I think it is too soon for our partner to be annonced. We just got the loan in place, so I believe they (king/Lytle) anticipated that it would be some time before a partner, so they secured cash. Then again, if you want my conspiracy theory, a partner is imminent and the proof is a huge amount of shares traded in the past few days and the PPS hardly went up considering the amount of shares moved. Would the really big boys try to get in and do it as quietly as possible if they knew a deal was imminent? Possibly.

Something to ponder if one of these predictions do come true.

However I believe if word does leak out of the partner, it will be obvious and the PPS will move up quickly. That's my take.
