People seem to miss the fact shares owned by all directors ,Steve and Joe included are restricted .Which means they have to file a 144 with the SEC in order to sell and then there is a limit on amount and frequency .People keep saying Steve is dumping shares and living off the share holders. Do you have any Idea how ridiculous you look when you say things like that ? Here is a link to verify the selling from the company for the last 3 years. While you look at it and try to decide what you are going to claim next, let me say shares have been used to build the company. It has grown faster than any of other new TV broadcast companies and this year it has grown to 60 million homes ! That is unheard of for just a year under their belt ! Where are they going to be next year or the year after that ? LOL GL...

When first launched in October 2011, Punch TV was accessible in 2 million households; 13 months later, that number has grown to 59 million households. A television network targeting urban communities recently has become a feature on television station's digital substations throughout the state.
Over the last two months, seven Texas television stations — including KSAA-TV in San Antonio — have picked up Punch TV Network. None of the TV stations that have picked Punch are affiliated with the nation's major networks, such as ABC, NBC, CBS or FOX.
Five of the stations have added their programming as a digital substation, while the stations in Austin and San Antonio will be broadcasting them on the station's main channel, said Michelle Holden, a network spokeswoman.
