The informative Interview

Hi Art:

The interview with Mr. Han happened September 2018 in ZJMY Beijing office. The interpretation of the interview was posted here: https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=143889626. The original interview can be viewed on youtube:
.

The first swapping station should have been completed last year. The project was delayed due to the "Soil Closure Order" from Henan province and Anyang district governments. The soil closure order was implemented around October last year and just lifted March 15, 2019. During this period all outside construction activities (including farming near suburban area) are prohibited to prevent dusts. This order does not prevent indoor construction. This measure might be an alarming signal that the governments are very serious about environment and air pollution problems, and why the governments push so hard on replacing fuel engine vehicles with electric vehicles. The central and local governments pours money into EV and EV service industry.

During the interview, Han stated that "the Ministry of Industry and Information (MII), Development and Reform Commission (DRC), and Ministry of Science and Technology (MST), will joint effort to promote our standard of swapping station technology". It is very rare that three central government agencies jointly promote and endorse certain technology and business. Noway to be certain but I guess that swapping station project is partially funded by these three agencies. That is how it works over there. Governments invest money into a project, they want to see the results, and promote the results to show that the money is well spent.

Since the soil closure order is lifted, the outside cosmetic work should be done very soon and the swapping station project should be ready to be revealed. I expect good news start to flow very soon.

Han stated that "Right now, even before the first station is built, Anyang city government have discussion with us on multiple occasions, to plan for at least fifty stations. Antou (Anyang Investment) group will invest into us and join us. All the Anyang government vehicles will be replaced with electric, because of government mandate, the fuel engine vehicles will be restricted". I guess the real exciting news will be available after the multitude of such swapping stations is installed and operating, showing us how successful and viable the technology and business model are.
