My first thought, why keep beating this drum if you hate the company so much? If AF thinks it will fail then let it fail. There are a ton of biotech's out there and this guy has to write a daily pice on PPHM? Come on bro!
My second thought is, why does he keep asking skeptic's? Why doesnt he discuss this with someone of the opposite opinion than his so he can see both sides of the coin? Unless perhaps he doesnt want to see the other side.
I think it is too soon for our partner to be annonced. We just got the loan in place, so I believe they (king/Lytle) anticipated that it would be some time before a partner, so they secured cash. Then again, if you want my conspiracy theory, a partner is imminent and the proof is a huge amount of shares traded in the past few days and the PPS hardly went up considering the amount of shares moved. Would the really big boys try to get in and do it as quietly as possible if they knew a deal was imminent? Possibly.
Something to ponder if one of these predictions do come true.
However I believe if word does leak out of the partner, it will be obvious and the PPS will move up quickly. That's my take.
You will most likey see one, bt you will not see the other.
Institutional owenership will surley go up
You will not see insider buying, not when you know they are currently in negotiations with a potential partner. How can you expect them to buy when they know first hand of a material event like a partnership?
The trial isnt over, MOS has not been reached.
I understand, but I am curious too. Soo many shares have churned and we are not really up that much during that curning. So I am looking for some sort of reasonable or unreasonble explaination.
What is your theory?
50% of our float was traded in two days!!
I think this is a topic that needs to be discussed further. We are talking about 50 million shares traded hands in the past two days.
Where did they all come from?
Where did they all go?
Sure we know there were a lot of day traders on both sides making a play, as well as retail making some buys. But come on 50 Million on PPHM? And the net gain was only 1.36.
What do you make of this volume action? I would think there have to be some pretty big players involved to keep the PPS suppressed in the midst of all the buying/turnover. Algo's running the show?

Our friend DDew's recent remark
EM83:
I like your optimism, but what makes you think it will break above $5 tomorrow?
Realist;
You clearly do not understand this drug.
Is it just me, or does it feel like the PPS is being held back right now? 10M shares in the first hour and only a .26 move seems a bit low. JR what is your take? Or anyone else want to offer an opinion?
Thanks
WXCBS:
He said meetings, and has said they have had more since then. So no not different BP's.
I dont think we see a partner PR until later in the year. IMO
Stome:
I know what you are saying. Time is the enemy of any BP right now as it pertains to PPHM. In most cases a BP wants a biotech to bring the drug as far along as possible before partnership to mitigate risk. However in the case of bavi being a potential drug for all solid tumor cancers and many other indications, the more developed it becomes the more expensive it becomes to acquire.
Plus when the very smart people do realize what we have here, I have to agree that shares will be in short supply and up we go. I cant see a reason we would even conside anything less than $20B, even then that is a low ball number in my opinion. But if that is the sell out price, I can retire now in my 40's.
Realist,
I appreciate you latest post. But please answer me this; Where could they have gotten the money to fund the trials if not the ATM or a pipe?
If the ends justify the means then they did the right thing. How could they have gotten here of they didnt dilute? Also consider that they market to acquire money we south along with the stock market a few years ago, so the game changed for everyone.
So please outline how they could have gotten here without dilution.
Thanks
Options Question:
I want to buy some long calls, but Scottrade will not let me write uncoverd calls. What brokerage will let me do that?
Thanks in advanced.
That wasn't the question. And the answer to your question is, no. Not even close.
Bio,
I am right there with you. I would like some of the details taken care of like going concern removed. Now that they know they have the goods I think it is time to show a little hype. Possibly offer some color on the IST's that are showing promise? I would also like to see another filing by an institution of 5%.
I think a partner is still a ways out, but this year. So I agree they need to give everyone a reason to step in and hold this one until things play out.
I would like to close comfortably above 5 on Monday. Time will tell. Hopefully with all of the press we got today that an article is in the works for this weekend. I think that would easily push this thing upwards quite a bit.
Today was a great day, but I think just a taste of things to come.
Realist, we do get it:
1. Dilution was the only way to generate enough cash to get to where we are today. Now we have a loan and a partner (soon on the partner)
2. Data is good enough for PIII and possibly AA, that took time and money. Where were we going to get that money?
3. Sure people sell out early, but the rality is institutions are the ones picking up those shares now, we will soon see alot higher Inst % holding.
We are jumping with pom poms because some of us triple downed at .55 so forgive me if I am happy, but you would be too if you had any idea how much I will make once we partner and sell out.
Glad you are still here, dont go anywhere. Please stick around so you can see how wrong you have been.
JR;
You are the board TA guru. Good call!
My .02 on this most recent AF article:
He is playing this down the middle now because he must be getting wind that something is up. I am sure he has been around long enough to sniff out the losers when he sees them, but is it possible he is now thinking that PPHM has something? He may be downplaying a bit but he can back off of that easily enough by saying he was guessing on the low end of MOS.
At any rate, I am taking this article as a positive developement when you get one of the worst detractors to straddle the fence.
Biopharm,
Dont waste your time on Eric he is not a short, he just likes to show up and tell us we are all wrong blah blah blah.
I do like that when he was asking for some info on the loan that is was PR'd the next day. he will get his crow to eat, dont worry. I see his only nit pick are the warrents. I hope he read what Firechief wrote about the loan. I didnt see him dispute that logic did you?
And puulleeezze is he comparing the ATM spigot to 250K warrents? Really? Have you seen and apple and an orange side by side?
A partner is on the hook...... errr I mean way ;)
The volume speaks volumes.
NVI looking to cross today, that should set off some bells.
The perfect storm brewing? I think so!
I hope we will have a partner for Christmas dinner.
Mojojojo:
Thanks for finding that quote from Dr. G, I am sure he knows his way around the FDA more so than Dew. I would venture to guess he can pick up the phone and make a call and talk to someone on or off the record anytime he wants. But in Dew's world everything Dew knows is all that needs to be known.

Realist - You will be proven wrong in a very short time - stick around please.
Remember when 3 million shares was considered a big trading day? Now we are doing that in the first couple hours of trading on a day with no news. PPHM has changed it's stripes. Volume preceds price.
I will be there for sure.
The balance sheet will be addressed very soon, stick around for the fun!
$287!!?!!?!
You would crap your pants at what I am up today. And that is just peanuts to the big one coming. Peanuts bro!
And you will cover at the lowest point the pps hits after your short. Congratulations on your wild success!
I have seen this movie beofre.
RCJ
I was going to say the same thing. When you are holding aces you dont worry about the guy bluffing.
Nice RCJ, I like it.
If I didnt have peace of mind, this dip would really bug me and cause me to wonder if hanging on would be the right thing to do or to jump out and tka e a small profit.
Well I am hanging on with two fists, I am a bit bummed that I bought last Monday and could have had a ton more if I waited for today, but oh well when it all comes to fruition that's the time that will tell.
This is all noise, but well orchestarted. The longs will win in the ned, that I have no doubt about.
100% confident.
All of this other stuff I see and hear is just noise. Dew is Dew and will be proven wrong, AF is working an agenda. Months from now, all of us with shares will be very happy.
Dew I keep forgetting that you know more about the biotech industry than Dr Garnick. Here is his bio below, please post your credentials so we can compare them apples to apples. If I get no reply from you then I will take that to mean that you have no credentials at all.
Dr. Robert L. Garnick. Dr. Garnick has over 30 years of experience in drug and biologic pharmaceutical development. He was formerly the Senior Vice President of Regulatory, Quality and Compliance at Genentech, Inc. Dr. Garnick spent 24 years at Genentech, Inc. helping to pioneer the biotechnology industry. PD:
Yes, I have reason to be quite confident that this is about to explode, in a good way. IMHO
