have neither found, worked or recovered actual treasure and worthy artifacts since the creation of the company now over ten years ago. Please try and stay with the facts.
Obviously they know how to dive. Thats a plus.
Boats and divers. Where's the shipwreck?
Quote: Their on the wreck and treasure will be found soon.
____________________________
Would you show the evidence that supports your statement please. To date, doesn't seem to be any.
Quote: SFRX has recovered multiple artifacts from the wreck site wowww this is BIG http://seafarerexplorationcorp.com/melbourne-beach/
_______________________________
Wrong. With the exception of the deadeye strap and a buckle, all other artifacts were recovered years ago by Heartland, Inc., not by SFRX. I suggest you discontinue misinforming people.
You are posting a gross misrepresentation. This has nothing to do with the 1715 Concepcion that SFRX is attempting to find.
QUOTE:THE NEW YORK TIMES confirms that the ship Is the Concepcion and it has A LOT OF GOODIES $$$$$$$
_______________________________
Sorry to inform you but you've got your Concepcion shipwreck confused. The New York Times link you posted refers to Burt Webber's discovery of the 1641 Concepcion off the Dominican Republic in 1978. Are you implying Kyle Kennedy told you he found that one too?

The sea conditions have been good for weeks and seems on going. When you're "on the wreck' as this CEO has stated, professionals can produce results daily. When your in a flotsam patch, so to speak, well that can be a different story. I'm just wondering, where are the results of all these good diving days?
