You are right on number 1:
1. Jinbo Group is a Chinese MLM fraudster group. Wang and jinbo group disappeared after the scam was busted.
2. ZJMY is a victim of Jinbo scam, not the support venture. Luckily ZJMY survived and moved on without Jinbo.
3. JBZY owns ZJMY. It is in the filling. ZJMY is the only entity under JBZY . Right now Mr. Han takes control of ZJMY and JBZY. There is no more that nine plates and coin bs. ZJMY means real business, EVs and battery swapping stations.
4. Anying Huang could be a fraudster, but I haven't found any evidence. Do you have any evidence to support your accusation?
As of September 18 or 19 when I was at the site, the main body was completed, they were working on inside and outside furnishing, etc. There are many other things to be done, like connecting to the electric grid, leveling ground, cementing driveway, landscaping, etc.
Now the sealing order is lifted, ZJMY can move forward and prepare for the show. We should hear good news very soon.

I have a wechat personal account and I subscribe to ZJMY's wechat official account so I can receive push notifications from the company. I don't use Twitter so I can't compare wechat with twitter.
Wechat official account is a paid subscription service. For overseas customers the subscription fee is $1000 a year. You can subscribe to the official account by scanning the QR code or by searching for wechat account handle. ZJMY publishes their wechat QR code on their official website at the Contact Us section http://www.zjmy888.com/Service.asp?id=415.
Only the account owner can publish messages. In this case, the owner of zongjimingyang is ZJMY New Energy Technology Company in Chinese. In front of company name there is a check symbol which means the account owner is verified.
I found a very limited messages from zhongjimingyang wechat account and they do not mention stock symbol anywhere. I haven't seen any personal wechat account touting ZJMY company or JBZY stock.
It could be both name change and ticker change coming
The clue is right in front of us: At the company profile section of the new website http://www.zjmy888.com/index.asp#1F, Mr. Han Zhiming has a new title: CEO, ZJMY Holding Company, Inc. The new website corrected all the spelling errors so I don't think that it is a mistake. This information was never there before the sever switch. It might indicate that the new company name will be ZJMY Holding Company, Inc.
Immediately under the introduction of key personnel, there is a diagram showing the company relation: There are two companies under Mr. Han Zhiming: Zhong Ji Ming Yang New Energy Technology Company, Ltd (ZJMY), and Zhong Ji Ming Yang New Energy Electric Vehicle Trading Company, Ltd. There are two companies under or associated with ZJMY: Wufu Huabao Electric Vehicle Company, Ltd, and Guangxi Long Star. Anyang Zhong Te New Energy Vehicle Battery Swapping Facility Company, Ltd (The swapping station company) is a subsidiary of the trading company.
It makes perfect sense to put all these companies of Han into the ZJMY Holding Company.
March 15 amendment could be required to make the change.
I don't sense any status change except that we are witnessing the progress and effort made by the company, sometimes surprising but all logical and pointing toward the positive direction.
I can count followings happened in the last month or two: website moved from oversea server to China, website updates and corrections, website acknowledgment of stock ticker symbol, Wyoming state update, CCTV interview. OTC updates could be the next and news could be around the corner.
My biggest concern was Wang's remaining negative impact on ZJMY and JBZY. Now we know that Wang is out of picture and Han is in control, based on Wyoming state update. We should see further confirmation from Department of Industry and Information updates and OTC filings.
It says the news from ZJMY website: "Release time: 2019-03-12 Views: 80 times", not the TV program.
It appears that this is the early stage of preparation, reading from the company news posted on their website. I can't guess when it will be ready for broadcast.
But I imagine the piece should include the unveiling of the first swapping station (literally removing the red cover on the top of the building, the underneath reads Zhong Ji Ming Yang Charging and Swapping Station), the opening ceremony, the operation details, and the ride-sharing fleet at the station and on the street, etc. CTO Han Jiangfang could be interviewed as well.
Last year when I met Mr. Han he said that three central government agencies are behind this project, I will not be surprised to see government officials endorsing on TV the company and its technology.
This be a future event, it is not guaranteed to happen, for whatever reason.
CCTV is the official television of central government.
The media is controlled by the governments in central and provincial governments. CCTV is the only official government TV network, used to have only one channel, now they have multiple channels and platforms. CCTV is considered to be THE TV station.
I'm excited that Mr. Han's work catches the attention from CCTV. This interview will be a 30 minutes to one hour long story, more or less like our 60 minutes. The piece will be viewed by the whole nation. ZJMY has to get ready because the phone will be ringing off the hook.
To be interviewed and showcased by CCTV, you need two things: outstanding work or innovation, and connection. Mr. Han has both.
The importance of this event can not be valued. It has much better effect than running million dollar ads on TV or on high speed trains.

Showcase by CCTV is a big deal for ZJMY
CCTV, Chinese Central Television, is the main television network in China. Chosen by the most important media in China and to showcase the company is is a big deal:
It validates the legitimacy of ZJMY and its technology;
It is free advertisement for ZJMY, much better than high speed train advertisement;
The airing of the interview might be around the time when the swapping station is unveiled, debut operation of the veteran ride-sharing fleet, along with OTC updates and filings.
It proves Mr. Han is a capable man and he has connection.
I'm watching closely the unfolding of upcoming events and waiting patiently for 10-50 folds of PPS appreciation in the very near term.

Great news!
The news indicates that the Anyang swapping station construction is completed. The debut of operation will start after the Chinese New Year with veteran’s online car-hailing fleet.
Typically veterans retired from services are offered local jobs through some government funding.
Han attended and spoke at the 2019 China New Energy Vehicle Consumption Summit in Beijing. There were over 200 industry executives, experts and government officials attended the event. This is a very good exposure for ZJMY.
The future of ZJMY and JBZY
In my last post (https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=143815504) I mentioned about he information disconnection between American investors and ZJMY company. I did more digging and here are my findings.
During my first visit to Jinbo around April/May of 2017, I was told that Jinbo does not directly deal with their stock. They had their stock agent or handler. This agent is Mr. LU Wei.
Lu Wei does not act alone. He has a team in Beijing, including Professor FAN Wenyi, and accountant HUANG Anying. The threesome have business together: BCW GROUP HOLDING, INC. and J&P INTERNATIONAL INVESTMENT HOLDING GROUP, INC. Both companies are domiciled in Nevada state.
FAN Wenyi, or Professor Fan, was first known to us from the Jinbo 2016 annual meeting. Both Lu and Fan was introduced by Wang Jinlai. It was LU and FAN who organized the investment summit meeting in Shangdong province sometime in 2016, which attracted many audience and investors.

It shows that FAN was born in Taipei, Taiwan, graduated from a law school, and is a Ph.D. advisor. Among his many titles, he is also Oxford International University MBA/DBA. In the Chinese translation of baike.baidu profile, Oxford International University became Oxford University. Oxford International University is a diploma mill.
FAN is also a visiting professor of California American University (CAU). When it is translated into Chinese, it sound like University of California. CAU is also a diploma mill.
FAN has some books published and one of the books is listed on jd.com. See who is the co-author: Wang Jinlai. http://item.jd.com/35050375038.html. I believe even Wang is a victim of Fan's scam in this case.
I can't find more information about LU online. But he is dubbed as Taiwan's famous strategist or mastermind in some articles.
Now it becomes clear how the marriage between ZJMY and Jinbo happened: LU and FAN organized meetings like this one and many companies attended and some were hooked: http://lushang.sdnews.com.cn/zt/201603/t20160323_2056004.html.
ZJMY has technology and ambition in electric vehicle industry and needs investment. Jinbo was at its prime time and loaded with money but need validation through some public vehicles. Going public in the US markets is one of easy and attractive approaches. Jinbo also wants to build their empire in many hot industry sectors (the nine plates). New Energy Vehicle was and is very hot industry in China.
So the marriage happened, Jinbo entered into new energy sector and made their group more attractive to their investors and customers. ZJMY got money infusion from Jinbo and listed on the US market. LU and FAN got their service fee and become the middlemen between Jinbo and the US market.
So the information from ZJMY to the US shareholders flows through many steps/layers: ZJMY -> Jinbo -> LU -> Richard and Fidler -> Shareholders. Both Wang and Han do not speak English. I don't know anyone in their organization speaks English. So the communication between ZJMY and Richard has to go through LU. Han said he never met Richard, that means Richard does not know too much about ZJMY and what ZJMY does. My guess is that Richard does not not know too much about Jinbo either. Richard is just a sub-contractor and files documents with US authorities for the company.
I personally think that both Wang and Han do not know how the US market works and how much is involved. Lu acts as the "expert", probably over promised to the company how easy to get on NASDAQ. Wang's initial intention probably was to validate his companies by listing one of his one to NASDAQ. I don't think scamming US investors was his motivation based on the fact that there is very limited dilution and PR releases.
The fall of Jinbo probably happened in the mid of 2017 and now stops to operate based on these facts:
1. Jinbo group ownership was transferred to Mr. Lin, one of Wang's assistants;
2. Most of information about Jinbo we got before was from the company's official wechat feeds. There is no more posts on that wechat account.
3. Jingtezmt.com was Jinbo's official media outlet. It is no longer functional.
4. Wang might have some business activities outside China but under other business names.
ZJMY without Jinbo: Jinbo helped ZJMY in at least these aspects: got ZJMY listed, initiated many collaboration talks with Chery and BAIC but nothing worked due to many reasons; the ZJMY bullet training naming to get ZJMY's name out; provided funding for company's operation.
Now ZJMY is on its own. As a company I have no doubt that it will survive and succeed. According to Han, many people in China are interested in investing in his company and the first swapping station will become operational soon.
But as a stock, JBZY faces many challenges:
1. It was raped by DOLV criminals and molested by Wang/Jinbo. JBZY's name is tainted.
2. It will depend on if Han still has a strong will to continue pursue his NASDAQ dream, either under JBZY or under a new shell.
3. It needs get rid of Wang and his preferred shares.
4. It needs get rid of LU and his team as middleman.
5. It needs retain new legal and IR services.
6. It needs put its minority ownership of Guangxi JJX under JBZY so revenue can be revealed under JBZY.
7. Swapping station business is under ZJMY New Energy Trading Company, a newly founded company by Han in early January 2018 (See my earlier post). It needs incorporated into JBZY.
8. It needs file quarterly and annual reports.
JBZY needs good luck in 2019. May god bless all of us.

0:04, Q: Professor, Han, I'm very fortunate to meet you here today. I have read your papers but I don't understand them because I'm on in your field of research. I remember that your paper talking about cold machine technology. What is the essence of this technology?
0:29, A: Cold machine technology is basic difference between fuel engine vehicle and electric vehicle. Fuel engine must use heat, heat circulation to generate powder and action. EV, on the other hand, use electric motor, so theoretically it is not hot machine, only because small amount of heat is generated due to friction. In the early stage of EV development, including Tesla, the heat generated from friction, has been deemed as necessary and normal. When heat is accumulated to certain level, it has to be treated to dissipate the heat so the machine can function normally. From this point of view, there is no difference between fuel engine and EV, both are heat generating body. This is something the EV industry does not pay much attention to. How to let the electric motor deliver energy without producing heat is a goal. How to achieve this goal, minimize the heat from friction, only thing can be done is increasing its energy transformation efficiency. Right now, fuel efficiency can reach over 30% in fuel engine, maximally 40%. So the heat generated in the process has to be removed by forced water circulation. This is how hot engine works. In electric vehicle, the core part is electric motor. The heat from it derives from two sources: one, friction of bearing produces small amount of heat, another source is from motor when electric power is transformed into revolving action power, there is a loss of energy. Generally the transformation efficiency in EV is about 90%, much better than fuel engine. Our understanding is that permanent magnet synchronous motor, the efficiency can be up to 95%. But there is still 5% loss due to dissipated heat. If this heat remains, it will burn electric motor. We are focusing this five percent difference. make a big deal about it. Through our optimized design, our motor efficiency at the best performance can reach 98.2%. This is the best result as reported in literature. At the same time, we manage the efficiency in the average working range from low speed to high speed. Tesla's motor, the average efficiency within working range from low speed to high speed, is about 80%. BYD and Geely, in China, has no much difference from Tesla in their power system. about 80%. Because Tesla motors are from China. This efficiency, is deemed as a constant and normal. But we believe it is not normal, still has room for improvement. Our average efficiency is also increased, up to 94.13%. This is about 14% higher than industry norm. So through our optimization effort, the heat generation is minimized, almost no heat at all. When you touch the motor, feel slightly warmer than normal temperature. Under extreme working condition with high power output. the temperature will be 30-40 degree higher than normal temperature. So through surface heat dissipation, electric motor will be protected from overheat, so there is no need for a water cooling system. So our system reaches the goal of cold machine by minimizing heat generation and avoiding cooling system, and save energy for this additional energy consumption. In most of EV, this energy consumption takes away about 5-8% of energy. We eliminate the energy loss from this.
7:44, Q: This does not include heating in winter and AC in summer time?
8:00, A: The heat generated from motor friction and collected by water circulation is very little, not enough to heat up the car during the winter. So heating and AC in EV uses different mechanism from fuel engine. The efficiency loss is about 20% difference.
9:09, Q: I remember that our car has better safety than the most popular cars such as Tesla. Tesla car's accident could cause total car wreckage and death. How we achieve the safety through our technology?
9:30, A: Several aspects. First of all, we use battery swapping model. Swapping model is mainly for business operation, This type of vehicles requires sometime two shifts a day, drive takes rest but the vehicle is still running. The charging pole method requires several hours, which will affect the business bottom line, so the drivers are not happy with that. Providing fast battery swapping will increase the business efficiency of operators. This approach, also greatly improve battery safety our battery is separated from vehicle body, battery charging in a separated location under professional care, is much safer. Any risk of overheating, or fire will be eliminated. This part of risk takes about over fifty percent of all fire accidents during battery charging time. By doing this we already eliminate 50% of safety risk.
11:17, Q: By using this battery swapping technology, 50% of safety risk is eliminated?
11:29, A: Yes. In swapping station, trained professionals are on duty, things like over-charging will not happen under the supervision. Any abnormal situation happens, power source will be automatically cut off. So the safety under professional care is about three to five times better than blind charging, ie. charging without human care. In the best scenario this risk could be virtually eliminated. In addition to our motor heat elimination and swapping technology, our battery PACK has some specially technology, and our whole vehicle assembly technology, including battery storage location under the rear end will eliminate the accidental touch with ground by about 80%. Tesla vehicle, its battery is a big p=flat bed under the bottom, about two square meters, every point could cause heat out of control because of collision. When the car is running, a rock hit the bottom and bounce onto the bottom of battery. Our battery is only about 0.5 square meter, one quarter of Tesla's. Besides, our swappable battery is enclosed into a case. So our car during drive, the probability of accident caused by collision and random hit by rock, under testing condition, reduced by 80%, comparing to Tesla vehicle. Therefore, because of the whole body design, the risk is reduced during charging, and during running. In addition, we have our special technology in battery PACK technology which is out patent and we can't elaborate here. Combining all these technology, our car has fire risk about 10% of Tesla vehicle.
16:10, Q: So the risk is greatly reduced under both charging and running conditions?
16:20, A: Yes.
16:23, Q: Yesterday I had a look at the prototype of swapping model. My concern is that different cars have different battery configuration and installation method, is the swapping station to be made to suit all types of batteries and installation?
16:52, A: From design point of view, it is flexible to two or three battery configuration, could be n, but the n can not be too big. Because our system is artificially intelligent, it can adjust itself for different cars. But this type of design will be very expensive, and it has to prepare many types of batteries, will will require high complexity of swapping station. By this is not our direction, our goal is to realize standardization on swappable vehicles, i.e. standard design of battery and its docking, battery casing, swapping platform, and battery shelf. This will greatly improve the working efficiency of swapping station. But who will be the leading one setting the standard, is whoever can do this best. We are confident to achieve this goal.
19:10, Q: So we are confident that we will become the industry leader and standard setter?
19:15, A: Yes we are confident that we will be the leader in this field, main player, standard setter.
19:25, Q: If we achieve this goal, we are going to change the ecology in the whole EV industry. The EV producers have to adopt your standard.
19:39, A: Yes. Our patents not only cover swapping station, our patents cover also battery docking system on the vehicle, including battery box or casing. All these will be standardized. All the EV produced in the future, only after adopting our system, can use our swapping system.
20:14, Q: The system we are building right now, is suitable for what types of cars?
20:22, A: We are targeting A and B class cars, or compact to mid-class cars, including SUV in the same class. Does not limit to models.
21:01, Q: I saw we are working on BAIC EU300.
21:20, A: Our swapping model takes totally different route from charging pole. Our approach will have huge impact on the charging pole and charging at home markets. We will much more value-added services, including battery leasing. The battery could be separated from car body, so that the car price in the future could be much cheaper.
22:13, A: So it is like I only buy a car without battery?
22:15, Yes. A bare car body. This will drastically reduce the cost of car and general public will be able to buy a car. So this model will not only bring charging convenience, but also whole business model. It will have revolutionary impact on the current EV industry as a whole.
22:37, Q: In other word, as a consumer, I only buy the battery-less car, without any concern of battery.
22:40, A: Yes. When a consumer buys a car without battery, the cost will be almost the same as fuel engine car. Secondly, You don't have any concern of drive range. Because we are continuing developing high range EV, under swapping model, range can reach 500 km. Thirdly, the buyer will not longer concern about the shelf life of battery. The battery does not belong to me, so I don't have to care about it. The user only pay battery fee when he use it. The fee will include leasing fee. With our technology system, we have our cost calculation, including swapping service fee, electric fee, battery leasing fee, and battery aging fee. With our swapping station professional care, battery shelf life can be more than doubled. The battery shelf life under professional car could be two to three times longer than ones without care. Right now, we can achieve the goal of two times of battery life with care. With more careful work, like replacing bad cells with good ones, we can reach three times of battery life. Our battery maintenance fee is very low. so that car owner can accept it. The significance is not only battery swapping, but also increasing battery life and reducing battery cost. The cost saving in our model is half less than you buy the whole car and replacing battery years after.
26:49, Q: We are building a standard size right now. Do we have other sizes, bigger and smaller than this one?
26:58, A: Yes. We have to build swapping station suitable for logistic vehicles, commuting buses. They will be different from what we are building right now. For right now we are considering standard size for passenger vehicles.
27:30, Q: So we are concentrating on taxi market?
27:40, A: Why we focus on taxi market? Because taxi car is the most operation intensive among all the vehicles. In other words, to replace fuel engine, the most difficult to overcome is taxi. If you can overcome problems in taxi market, other areas of fuel engine will be taken care of easily. So we choose taxi for our breakthrough. This doesn't mean that our technology has no value in private cars and government cars. It has advantages including battery life extension through professional care, decrease cost of EV life time cost, and convenience. This will benefit every vehicle owner. This does not mean that we are taking over the whole market. because the market always has fine classification. In the future, the plugin charging mode will have its place in places like America because individual family home, not like in China high rise buildings are everywhere. But swapping mode will bring much more benefit for the car owners which can't be shared by plugin charging customers.
30:08, Q: So in your opinion, the swapping mode will be the main stream in China?
30:16, A: Yes. It will play a major role. But we are not exclude the co-existence of plugin charging mode.
30:30, Q: So my understanding is that taxi EV requires swapping station, swapping station becomes a limiting factor for EV taxi market development. Am I right?
30:55, A: We have been working on the swapping mode for about eight to nine years. Our technical team have gradually completed and upgraded our technology, right now we have our fourth generation technology. We could have the fifth generation technology in the future. We have been focusing our effort to taking over the best market. The best market is the service vehicle market. Through the success in this market it will show to the masses that the swapping mode will the choice to the public. This process is interactive. So developing service vehicle market, then many benefits will be demonstrated to owners, manufacturers, battery makers, and related businesses. All of them will get benefit. Then who is going to reject better things? So the market will follow the best.
32:50, Q: What is your view of EV development in China?
32:57, A: I believe that China is the best soil for EV development. First because the government has strong determination. Secondly, China has the most complete industry chain, no matter electric motor, electric control, battery, business operation and coordination. It will be very difficult to start a new system in other places.
33:38, Q: In the future what kind of role ZJMY will play in this process?
33:50, A: EV industry, as an uprising industry, is going to replace conventional vehicles. Traditional vehicle industry, is a humongous industry ecology, is a trillion dollar industry in the whole world. Both the production and application are huge, having impact on all walks of life. How to make a change in the industry, we believe, ZJMY, could take a high point one of sub-categories, that it battery swapping station systems. This subcategory itself, is very big. For example, PetroChina and Sinopec are huge systems, the electric vehicle industry in the future also should have compatible size of swapping station systems. In this system, I believe ZJMY will have hope to play an important role and becomes a leader for the industry.

We are planning for the nest step , a national live meeting (site demonstration), and set a standard in China, to promote our FAIBSS. After the live meeting, we are going to expand nationwide from one point to whole area, by duplication. Every swapping station will be established to replace gas station. It has very good trend and prospect. The standard of FAIBSS in China will be the first of such in the world, never had before. Our goal is to satisfy the market need after sales of fuel-engine vehicles are limited. Many people are looking forward to seeing our swapping station for a long time. They want to join our business. So we have a great future. Secondly, we already have many people waiting to join our business to replace gas station with our FAIBSS. Because the policies of restricting fuel engine vehicles from the Ministry of Industry and Information are being systematically implemented in China, this will greatly benefit our FAIBSS. We are going to be popular in China. because the Ministry of Industry and Information (MII), Development and Reform Commission (DRC), and Ministry of Science and Technology (MST), will joint effort to promote our standard of swapping station technology. Our swapping station, when established, will solve all the problems the world is facing and hard to tackle. It can achieve no-human attendance, robot operation, swapping in three minutes, to satisfy every customer's needs. These are the manifestation of technology advancement. We are going to continue develop more advanced swapping technology, current one is fourth generation technology, and develop station different levels of automation, and promote nationwide. 3:343, Q: This first swapping station being built, when it will be completed and ready for trial run?
3:50, A: Its main body is already completed. Now we are carrying out installing equipment, outside and inside furnishing, and testing. In about one month, all work will be done. It should satisfy the battery need for 300 cars per day.
4:20: You mean 300 cars per day?
4:25, A: Yes. For ride-hailing cars, official cars, and taxi, because it is a multiple model swapping process.
4:35, Q: The one we are building is a standardized one?
4:39, A: Yes. It is standardized.
4:40, Q: Yesterday we had over there, Professor Han also mentioned about a miniaturized one, and a large scale one?
4:45, A: The miniature one will be placed under overpass because of its small footprint. We are going to have miniature, mid-size and large size ones.
5:00, Q: So we are using Anyang as a start point to?
5:04, A: We are using Anyang as a standard model city for national commercialization, starting from here, expand to the whole country.
5:12, Q: Do we have any near-term plan for Anyang, like how many standard stations?
5:17, A: Right now, even before the first station is built, Anyang city government have discussion with us on multiple occasions, to plan for at least fifty stations. Antou (Anyang Investment) group will invest into us and join us. All the Anyang government vehicles will be replaced with electric, because of government mandate, the fuel engine vehicles will be restricted.
6:15, Q: So we start from Anyang and go to whole country?
6:21, A: Yes. From a point to whole area, duplicate in whole country.
6:26, Q: From time point of view, how long the Anyang project will be completed?
6:35, A: In about one and half year. Because the standard, procedure, and construction program will be formalized, so the process will be very fast.
6:52: You just mentioned about three government agencies?
6:54, A: MII, MST, DRC. They are waiting for the emergence of standard swapping station. At the Two Meting this year, Professor Cai had a proposal which was initiated by professor Han. After that the government pays great attention to us. MST is waiting for our progress. When our first swapping station is ready, MST will organize meeting for nationwide promotion. Our project schedule is very tight right now. We work nonstop and around the clock.
7:32, Q: So you are saying that the live demonstration meeting will be sponsored and endorsed by the three government agencies?
7:40, A: Yes. All of them will jointly organize the meeting.
7:45, Q: What is your plan for your electric vehicles?
7:50, A: The development on EV, our low speed EV sales are very good. After construction completion in Guigang, Guangxi, the production started in June 15, 2018. We have four major manufacturing operation lines are available. This is a joint venture with ZJMY. The whole name of the company is Guangxi Jiujiuxing New Energy Vehicle Co, Ltd. The design standard is 2000 car output per day. We are aiming for mainly exporting to southeast Asia. Because those countries has large demand for our low speed cars. This is the first aspect of our car, maximum speed not more than 50. We have seven to eight models for customers to choose. The revenue is pretty good. Secondly, after the first production line put int ouse we are going to start build constructions for the second production line, mainly will invest in our logistics vehicles, which is high-speed. We already got certification.
9:14, Q: What is the output?
9:16, A: To meet demand of 2000 low speed cars per day. Our police patron cars are being used by police and received good evaluation, include the quality and the look, received positive market response.
9:42, Q: I just went to the nearby police station I saw three of your cars in front of police station.
9:50, Q: Yes. The police department likes out patrol vehicles. So our swapping station and new energy vehicles are two major trends. We have good reviews and evaluation, and high expectation from all aspects of societies. Especially our FAIBSS, many businessmen, enterprises, are coming to us for co-operation and investment. Swapping station is a trend for the future, it concerns what to do when fuel engine vehicles are eliminated from the market, our FAIBSS will replace all gas station in the future. This is big future. We welcome people come to ZJMY for investment and cooperation.
10:57, Q: Your are saying that company is already generating revenue?
11:01, A: Yes. We are having revenue. The low speed vehicle has pretty good profit. Our swapping station is under construction, already has many investors and affiliates. The initial fee will be our important source of revenue. After expanding to whole country, we are going to adopt business model of PetroChina and Sinopec. ZJMY will take a portion of administration fees. By doing this ZJMY will be a great player in the future.
11:52, Q: So in the future the gas stations owned by ChinaPetro and Sinopec will be replaced by swapping stations?
12:09, A: This is the direction, when the fuel engine vehicles are gone, gas station will be useless. Our FAIBSS will make history in the world. This first swapping station will be the first one in the world. Out technology includes battery swapping from the bottom, battery locking mechanism are the keys to solve the EV problem in the world. After eight to nine years of hard work with our technical staff, we solve those problems. This worth celebration.
12:55, Q: So who owns those patents?
13:00, A: these technology patents, are under ZJMY, my name, and our technical team Han Jianfang.
13:16, Q: Do you have any competition in China, with same or similar concept?
13:25, Right now in China, Swapping station with our level there is none, zero. Earlier BAIC, including BYD, built some stations in Shenzheng, they are closed, because they used Israeli model, could not be commercialized. We break away from their model, make operator profitable.
14:02, Q: So when this model is completed, is there any possibility that some big EV companies will come to you to cooperate with you?
14:13, A: Right now, BAIC, Chery are discussing with us our experience and technology. After completion, we are going to attract many car manufacturers, to adopt our swapping standards. It is like the cellphone, one battery fits one cellphone. After standardization, one battery fits many cellphones. By then, our battery module, battery pack, battery swapping technology, will be standardized. Without adopting our standard, their EV can't operate. So they have to take our standard. Charging pole is not practical.
15:10, Q: In other words, your future business will not be swapping station only, at the same time, you will provide services for those EV manufacturers, and their cars have to meet your standards. So your standard will become the industry standard.
15:30, A: Yes. They cant escape our swapping station model. The charging pole is not practical at all. Plus our technology is world class technology. Tesla can't do it.
15:56, Q: So if Tesla wants to be successful, they have to take swapping model?
15:10, A: Yes. They have to take the approach of our swapping technology. Without it they can't survive. Who is going to take several our to charge?
16:51, Q: OK. I have last question. If us shareholders or who wants invest in the US want to see the swapping station, the fist one in Anyang, when we can come, first, if we are welcome to come to see?
17:14, A: Sure. We welcome American shareholders. Jiujiuxing Guangxi
Jiujiuxing Guangxi is a subsidiary of Jiujiuxing New Energy Vehicle Technology Co. Ltd in Shandong province. Jiujiuxing Guangxi is located in Guigang city, which is about one hour bullet train ride to east of Nanning, Guangxi.
Jiujiuxing Guangxi started its construction about two years ago. Right now, the first phase of construction on a 175 mu (about 29 acres) property. There are still many equipment to b moved in and installed, but it is ready for production. This first phase construction hosts manufacturing of low speed four-door compact cars and tricycles. Their second phase construction will be on an an adjacent area double of current size (350 mu or 587 acres). According to Mr. Han, it will host a production line for ZJMY utility box truck which is a high speed EV with a permit already issued by the department of industry and information.
Mr. Han of ZJMY owns 10% of Jiujiuxing Guangxi.

ZJMY Engineer Talking about their SUV
From earlier conversation I realized that Mr. HU of ZJMY was the person who built the very first SUV which was presented at the Hannan Rendez-vous at the end of 2016. So I decided to ask him more questions.

Anyang EV Battery Swapping Station
I saw they are working on three models for battery swapping: BAIC EU300, Chery Kaiyi C3, both compact cars, and ZJMY SUV which is based on one of Chery models.
The last picture shows the very first SUV they built which was driven to Hainan for the show (http://mini.eastday.com/mobile/161213170645724.html). Their engineer drives the vehicle to work every day.
Anyang EV Battery Swapping Station
On my first day of arrival, the swapping station under construction looked like this:

The design of this size is supposed to handle 300 compact, mid-six cars and SUVs a day. They can handle multiple battery configurations and car models.
The next stage of construction will be installing of racks, charging equipment, swapping automatics, and fine tuning.
From the dedication ceremony to this stage of construction it took about six weeks. They target the completion time to October. Hope everything goes smoothly.
Anyang EV Battery Swapping Station
The project is located on the open field of the property of Anyang Golden Bell New Energy Company, Ltd. (http://www.goldenbellbattery.com/).

During my visit I met all the people standing in the back except the one on the right.

Beijing to Nanning G421 Train Ride
I don't know how long is the advertisement contract. I just noticed that the ad is still running inside and outside of the high speed bullet train G421. It is all over the places in the forms of prints and video.
The ad is not only about ZJMY car, but Jinbo business as well. I saw the veggie burger and e-commerce ads too.
It is over thirteen hour boring train ride. You can't miss the presence of the advertisement.
The ZJMY Beijing Office
The first thing I noticed was that the showroom on the first floor in the office building was closed. The room is under renovation and there is no vehicle inside the room.
I was told that their low speed EV production and sales are under Long Star Guangxi through joint venture so there is no need for a show room in Beijing. Their focus for the moment is on the swapping station.
I also noticed the original company sign was changed to a new one, a more artistic one by a famous calligrapher.
Asked if I was able to see their cars on the road. They showed me some at a nearby police station. I was told they sold six cars to that site and I spotted three of them.
Re-visiting ZJMY
I took one week in Mid-September to visit ZJMY in Beijing, ZJMY's first Swapping station in Anyang, Henan province, took high speed train from Beijing to Nanning which is named after Jinbo-ZJMY, and visited Long Star Guangxi which is a joint-venture between Long Star and ZJMY.
I will post my findings in coming days. There are many positive progress with ZJMY. I found there is a major disconnection of communication between shareholders here and the company.
Recent ZJMY Company Structure Change
A search for ZJMY on TianYanCha.com yields following findings:
1. Current owners of ZJMY: HAN Zhiming 49%, Shenzhen Jinbo Investment Holding Group 31%, CHEN Jinhui 20%. The last person Mr. CHEN is new to me. WANG Dequn (WANG Jinlai) is no longer an owner of ZJMY. Mr. HAN remains the majority owner of the company.
2. This change was filed on July 16, 2018. The legal representative was changed from WANG Dequn to HAN Zhiming.
3. A new company was set up in Anyang city, Henan Province on July 10, 2018. The company name is Anyang ZhongTe New Energy Vehicle Battery Swapping Facility Company. The company is 100% owned by HAN Zhiming. There are two company officers: Mr. HUO Yanzhong, and HAN Zhiming.
Have been waiting this moment for several years.
It was Gerben who introduced this company to me. It did not take too long for me to figure out that Yinghong Guangda is the right company.
This is a reverse merger. If the orders on hand of $78 millions is real the PPS should be much higher than the current price. The SEC suspension (?) is an opportunity for believers.
They have purchasing orders of over 5,0000,0000 RMB on hand, which is equivalent to about $78 million USD.
