For SHZ, mentioned this morning, the next target is $7.7 (138% extension) of the previous run.
Nice...I missed that one.
I closed some positions, among which gold and palladium. Some good dogs have now collars.
I decided to take a few days of vacation for the holidays.
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to everyone!
LDK Gave a BUY signal in daily and 60 min.
LDK Feb 11 calls @ 0.83
China said it will not raise interest rates for at least 1 year (Bloomberg).
Do you understand what that means for an important industrial metal, like palladium, which is in very limited supply?!
I am also long REE. Fib targets: 10.95 and 12.11
YES...At the top of today’s JKS run I managed to sell some covered calls (Jan 22.5 calls @ $2.00)
Last month I also had sold Dec 22.5 calls, which expired worthless.
In this crazy market I have to be nimble.
JKS is on the move!!!
It is very confusing, indeed. As I was wondering about the paradoxical “double whipsaw” on the TLT/TBT couple, Cramer come on CNBC bragging about the great GS, who will make a lot of money since, according to him, those Boyz are experts in trading treasuries in conditions of high volatility. In plain English, this means that they manipulate the market in a spectacular way creating frequent stop/reverse events for the simple purpose of extracting some pennies from the unprepared traders. However, careful TA can capture in various time frames the limits of those moves.
CONCLUSION: one has to be very nimble or prudent …and avoid them!!!
a TLT / TBT reversal is now confirmed…
JKS is still estblishing a base. I think that sooner or later it will have to start going up. It has excellent fundamentals...
Yes...I had to buy them back to cover. Crooks! But I still made a good profit. This morning i sold the Jan 75 calls which I bought a long time ago, also for a profit.
TBT still going down
TBT going down. I am not as brave as you are. I have TBT Jan 39 puts, which by now are in the money.
IWM for OpEx. The lazy market is good! I count on IWM expiring between 77 and 78. The risk is on the upside. If they close according to my assumption, the Dec options that I sold will expire out of the money and I will be left with a strangle, which I will deal with next week.
Good idea! Let us look beyond OpEx!!!!
Maybe!
SINA gave BUY signals today on 2 time frames.
Sold them.
I have FXI Jan 42 puts and I wonder whether to sell them at opening....
Does anyone know why is HSI(Hang Seng) down so much?
SINA shoulld give a REVERSAL SWING BUY signal if it breaks 71.63.
Maybe, but ESLR is very risky.
"People's Central Bank of China" shows restraint. Short coverings in commodities are expected. Toasted turkeys - among many talking heads, who were advising China to do the opposite, after shorting gold and copper. Apparently the politburo of the CC of the PRC had other plans. LOL!
PALL (Physical Palladium) should get today a confirmation of the BUY signal, for a long swing on extended W5, with a target = $83.5.
TSL (Trina Solar) is another serious buy candidate.

JKS (Jinko Solar) is ready for a serious bounce, in the conditions of the present Chinese energy policy. All we need is volume.
