I would say yes, only because that's what they are doing. This whole thing keeps circling back to series A. I'm not the lawyer on this board, you are IMHO, even though EQ disagrees. How about offering your legal dissertation on the subject?
I agree, from what little I can gather NSi never fully paid MarineHolmen for the Norway study so, "no ticky, no laundry", to quote Jack. Listen, NSI/SHMP has more secrets than a NY Victoria Secrets runway show!... IF you're looking for transparency buy GRPS in this arena, they aren't doing great, but at least they own it, TO SOME EXTENT!
I could be very wrong (rarely am), BUT I think the testing equipment from Norway went to Australia. And yes, that's a lot of shares that needing to be sold to cover the shipping costs.
My partner across the desk says, "you can't do stupid and you can't do juvenile, isn't that what you always say?, just comment that". 🤣
Understand the term coagulation first, before we discuss filtration micro size. Maybe that term wasn't on your GED exam?
You missed my point, "faecal matter" has nothing to do with their issue. I do understand the pubescent glee in mentioning faecal matter. 🤣
Can't say I wholly agree with, "The key isn’t water quality and feed. I believe those bases are covered." The more I understand how SHMPs technology works, the more I understand that they have a 'water quality' issue, one could call it byproducts of their "proprietary patented process".
That's a little strident on MF, I do believe he has most or all of the data. You two would make a good team, if the axe grinding, or competition could end. As an outsider looking in overall, you both make good arguments, why are you trying to crucify him on a minor point of order?
How did I miss or forget this CLASSIC post by EQ? I must have been on vacation. I'd love to hear MF explain this away, although, I do believe MF sort of agrees.
I never sat in the front row of class or church all my life, I might for this one! 😆
Get your head out of your arse, you are so busy pumping, you've lost objectivity. I'm currently holding over 1% of the float. I've been playing RAKR for over 6 years. One year I made over $100K on this stock.
Thank you for the input. It appears to me that as their e-commerce got some traction with the lower price, the sizes got smaller. I'm a firm believer NSI has a production problem, wether that is caused by their technology or inability to scale, is anyones guess. I believe there is not a soul that believes their forward looking projection numbers any longer.
To make the deal with Mirada make sense. They are not going to accept share payment at 1/17th the shares value. I understand the share price could rise over time organically, but to get to 0.05 is a stretch.
IF you were the CEO, I might believe you... If I were the CEO, I would.
It does make sense if they pull an R/S. Let me see currently 0.003. R/S 1/18 = $0.054. Make sense now?
Another SS lie, I checked all 3 FB groups the minute he posted this. Complete fabrication.
I was surprised that their employees would ship that size out without any quality and control in regards to sizing, nothing more than that. I have aways valued your input on everything shrimp related, you obvious have skin in the shrimp aquaculture game beyond shares in NSI. Best regards in the New Year.
IF you followed the FB groups, you may be astonished to know that e-commerce shrimp being shipped are arriving tails only at 39 count....Are they running low with full size as advertised size shrimp? I'm just an observer!
I know you meant gram, but a "27 kg jumbo shrimp" let's see, that would be a 59.5 lb. shrimp. Just injecting some humour.
Dear Sir, I can't say I disagree with most of your dissertation, most of which is fairly accurate, although, I will disagree with all your "it doesn't matter how it works or if it works" It does matter, far away from the US gulf coast it really matters. AND it really matters around the world IF they can perfect it!
Sir, respectfully, I probably understand how NSI's tech works, better than 99.9% of shareholders, because of that understanding of process, I also understand it's downfalls, and why they are still struggling to produce large quotas of shrimp! It's not something I would discuss on a public chat board, but one day you and I will chat. BTW, I think your contemplation of investing in SHMP at 0.01 is very good plan.
I think it's more than just ammonia sensors. From what information I can find, and there's not a plethora, Niterra always mentions developing an "aquaculture system". I think their goal is to develop a "turn key system", all automated, to sell/license to shrimp producers.
Although I have zero data to back up my hypothesis, here's my take on the introduction of NSI to Niterra (I could be wrong). NSI needed ammonia sensors, Niterra makes them, NSI purchases them from Niterra, NSI has problems installing/calibrating them and asks for a tech team to visit, Niterra visits and likes NSI's tech (GE does a sales job on them), and "voila" a relationship is born.
You forgot bonuses (back wages), series A, series F, etc etc etc. We could keep this up all day.
Hahaha, Power11 is just annoying, UD is smart enough to be dangerous to NSI.
Almost 8 in a row "scam" posts. I'm not getting it. That's pushing the limits of hatred, otherwise you are just losing credibility and objectivity to be a creditable analyst!
I'm not so sure, these guys have a habit of diluting and finding financing (sometimes toxic) to keep carrying on. I may buy some of their stock this week, it could take a beating with tax loss selling. Why move into new offices and sign a new lease if Chapter 11 was a reality for them?
Grind your family issues axe elsewhere!
That's is one way to get to over $0.05 per share for Miranda. 🤣
I do love the smell of 2 stoke diesel in the morning!
I do appreciate humour!
Come on man, the "Mann diesel turbo driven share printing machines"? Yes, they diluted big time, but it beat more toxic debt, when they are struggling to survive! Objectivity goes far beyond a one sided view. Have management made some mistakes? Sure I'll agree with that, but that's why I'm objective.
You evaluate all right! Without objectivity. 😅
THIS, 3 letter reply speaks volumes to what's going on! Ty UF!
UF, I have a question; is it possible Niterra is along with evaluating NSI's technology for future endeavours, also developing sensors and auto-inject water quality systems to propel NSIs systems to operational perfection with minimal manpower, ready for mass marketing?
I want to be there for that! So far, more questions have arisen for me than questions wholly answered.
Not accurate, he said most of rumours he hears are BS! Stop twisting the truth.
Baid is rarely wrong. Everyone else knew you were off. No big deal.
Did they specify common shares? OR are they a Preferred Series?
Nice rebound today, still has legs!
