I'm just keeping it simple stupid, they can't even pay interest payments, CEO admitted the revs were worse than anticipated and 6 weeks until the next 'Q' with uncertainty is a millenium in the OTC. Will Dan have to take virtually any terms for the restructuring, to stave off the dogs, because lenders must smell blood? JMO
Unless ECIG becomes a buy out target this has now become a 5 year turn around from a 2 year turn around and even staunch longs have finally seen the light. The last Q and CC was a clear signal that the situation is worse than thought. I think single digits approach. JMO
Hey I missed that last sentence, can you post the link (or point me to the source) so that I can read the whole piece? MTIA
Agree 100%, and personally I hope all the outstanding fins and the 2nd qtr fins are all released at the same time (in mid August) with the 2nd qtr fins detailing all the transparency needed. All debt paid off (subsequent events) would mitigate any bad 2015 filings IMO. Whatever the news though I still think a sharp dip down will come (cuz it's the OTC). JMO
Yep unfortunately I'm sadly lacking when it comes to balance sheets and I've tried to work out what the remaining notes are worth and I've failed miserably. Maybe one of Ihub's finest can help us out or any budding CPA's on the board?
Are you sure? I read it that two of the various outstanding notes will be paid off, not all?
"As previously reported, Cardinal Resources, Inc. (the "Company") has outstanding various convertible promissory notes. Two of these notes have matured,"
ok nice one, many thanks.
Are filings due out today? Can't see any?
Yes, potential here is good, it'll be interesting to see if the company can deliver on it.
Thank you
It's not just CDNL, it's what happens to every company trading on the OTC. It's basic trading 101 down here. If you can't beat em (and you can't) then join em!
FWIW I've been where the 'newly initiated' are (almost 10 years ago) and lost a shed load of money over 2 years....and then I switched on! I know of traders that make only $10-20 every trade, but they trade 20-30 times a day and make a half decent living. They will buy support levels (unless volume dictates otherwise) and sell resistance levels, so all the buy and hold guys need to understand the psyche of the trader and plan accordingly. Just because one group invests and another group trades doesn't make either one wrong, it's just the way it is, each to their own. JMHO
I see normal OTC service resumed
IMO it just shows how close the line is between success and failure. ECIG is still not out of the woods yet but there is at least a chance Dan can right the ship and save the company but I think it's necessary to have the lifeboat on standby in the immediate term. Thank you and GLTU2.
Look at the latest news on VPC* (1/20K R/S) and see how ECIG could have ended up without Dan at the helm. It's going to be a long hard road back but ECIG is in far better hands than that other clusterf*& that is now finished. One less competitor is always a positive. JMO
It is if you're an investor, if that bid comes up anywhere near the ask traders will exit I reckon, but that's just IMO.
Great looking chart. Those that bought on the bid last few weeks (playing the double bottom) are sitting pretty. Next few days could be interesting.
Deep joy filing as usual, no revs and deficits increasing yoy, O/S still the same.
Thanks for the reply Mac, much appreciated.
I thought they were receiving an award in Beijing and to be honest do we know where they've come in the top 100?
No worries it wasn't anyone in particular, and after nearly 10 years on Ihub I have a hide like a rhino so no harm no foul. I just thought it was a little funny. Happy trading to you
'Thanks' for the replies, pm's etc. I promise to write a hundred times I must not post on things I've seen on tv without doing full DD whilst getting ready for a family reunion on bank holiday monday. Tough crowd in here, lol.
Thanks for that, I was literally just logging back in to start looking for the flint population (in between doing 90 other things that family want of me on a long weekend).
I've just looked at the map and between Pittsburgh and Flint (Michigan) it says 4 h 50 min (339.7 mi) travelling time via US-23 S and I-80 E, so not that far away, however not sure if he's in the country at the minute?
ok got it
Thanks for the effort Mac, fingers crossed
Not sure if this has been seen before but Sky News Europe ran this story this morning on tv. Forget 3rd world water problems it's happening in Michigan. I don't have twitter but maybe someone can post this on KJ's board as it seems it's the designated form of contact for him. Sounds like Flint needs Redbirds, FAST, (and it's good marketing).

To be honest I don't really care who's job it is, I'm just glad it's done. It's highlighted an anomoly that needs an answer, and that can only be good for anyone with an investment here as it will provide much needed transparency.
It's on a CDNL 13G filing under their cusip number 14153Q108? Maybe this will help
"(1) Names of Reporting Persons—Furnish the full legal name of each person for whom the report is filed—i.e., each person required to sign the schedule itself—including each member of a group. Do not include the name of a person required to be identified in the report but who is not a reporting person."
I'm glad you and others like Rainmaker have brought this up, I thought it was just me being a 'div'. That Tangier 51.23m filing in April has had me completely baffled, and I don't mind admitting it. I don't expect new filings out anytime soon if this is just a small portion of what the new CFO has to sort out.
The only news worthy of note (the last month or so) is that SS got rid of 5m+ shares and took on convertible debt! It doesn't look good when they can't even pay for insurance without issuing shares. Potential is huge but getting there is like platting fog, (and you 7 year people deserve a medal for loyalty), hope you get paid. JMO
Let's just hope they start monetizing their 6m users and then move forward with another 6m. I wanna see revs $$$$ because until then all these pr's we've seen for the last 3 years, means nothing. Don't mean to seem negative but it's time to 'SHOW ME THE EFFIN MONEY', lol.
I don't think this is a scam, especially with the credibility of 8K filings to back up company intentions. The CEO doesn't strike me as being stupid enough to lie to the SEC and risk certain jail time and class action law suits. Debt being paid off through non toxic financing in conjunction with the CEO buying shares is a catalyst that is never seen in OTC shenanigan land. However, short term I believe in trade what you see not what you want to see until all the cards are on the table and the dust settles down. JMO
PS: If you have any factual information backed up by links to prove this is a scam, please post it because we all want to protect our investment.
Best post I've seen in a while, most here have been in agreement that no one company can produce the world's supply in dots, ergo...
"Why is leading so important? The QTMM SP goes up fairly dramatically if all QMC ends up doing is grabbing a me-too piece of business that consumes their current capacity. Heck, it could even be via a crappy 3rd tier display supply chain and be solely driven by a global supply shortage and still that could result in the financial goals of many shareholders being met!"
Great stuff, thanks for keeping it simple.
Forgive me but I think I'm the only layman here, but why can they produce a cadmium free red dot but only an ultra low cadmium content green dot? Don't all the dots have the same size/substance/statistics, apart from the obvious colour characteristic?
Yes, good luck.
The biggest loss I ever made was when I did the most DD and convinced myself there was no way it could fail because of emotion. As for CDNL, I jumped in here at around the same time as you but I sold half at .0185 when it failed to penetrate the 200ma (daily) 3 days on the trot in early may, and I will wait for a decent support level before I buy back in, hopefully around half the price I sold at JMO
Trade on the OTC with your heart and traders will end up broke IMHO. For every 'real' company there are a thousand POS tickers, front loaded by teams to part you from your hard earned money. So traders have to play the odds. When they get what seems to be a 'real' company, the only way to play it is to trade half around a core (IMO), because the game is always rigged with no exceptions in OTC shenanigans land...and that's why it's a prudent decision to buy and sell certain support and resistance levels when used in conjunction with volume. Everyone to their own though. JMHO & GLTUA @ CDNL
Agree 100%
"There has to be 1000's of communities in the World with between 1800-8000 people who dont have clean drinking water."
Better late than never, lol. Apparently Water.org has been around for years and it's only through trying various DD trails for celebrities and water/sanitation links that I stumbled on it. I may have to drag myself into the 21st century and get on twitter.
