Palm Sunday, Passover, Good Friday, It all starts next week.
We really need some good news. We're 1 tick away from the 2's again.
If the buy volume is 3,103,828 and the sell volume is 1,790,000 how come the price drops?
I have no idea what my problem is. It didn't even look right staring at the numbers. I hope I get deleted for being stupid.
- Year 1: Drugs tests 155,000 tests / Explosive tests 75,000
-- Year 2: Drug tests 200,000 / Explosive tests 150,000
"The expected income from this company in the first two years will be about, $1,500,000.
That's 580,000 units divided by $1.5 million = 39 cents each.
It seems like a pretty good buy!
PR for March 15, 2010
Mar 15, 2010 10:00 ETInternational Drug & Explosives Detection Firm IDenta Corp. Reports on Law Enforcement Agencies in the USJERUSALEM--(Marketwire - March 15, 2010) - IDenta Corp. (PINKSHEETS: IDTA) CEO Yaacov Shoham released today the following information from Jant Pharmacal Corporation, Identa's US representative:
Reported from Jant:
"A 1. The new Ammonium Test kits (EX377) we received last Friday have been sent to all the contacts we discussed, including TSA, ATF, Naval EOD Technology Division, GE, and a few contacts of the US Army testing sites that have contacted us in February. We are planning to follow up with calls next week. The ex377 - Ammonium Test Kit is the new identifying explosive kit developed by Baruch Glattstein for the US army in Afghanistan.
"2. The client we met with in Chicago (in the last few months we have been in intensive dialogue with this company) is a very large multi-national concern.
"They have confirmed the explosive detection presentation that will be held on Friday, March 19th:
"So far they have 40 Municipal, County, State, Federal and Private Agencies decision makers signed up for the breakfast meeting/presentation. This is coordinated with the local FBI bomb unit that has already purchased some kits for evaluation and had a very positive feedback ("one of the best kits he ever saw in the market").
"Jant Pharmacal will have about 30 minutes to present the material. We will email Baruch a copy of the powerpoint, to review by the end of this week for his suggestions and comments.
"3. We are currently reviewing the contract draft (WITH CHICAGO BASED COMPANY) they sent us and are planning to move forward on our negotiations, following the terms we have agreed with you:
"Private label exclusivity (other than Accutest IDenta) for the US, Initially for 2 years based on at least the following quantities:
-- Year 1: Drugs tests 155,000 tests / Explosive tests 75,000
-- Year 2: Drug tests 200,000 / Explosive tests 150,000
"The expected income from this company in the first two years will be about, $1,500,000.
"Our goal is to sign very soon a tri-party agreement with them involving (a) Manufacturer -- IDenta b) Supplier -- Jant c) Our Client/Distributor.
"They also have already started the evaluation of the 500 drug tests we sent them (Cocaine/Heroin/Ecstasy/Marijuana) and have done extensive market research comparison with other technologies. They have even begun artwork design for the different kits."
B. The final decision for the tender (100,000 explosive kits to be used by the US army in Afghanistan) will be probably this coming week.
IDenta is confident that we will receive the tender, because we are the only company able to provide this new Ammonium Test Kit -- ex377.
See the press release from March 2, 2010.
Shoham also commented, "These activities are only a part of IDenta's global activities and acceptance of our kits has been tremendous. However these large companies and agencies work on their own timeline and sometimes delays occur. We will continue to update finalization of contracts as they occur." Shoham also announced that "We have found out that the shares of IDenta have been shorted heavily in the past and recently by some different people. Last week for example we have been shorted as follows on 3/10 and 3/11 and we are working to address the 'shorting issue'."

I can't do the job instead of the CEO, I know there are a lot of positive developments and I can only say hold it for few more weeks bro, yaakov is preparing a very big surprise for us,You can take it or leave it, that is your money ....By the way, i Hold idta since 0.0003 and I'm not going to sell less than 0.01...
When's this very big suprise?
Let's hope the pigeon's right!
I love a happy ending.
Any update on any of the major drug store chains carrying Identa products. I see Walgreen's is buying Duane Reade Drugs who I believe was one of the interested chains if i'm not mistaken.
http://www.comcast.net/articles/finance/20100217/US.Walgreen.Duane.Reade/
I think the reporter used the January 26th Identa press release to write his January 28th article. Instead of saying "Identa has received a contract from the German Federal Police" he should have said Identa has received an order from the German Federal Police.
Hopefully they will clarify that for us.
As good as the last PR was, the only confirmed sale was the 100,000 kits to the US Army. I'm finally convinced that the only way we will make any kind of a real price jump is with an official contract signing or huge confirmed order.
At least some other news agencies are writing about Identa to get the word out. Maybe it will attract some investors.
http://www.upi.com/Business_News/Security-Industry/2010/01/28/German-Federal-Police-select-IDenta/UPI-19231264711948/
" PMC received an order from the German Federal Police to deliver its IDenta Alert threat detection systems for use by the GSG9 counter-terrorism unit."
WOW! I never seen a stock that I own go into the toilet so fast. After the reverse split, I sort of gave up and took it as a $500 loss. I don't know what made me check it for the first time in almost 2 months, but I couldn't help but laugh. We're quickly going back to my buy in last time at .0001. I hope it doesn't bring in a whole new group of suckers buying a million shares for $100. It's an endless trap.
Does anyone know if we hit that $1 mill. goal for 2009. I'm hoping we passed it.
["It can very simply be that the customers don't want the figures released. I know when I spoke to Jant a few weeks ago, the rep told me that many of these gov agencies don't want this info released." ]
That's all fine and great if it's true.
Why can't they give a general sales update that includes the entire line of Identa products sold worldwide for the last year or even the last month.
Fluffy PR + No Data = -4.35% pps @ 1245pm
Quiet volume day. Usually when we close up, it's followed by a sell off the next day. Are all the dumpers finally gone or did I speak to soon.
Maybe people finally realize what this company has to offer.
I hope their setting the ground work for a couple back to back "good news" PR's to draw in the interest and then hit everyone with the big PR of major contract news!
And don't be suprised if it takes another 5 months to make a decision.
To be fair, YS did mention the DOD in the Dec. 28th PR stating
"The DOD test is still in progress, and hopefully will be concluded positive in a relatively short period."
As Richie mentioned about China news just disappearing, at least he gave the DOD an honorable mention in the last PR.
Let's keep our fingers crossed.
GLTA
For whatever it cost to shut that airport down for several hours, they could have bought a ton of Identa Explosive Detection Kits and at least known in a matter of minutes the substance they found was not explosive.
I'm sure it would have saved them several hours of shut down time.
Looking back at some of the old PR's listed on the Identa website, I noticed several way back in 2003(before my time w/Identa)that seemed pretty significant.
For instance:
Australian Federal Custom is starting to use Identa Forensics Kits
The Australian Federal Custom is starting to use the Identa -stinger drugs detector, and made a first order containing several thousands of units. The order contains drug detectors for cocaine/crack, heroine and ecstasy . The order was delivered and arrived at Canberra, Australia, at march 17 , 2003. The Australian custom is going to introduce the drug detectors in all 7 Australian states.
Identa Forensics presents the Identa drug detection kits before the polish anti drug committee, including members of the parliament, and officers from different law enforcement agencies in Poland.
The meeting was held in the Polish parliament at February 8th. It took place in a special day orginized by the president of the Polish anti drug dommittee.
The Polish police are existing clients of Identa forensics since November 2002, buying the Identa drug detection kits through a local company
Plus several more positive PR's that never moved the PPS. I would think major news involving the continent of Australia should have done more back then. It's now 6 years later and we're still looking for the breakout PR. I sure hope the explosive detectors will finally break this thing open.
Go Identa...
I'd be happy if half those PR's come out the month of January. I like your thinking though.
It does look quite strange. Looking at the Trades link on the Hub, how can it go from .0046 to .0049 with 35,000 buying shares.
This is where the marketing group Earthbound YS hired back in July needs to step it up and get the name out there.
I think after the December 3rd 2009 PR stating:
"Identa has won the interior minister tender, a very prestigious tender in France for drug detectors, a large one to be supplied as soon as possible."
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/International-Drug-Explosives-iw-377592819.html?x=0
France must seriously be looking at the IDenta Alert Explosive Identifiers which only make sense to start testing them since they approved the drug detectors.
If you look up the France Interior Minister on Wikipedia
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Minister_of_the_Interior_(France)
It states The Minister of the Interior (full title Ministre de l’Intérieur et de l’Aménagement du Territoire) in France is one of the most important governmental cabinet positions
responsible for the following:
The general interior security of the country, with respect to criminal acts or natural catastrophes
the French National Police
the French Gendarmerie for most operational purposes
Civil defence and Security Directorate
France may just be the gateway to open things up for the entire Identa line.
AIMO
I was leaning towards the Department of Homeland Security since they are now the department regulating the makers and buyers of fertilizer.
http://www.wired.com/dangerroom/2008/11/homeland-securi/
In their 2008 Shareholder letter:
http://www.reuters.com/article/idUS160073+08-Jan-2008+MW20080108
they claim GSA approval is in its final stage and be announced soon. I don't recall hearing anything though.
"Over the past five years, the company has developed a massive database of contacts within police departments, law enforcement agencies and industry media from attending numerous trade shows and industry events. This year our products will be exhibited in more trade show events than any previous year. The advertising of the IDenta product line in trade journals is slated to
increase, and we will also soon be announcing that all IDenta products, drug and explosive detectors, are being sold through one of the largest, most respected catalogs in the industry. GSA approval is in its final stage and will also be announced soon. (Matter of weeks)."
Reptile,
If you raised your kids right like I did, it is very unlikely to find a "foreign substance" in their possission. As overprotective as I was, I can't recall ever finding something I needed to test.
I would hope most good parents have the same results. IMO 90% of the kids that leave something behind for their parents to find have parenting issues anyway and wouldn't even think to run out and buy a test kit.
We have a great product for law enforcment and government agencies but i'm still not sold on retail sales being successful. Believe me I hope I'm wrong. I need to see the sales before I change my mind.
Lets go back to the kits on ebay. Some of the listings were on the last few days of a 30 day listing. Still no feedback, which means no sales to consumers.
I totally agree. I don't see a market on the retail level. Law enforcment definately. I just don't buy the fact that people will go to the local pharmacy to buy a test kit for some residue left behind by their careless teen.
It must be someone on the Hub. They already changed the location to just PA. LOL
Take a look at this Identa product offered on ebay.
http://cgi.ebay.com/IDenta-Substance-Identification-General-Drug-Test-Kit_W0QQitemZ180441158039QQcmdZViewItemQQimsxZ20091205?IMSfp=TL091205013003r32751
I didn't know you can use 1 kit for 19 different drugs. It does have an Identa lable. Do you think this is what will be sold at the drug store chains?
I got Zecco and nope - I can't do nothing with it but watch it crash and burn.
Oh Boy - Then we can all buy a million shares for $100 again - NOT
Soon we can all buy a million share for $100 again.
I've been sitting on this so long my a** is sore. I never once sold, but made well over a dozen buys. I Definately didn't manage things well with the way this stock moved over the years. But I'm looking forward to my one MAJOR cashout.
WOW, closing in the RED.
let me edit that to sideways
I told myself I'd stop buying and just sit.
CAN'T DO IT!
Not at this price.
Hey Richie,
If you read the PRnewswire from 8/7/2007 it states:
"We now project that identa drug detection kits will be the leading products purchased in France during 2008."
We're 2 years late but better late then never. We're so close I can taste it.
Granted yesterdays PR didn't give any concrete information such as sales or contracts etc, but doesn't the information merit staying out of the red most of the day?
