Cent, can you elaborate on the Southern Cross
on the chart. I see it happening but can you give some examples as to other stocks - such as ticker symbol - that shows what this actually means? Sounds like its a pretty big deal in the charting world and with everything coming together on the Spooz side, we will have multiple things going for us to push the pps WAY up in the next week or 2!
Thanks for your input on this!
I'm waiting for some funds to clear from another stock - then I will be adding to my position. Wish they would clear faster as I will be getting less and less for my money! lol
BTW: If you don't ever hear from me again, it might be because my wife killed me for adding more.
Well byebye, why hasn't TT bought in...?
Maybe it was the guys at Spooz that didn't want them to buy in. Paul has stated - many times - that he has the wellfare of the small investors at heart. Heck, the software was made to bring the trading advantages of the big heavy hitting institutions down to the average investor. He feels this is big enough for the average joe to be a part of and gain some wealth - if you're smart enough to get in that is.
There is always some questions out there that should be answered. I even find myself asking 'why is this run now?'. That's why its a risk. All of us longs know of it and our willing to take that risk because of what we know of the company and its management.
We can never be 100% sure of anything here. We are not part of the company and don't have access to that information. We are involved in an investment. You are welcome to contact Paul directly and ask your questions yourself - but I would suggest you read up on the last few months DD on this board as Paul is too busy right now to answer the same questions over and over.
BTW: nice rumor info about SWARM. Any chance you can tell the board where you heard of it?
GLTY
Any day now gbrzuchalski,
None of us know exactly. We've been guessing for weeks.
Get in asap as it seems to be the lowest this will be from here on out!
GLTY
Well, as I expected - Paul
couldn't comment on the $3 mil in financing. He answered my other question in the e-mail to Allie. He apologized for being brief as he had 200+ e-mails to respond to. Just how cool is that for the CEO to take the time to reply to 200+ e-mails in a night! I don't think I would even do that. lol. Guess that's why I'm not a CEO!
Wow. We have some great DD and info
happening today. Thanks to all those who posted. I normally sit on the sidelines and wait till I have something to decent to post. I have an e-mail into Paul as well asking to clarify a bit the financing they are looking into. I don't know if he can talk about that but I will post what I can.
We have a great board - that's all I can say. All we need to cement this company in history is a great launch to show that this software does everything that is claimed. I have no doubt it will come - soon.
A fantastic last few days. .01 by tomorrow and bulls won't stop!
Take care and GLTA!
Wow, gone after 12pm today at work
and when I check on things later on tonight - 200 posts and a .0006 increase! Maybe I should stop reading the board altogether! LOL
Some very interesting developments that I, along with everyone else, am trying to figure out. This really points out to me that the float is really thin - and in some strong hands. Why else would the bid and ask increase so much on no news. I can't even imagine what this will be like at launch. I just broke my profitablity point, so everything above this is gravy - I'm in heaven. I would love a PR in the next day or 2 to really give rise to outsiders - just to get them to take a look at the chart. The chart really says it all: We had a great run up until a 504 finacier screwed with the run and flopped us back to .0020. But since that time, we have regained the same upward momentum on no news. The trend is there - for us to go up. You really have to look hard not to get into Spooz - even if you don't know anything of the company. The chart has some powerful notes embedded in it - IMO.
This is just cool to watch.
Thanks Fed. Looks like you brought in a total of about 150
years trading experience into Spooz - and they all loved the product!? This to me means more than most anything else. You can talk all the technicals you want about the software but when real people with real experience say this is something to be reckoned with, you have yourself a winner with some great big returns.
I just wish I was smart enough with trading to really make use of STv2. I guess that's what the training is for!
Love the post and thanks again!
Fed, you the man! Thanks for a great post
right when we really needed it! It really supports how spectacular SpoozToolz is. Its just what I wanted to hear - professional traders loving what they see.
One question for you... when you say "Lets just say everyone I have brought in to see it, thinks its a life changing product" - how many other people have you brought in for a demo and were they also professional traders?
Thanks again Fed! You are truely a great asset to this board.
Nice buy ~3mil @ .003
Maybe we start above 3 next week.
Thanks Allie for that great post from Darryl!
Looking forward to my WAG dream! :)
WAG - I'll still go with the dream Saturday 7/7/07.
Thank you much "buy low sell higher"!
Great to see some additional DD to add to the mix. When a new person comes along and actually sits down and reads all the descent DD posts we have on this board, its really hard to think they wouldn't jump on board.
Great work and thx for the update.
Hate to rain on the parade,
but their probably is at least 1 more finacier out there that has shares. The last of the 504s went to a company other than the one thought to have dumped the shares. Also IMO, I'm sure other finaciers probably haven't sold off all their shares. I think the majority of finacier shares are out in the public now but we can't rule out all.
The potential of this thing is killing me. I so hope all goes well with the launch and the connectivity. 3 people I've turned on to Spooz now have over a mil each. They liked what they researched and saw with the product (plus a bit of DD from me). I think all we need is some concrete evidence for all the nay-sayers out there that this is in fact a real product that works and we won't see subpenny again.
Time for my wacky song...
How about "Another brick in the Wall (Street)" - Pink Floyd
On another note for my WAG, my dream about 'this' Saturday being the launch date was incorrect. I did remember fireworks happening in the dream so it must have been refering to the Saturday after the 4th of July. LOL. Oh well, I guess any Saturday release will have me giving more credit to my dreams.
Getting closer. I can buy the modules
off of Spooz's website now. You can add them to the cart and create an account. Didn't go through the billing process though. Still can't buy SpoozToolz though.
And the demo is up - don't know if it was before or not.
You see Wing, my dream was right!
It will be launched Saturday! LOL
Thanks for sharing the e-mail!
Shine, its a theory. But it does explain the complete bash of the PPS. Can't dwell too much on it but at least wanted to give a possible explaination. I'm sure that if its true, action would be taken.
Release Date Guess: I had a vivid dream last night
that I was in the Chicago office, talking to the Spooz gang and they told me the release would be this Saturday. lol. Kind of odd to have it on Saturday but I don't mess with dreams! We shall see.
You know you are too involved with a stock when you start having dreams about it - glad it wasn't a nightmare!
No String, I have no idea when these were sold.
Sorry - minor typo on my post:
"Expect O/S (fully diluted share count) to go up to just over 1.4 billion - just under the A/S 1.475 Billion. Hense, 504s have ended as the A/S will NOT increase"
504s have ended - just that the updated sharecount probably hasn't reached the tranfer agent yet.
A/S update and info from Spooz (and me):
Expect O/S (fully diluted share count) to go up to just over 1.4 billion - just under the A/S 1.4 Billion. Hense, 504s have ended as the A/S will NOT increase.
There were both important strategic reasons and timing issues for not issuing that PR regarding the 504s. I don't know what they are but that's what was relayed to me.
There is a good theory as to what happened to the PPS the last few days but I can't elaborate any more on it. Suffice to say it could have been in regards to a financier not following 504 SEC agreements. It has destroyed market cap and a rally and the Spooz guys know it.
All in all, I still feel as strongly as I have previously about Spooz. You ask questions, you get answers - at least to the point that its legally acceptable. This recent downturn seems more and more 'fake' and not a true representation of the stock. Its a bargin to pick up at this price - wish I had more free funds to do so.
Sorry for being so general in this e-mail. Best I can do.
GLTA
ITGuy
Thanks Wing! Looks like you got additional info
about the news tomorrow! Glad to hear that. I've never come across a CEO with a quicker response time to investors than Paul. Certainly glad to be here and can't wait for the next few months.
Email from Paul regarding 504 dilution...
I asked about the 504s and that it seemed like with the additional O/S shares, the amount raised by the company should be around 600k.
Quoted below:
"$600K at retail prices, yes, but not for 504 financiers. What you have seen is an increase for the $200,000 to complete the 504s. They are now complete and we will hold the authorized shares exactly where they are currently for the foreseeable future.
We did exactly what we said we were going to do, but the prices were set long before the most recent rally began."
ITGuy
I just sent Paul an e-mail in regards to the O/S.
I asked him about the 504s and the recent hike in O/S. We all knew there was some additional dilution coming but it seems the additional O/S shares should have covered the 200k he stated was left at the SH meeting. At a price of .0026, it comes out to over 600k. Just wanted to try and feel him out as to the status of things.
I'll post when I get a reply.
Whaz, that was a great editorial. Kudos.
It certainly explains a few details on where things might be going soon. 1 thing I would like to add - after receiving my last e-mail from Paul, it looks like there might be some speed issues with TD due to TD's API. Paul said that is being worked out but said they had till phase 2 to do that so I don't think we'll see a PR anytime soon about TD. I have a feeling that that PR (if TD even allows it) will be released soon to the actual phase 2 rollout.
Yes Allie, I asked Paul directly at the blues bar
whether he believed that Spooz, the company itself, would be able to sustain itself just on the SWARM profitablity. His answer was a definate "Yes" - and then we preceded to talk about how SWARM would be a big profit generator pretty darn fast. Just how much is anyone's guess but we'll all find out later this month. They started with 25k, I believe. What would it say if they are at 50k now?! a 100k?! I can't wait to hear it.
Sure thing Allie, the documentation I refer to
is the 'training manual' for SpoozToolz. Basically - the user's guide. There is an immense amount to cover in the documentation. Because of the in-depth templates and the complexity of what the software can do, the docuemtation has to be as in-depth. Paul stated at the SH meeting that only when this documentation is ready will the product be released. Since training is critical to the success and adoptance of ST, he won't release it till its completed and done right. He realizes that this is a one time shot - timing is everything and if its not done right now, it won't catch on like it should in the marketplace.
Paul has a great business mind and knows what's going to make a great launch. He pulled ver.1 out of the market because he felt that if he left it out there and try to fix the problems with it that his chances of releasing another better version would be hurt. He wants this to be perfect. I've worked with new software before and I know just how important training and documentation is. If users can't figure out how to work the product easily, they will more than likey dump the product after the trial period - never paying a first subscription fee to figure out how the product should work. I'm more than happy to wait another week if it will help iron out the documentation and the overall feel of the product. I trust Paul to do this right and have no doubt he will.
Don't get me wrong, if Paul feels its all done now, I say go for it!
IMHO
ITGuy
I think the launch won't happen this week.
Based on the amount of documentation that's needed, I think we are looking at another week to get things where Paul wants them to be at before the release. As much as I want it this week, I don't think it will happen. Maybe the trifecta I was theorizing about might actually happen - a PR about the launch of the product, the SWARM results, and the TT deal all at the same time to really shock the market. It may not be the steady rise we were thinking but it would surely make some waves.

Some info from Paul...
I sent him an e-mail with a few questions and I will paraphase below.
First was why would they be able to PR the TT deal but not the Ameritrade deal? Answer: The PR is written and TT is approving it at this time. When they sign off on it, it will be released. Ameritrade isn't signing off on a PR - yet.
Second was how the documentation was coming along.
Answer: They are working as fast as they can and its coming along nicely. Its a never ending job so there will be more even to do after launch.
Third was if STv2 was tested in production to TT and TD.
Answer: STv2 is live and working in production right now with SWARM to TT. TD is currently being tested in a test account but since they aren't launching the stocks phase til August/September there isn't a real rush to polish it off.
So it seems all is well in Spooztown.
ITGuy
Hi nohogs, Allie just posted my previous post about that
but I just wanted to reiterate some facts - there are very little 'facts' right now. At first, this might look like a bash but here's the truth of the matter - it comes down to trust and putting all the 'pieces' together. Those of us that went to the shareholders meeting and have talked to the people at spooz are making a judgement call on what we believe is the truth. I for one, and I believe I can say the same for Wing, believe Paul and gang are an honest group. They want thier shareholders and themselves to retire and are looking to have Spooz take off in order to do that. They seem down to earth and are very competent thinkers. Their programmers (like Jamie) are extremly intelligent and just don't go to work for a start-up company like this unless they believe they have something extrodinary. But as far as cold hard facts for the TT or Ameritrade deal, its all their word right now. I have a few mil shares and I wouldn't put that kind of money into this if I didn't believe this was the real deal. I can definately see that once the product is launched and we have several 'serious' traders out there test driving this thing and posting their results that its going to open a floodgate of people interested in this stock. It is then that it will be a 'fact'. Its all risk till then.
One question that comes to mind is why would they be able to PR the TT deal but not the Ameritrade deal? I will be e-mailing to Paul about this tomorrow to get some clarification on this as I'm a bit fuzzy on the restrictions regarding PRs.
ITGuy
And it begins....
ITGuy
Milo3, you are correct. I now remember
Paul stating that he wanted more of a steady uptick vs all at once. I guess I was maybe just thinking hypothetically that it would rocket if it was all released at once.
I like the fact that the O/S is staying steady at ~1.2bil according to 'iranian' on the RB board.
Looking forward to the next few weeks.
ITGuy
I wonder if they will do a trifecta...
They could release the PR for TT, the release of STv2, and the monthly release of SWARM results all at once! Don't ya think that could generate a bit of interest?! Of course, that would mean waiting till the end of June because of the SWARM side of it.
Want to see a rocket (and I don't mean that kind of rocket! lol)?
ITGuy
Nohogs, It originally came from Spooz
at the SH meeting. It was part of 3 seperate ad pictures they will be revealing in the coming weeks.
ITGuy
Yes - it was me that mentioned MS and Google...
those two were mentioned by Paul during the meeting but it was all hypothetical. I have no idea if they were acutally approached by them or not. It is just a 'feeling' of mine that Paul wouldn't have even mentioned those names if there wasn't at least something there.
ITGuy
That is correct Gmen, only 1%
Isn't that amazing. Like I said before - either I'm missing something big or there are a lot of skepitcal people out there missing something big. I can't see how this won't be huge.
Great find on the article Wing!
ITGuy
Imp Whaz, you were specifically mentioned by Paul
at our blues outing. He would have really liked for you to attend as he thought they would be able to 'blow you away' with the product's technical specs. I bet if you were to give Paul a call, he would set up a demo with you asap. You would probably be able to talk to Jamie as well to get even more technical details of SWARM and such.
ITGuy
Great post Wing! I agree 100%
on everything you said. Those are my exact same feelings after being around them. Each person took responsibility for their own area in the company and all were professional. They were all knowledgable and able to stand on their own with no help from the others. They compliment each other very well.
As long as athe documentation gets done correctly, things should fly left and right.
ITGuy
Hi Wing, Glad to see you got home safely.
Hope the trip went well. It was good meeting and listening to some blues with you. Hopefully, if things go well, we'll all come down there and hang out in Florida for a bit!
ITGuy
