RVNC is killing their own sales by stopping advertising of Daxi or RHA price! Patients must be educated about Daxi and RHA pricing! The RVNC sales reps hate this policy and the ego management team makes the rep call the account and discuss this policy!
Imagine if Allergan decided they would not allow the price of Botox to be advertised…OMG. Sales would crash overnight!
I can not believe the RVNC Board of Directors allows this to happen! Injectors will always make their profits!
The Premium Price Policy of Daxi was the biggest stupid decision!
When will Foley start managing the company instead of flaunting his Ego and power..Daxi is an amazing product and Foley keeps making bad decisions!
Dew, can RVNC legally stop practices from advertising the price of Daxxify?
RVNC is limiting freedom of speech! RVNC is not allowing competition!
This is just like Amazon not allowing vendors to sell or advertise their products at a lower price on other platforms.
What are your thoughts?
The Daxi price decrease allows Large, Medium and Small MedSpas to price Daxi Long (40 units) at the SAME price as Botox (20 units) and still make the same amount of profit and give patients the 2 day onset, double the duration of Botox and amazing skin tone. This will happen over the next few months, years...Very competitive practices will offer Daxi Long for the same price as Botox...these practices are already making HUGE profits offering Daxi at the Botox price! Average injector owned practices make $500,000 take home profit...good ones make $1,000,000.
Injectors will always make their profits....The Patient price of Daxi will now become a "competitive advantage" for new practices or practices which want to grow, to attract new patients by offering Daxi at a great price and still making more profit than Botox...Big historical Botox accounts will now offer Daxi or lose patients to the new Daxi practices.
If you search Instagram, you will see many many Daxi Day Promotions...as Coach Prime says, "I BELIEVE"!
IMHO- yes, large contract discounts include discounts for both Daxxify and RHA which will drive sales for both products!
Typically practices will only carry 2 or 3 toxins and the same for Filler.
Most offices will continue to carry Botox do to their large patients base. Botox is the short duration toxin and Daxxify is now the long duration toxin. Offices will slowly switch patients from Botox to Daxxify since Daxi saves the patient money and is more profitable for the practice. As patient’s become more comfortable with Daxxify, they will chose the longer duration Daxxify injections. This is already happening.
Injectors are about making money, and most injectors have hyper diluted their toxin products all along which is one of the reasons RVNC is now supporting Daxxify Short. Hyper dilution has always happened in aesthetics..this is “buy and bill”. This will not happen in Therapeutic which will reinforce the duration data.
As practices adopted Daxi they will at the same time drop other toxins which they are currently using. Some offices may use Dysport as their short duration and Daxi as their long duration…
Daxi onset is 2 days versus Botox at 7 to 14 days and Dysport at 6 to 12 days which equates to almost 2 weeks of additional duration with Daxi. Patients want the quick onset and lower price…
Daxi sales reps are now getting calls from practices who want to inject the product versus reps having to make cold calls. Doctors know Daxxify is the premium toxin now with an attractive price worth their time and effort to switch patients!!!
Per conversations, Revance is now providing quantity discount contracts to large buyers.
IMHO—- Allergan Aesthetic has already started dissolving aesthetic regions and not replacing reps who leave the territories. This reduction process has already started.
Sales meeting attendees is also being limited..certain groups are no longer invited…Allergan is actively cutting costs!!! And soon these certain groups will be eliminated with layoffs. The writing is on the walls.
Botox- price was not lowered…and will never be lowered due to Therapeutic price calculation. Lowest price is around $5.50 per unit.
Dysport- price was not lowered. Lowest price is around $5.50 per unit
Jeaveau- not aware that price was lowered and is significantly lower than Botox. Evolus pays for advertising for practices which is on top of their already low price. Lowest price is around $4.25 per unit.
Xeomin- Mertz toxin, not aware Xeomin price was lowered and is already priced below Botox. ..this toxin has a short duration issue. Don’t know this price..guess is $4.00 per unit.
All of the above toxins are 3 duration.
Daxi 3/4 month duration price is $2.75 per unit. Large MedSpas are receiving an even lower price.
Daxi is more profitable to the practice than EVERY other toxin and has 2 day onset, protein which improves patient skin quality and the duration can be increased with additional units which provides additional savings to the patient and additional profits to the practice!
Daxxify Dial your Duration!!! Huge advantage for patients..saving them time and dollars.
Revance should offer a ONE TIME introductory ordered of 20 vials at a price of $275 per vial to ALL practices to get Daxxify into every office! Small and Large practices.
Yes, yesterday 52% of the RVNC stock trades were shorts trading and the “uptick rule” only kicks in when the stock drops 10% from the previous day.
So the shorts are just selling and buying back hours later at a lower price! They know the equilibrium volume of buys and are exceeding this equilibrium volume with sells which drives the price down everyday.
Notice, they never exceed the 10% stock price drop from the previous day, which kicks in the uptick rule.
Hi Dew, as the shorts continue to drive the RVNC stock price down, does this open the doors for a hostile takeover or buyout?
Botox is now the 5th largest quarterly revenue product for Abbive as the Therapeutic sales continue to grow! With Daxi and the amazing Therapeutic application, Daxi will in a few years take Therapeutic market share and become a very profitable division for any pharmaceutical company!
Thank you Dew!
Botox documented duration is measured from the day the patient receives the injection…the full onset of Botox typically takes 2 weeks which means at actual true duration is 3 months less the first two weeks of movement. This minus of 2 weeks is not discussed or mentioned when discussing Botox duration.
I am sure you are not an MD. Medical Doctors NEVER want the label of “Cosmetic “ which is a slap in their face! You are just another FUDster! We know you are a scam!
Having worked in the toxin industry for 25 yrs, Injectors use Xeomin and Jeaveau because of the low price. There are no additional benefits of the products other than low price. Some injectors do use one or both of these products because they refuse to buy anything from Allergan. Both will always be sold on price.
Daxi now has a competitive price, 2 day onset, longer duration and peptide application which improves skin tone!
Xeomin and Jeaveau have no additional benefits and most likely both have disadvantages compared to other toxins.
The overwhelming theme of the four guest injectors was the price of Daxi was too high and all Daxi competitors hammered this issue home to the injectors! By reducing the Daxi price, which was the HUGE “one and only objection”, every injector will have to carry Daxi or risk losing their patient to a competitor who offers Daxi at a lower price than Botox.
The other advantages of Daxi are: 2 Day quick onset, peptide application which improves the skin, and longer duration for less visits to the office.
RVNC is at a point now, where the poor management team just needs to leave this Race Horse Run because RVNC is now the best toxin/filler company!
RVNC has the best Toxin and best Filler. Every office who uses Juvederm has experienced and is experiencing delayed onset granulomas and Allergan has been telling the offices that they are they only practice with this issue! Botox is old and Juvederm is a bad filler!
RVNC Management’s next adjustment will be that they will allow price advertising! This actually helps injectors. Remember, America is build on Capitalism! Not socialism!
Hope you realize good/typical injectors only work 3 or 3 1/2 days a week. Their hands can not support 5 days a week and they don’t need to work that hard. There are many injectors ( both owners and employees) who gross over $2,000,000 working 3 days a week …some of the days maybe 9 hours.
If your injector is grossing less than $1,000,000 after 3 years and working 5 days a week…maybe consider hiring a consultant to look at options.
Just my humble thought.
Appreciate your thoughts but busy average injectors can easily do $15,000 a day in revenue. The issue is practices have the injectors doing cool sculpting, lasers, skin consulting, all of which takes away from their highly productive injection time. Having benchmarked over 200 injectors, a busy injectors can do $15,000 in 8 hours. I had some injectors doing $20,000 per day.
This is why having patients on a 6 month schedule is so important! The patient will get both Toxin and Filler at the same appointment and the patient revenue per appointment will easily surpass $1875..Toxin plus 2 syringes of filler plus $300 in skin care products.
Yes, the new pricing is the same for up to 49 vials at $420 per vial. You may want to consider buying 1 more vial, as the price drops to $295 per vial for 50 vials which is $14750 order. A typical injector’s gross revenue is $15,000 plus per day and they will blow through 50 vial’s quickly
Large contract buyers are now getting prices below $275 per vial.
Too early in my the quarter to estimate a number!
Need to see how many big MedSpa chains buy into Daxi! There are at least 100 chains now and some will order $1,000,000 a month of Toxin. Daxi is MAGIC for the big chains as this product gives their injectors flexibility and gives a them 35% to 60% more profit per injection!
If a MedSpa patient wants the double duration, the chain makes significantly more profit for the same appointment! This will allow chains to incentivize injectors to sell the double but any patient who wants 3 to 4 months gets the Daxi Lite and the Med Spa Chain make more profit with both Lite and Double versus Botox.
IMHO - spoke to 2 Daxi sales reps from different areas of the USA this week, and both are experiencing never before demand (orders) for Daxi. Both will far exceeded their quotas by the end of September! They believe every Daxi rep is experiencing the same thing do to the price decrease combined with the Daxi Lite injection!
The only way Allergan can compete is by increasing their Botox rebate amount to $100 which would be a disaster to their profits! There are big accounts who inject the minimum Botox amount of 20 units to get the patient the maximum rebate. These practices also inject the same patient at the same appointment with Dysport and get the maximum Dysport rebate! If Allergan increases their rebate to $100 to compete with the lower price of Daxi, Allergan is giving the product away for FREE. There was an RM who was let go about a year ago, and Allergan broke the region into existing regions. There were also Botox Reps who have quit and Allergan is not replacing them either. The writing is on the wall and Daxi will now take market shares and Allergan will continue to cut headcount to keep profits!
Seems like Allergan knew this was coming..they were just waiting on the RVNC management team to wake up.
IMHO- practices are charging a premium price which could be double the price of Botox or a 75% premium to Botox but the injector are only injecting 50 to 75% more of Daxi. Injectors are NOT doing the recommended double the units of Botox. As an outcome, patients are paying a premium and not getting double the duration of Botox.
Hence, the double the units treatment is a bust because too expensive and not getting double the duration.
So RVNC, decided to be like everyone else, and offer 3 to 4 month duration since they can not control what 20,000 injectors are doing! Just like IBM, use what is already the “market standard”…3 to 4 months… and make it a little better!
The marketing failure was 3 fold:
1. Injectors don’t like change and will do what they want! RVNC can not control injectors
2. The premium price category was a bust…not enough patients and injectors don’t care about a premium product…injectors are there to make money!
3. RVNC “No Marketing Price” killed the marketing impressions of Daxi which is KEY for any new product to create patient awareness!
Allowing doctors to advertise their Daxi price will benefit Daxi sales because patients will now know which practices are offering Daxi and what price is. This small element will force AlLL practices to carry and sell Daxi or their patients will leave them. Botox at a cost of $5.50 per unit will never be priced at $8 or 9 dollars per unit. Daxi at a cost of $2.75 per unit will be priced at $7 or $8 or $9 per unit! Injectors want their profit!!!!
Allergan is just riding the Cosmetic Botox cash cow as long as they can!! Allergan will start cutting head count on the cosmetic team to offset the reduced profits! It is coming!
If you follow Cosmetic Botox on Instagram, all of the ads are about price…save with Allie, save $50, save $75 if you are a new toxin user..
The aesthetic customer is educated and they want to save their CASH…PRICE
Price, price price!
Advertising Daxi Price will educate the patient that there is a better and less expensive alternative to Botox and Dysport and make every injector carry Daxi or lose their patients to the office that injects Daxi due to the lower price of Daxi.
Daxi is a superior toxin to Botox. Allergan has done a great job marketing Botox which is the reason it has #1 market share versus Dysport which is actually a better toxin. Galderma has been gaining market share with Dysport every year and Botox just stays around 55 to 60%. Daxi has faster onset, less A&Es and longer duration than Botox. RVNC marketed Daxi as a premium product with a premium price and did not allow practices to advertise. They shot themselves in the foot and kept the product a secret. Additionally, practices do not have enough patients who want to pay double the price! Price is the #1 issue.
Now, RVNC has opened the door with Daxi Lite which lasts longer than Botox and practices will loss patients to other practices offering Daxi Lite because patients flock to low priced toxin offices. That is why Groupon still works for Botox. 80% of cosmetic patients look for promotions…they all want to save money!!! Daxi Lite is now the lowest priced toxin product and the best toxin product!
Price is the #1 reason patient’s determine who they go to for cosmetic Botox. About 20% of patients go to an office because they like the doctor, the other 80% go because of the price!
Daxi now has superior characteristics at a lower price AND injectors make more profit than any other toxin. RVNC has eliminated every barrier…
The only thing Allergan can do is increase their Allie rebates to the patients which will cost them millions in profit. Allergan can not lower the price to doctors because this will lower the therapeutic price. The doctors don’t make any additional profit with increased Allie rebates. Any smart doctor will begin to move patients to Daxi because they now make more profit doing the exact same procedure. Doctors are paying $5.50 per unit for Botox and $2.75 per unit for Daxi. The outcomes are identical..according to the Belmont Study, Daxi last 3 to 4 weeks longer. Slight advantage to Daxi.
If you were filling you car with gas, and one station saves you $50 dollars, you will go to that station! RVNC must allow doctors to advertise their price for Daxi so that patients know who to schedule with for the lowest price versus Botox. This will make every office carry Daxi because they don’t want to lose patients to the other offices offering Daxi for a lower price than Botox. Once Botox patients switch to Daxi, they will never go back to Botox.
RVNC needs to do 3 things to get themselves out of this tailspin:
1. Price Daxi competitively- Done
2. Introduce Daxi Lite as well as Daxi Double and educate patients about Daxi duration
3. Allow Practices to advertise Daxi prices to create patient awareness and make every injector care Daxi.
Just finding a practice that injects Daxi is almost impossible! No wonder sales are in the toilet. Wake up RVNC. Price/duration is what patients care about and net profit is what injectors care about!
The Daxi Lite and Daxi Double prices allow the injector to make an additional $30 for Daxi Lite and the patient saves $50 versus Botox priced at 11.75 per unit. The Daxi Double price allows the injector to make an additional $100 profit and costs the patient $190 more than Daxi Lite. This would be an easy sell to the patient as they get 3 additional months at a cost of $63 per month versus the first 3 months which cost them $130 per month. The last 3 months are 50% of the cost of the first 3 months.
Yes, price has always been the #1 barrier to entry for patients! As the price of a toxin injection decreases, the amount of patients who can afford to buy it increases! Price is why the average Botox patient returns 1.8 times a year. Patients don’t have the cash!
The wonderful element of injecting a toxin, is it only takes 3 minutes..so if an injector gives a patient 15 minutes and they see 4 patients an hour, with Daxi Lite, that injector will make $1,120 net profit in one hour. Good injectors will average $15,000+ gross revenue per day and their take home after all expenses is 40 to 45%…so that injector puts $6,450 in their bank that day! As the price to patients decreases, more patients buy! Injectors will always make their profits and are control which toxin their patients receive!
Hopefully, practices will start advertising their Daxi price, just like Botox. Advertising is the MAGIC as other patients will then become aware of Daxi prices and will schedule because they want to save money. RVNC is shooting its self in the head by NOT allowing advertising! If Dr X down the street is now selling Daxi for $8.00 per unit, Dr Y’s patients will go to Dr X. So now Dr Y has to start selling Daxi to keep his patients! Injecting toxin is very easy…huge room for error which is why it takes 3 minutes to inject 40 units.
Dermal filler are much more artistic and take much longer!
Sadly, Foley is the captain of the ship and makes those below him walk the plank! Seems like Foley does not take responsibility for any of the many mistakes of just ONE product. But he pays himself well.
Will wait until September 19th and see if Foley is the pretty face with the silver tongue with or without brains…we will find out soon.
New Pricing for Daxi as of 9/1/2023
min 10 vials to 49 @ $420/vial
50 to 99 vials @ $295/vial
100 to 149 vials @ $285/vial
150 plus vials @ $275/vial
IMHO -Yes, Dustin became the fall guy for the stock falling over 50%…rumor is he is no longer with RVNC. There were also discussions around ego and making sure the RVNC management team is listening to the injectors and patients for feedback. Humble and grateful! Not arrogant.
IMHO- The Daxi Lite is because many injectors are charging the patients for double dose but NOT injecting Double Daxi units into the patients. Could be a result of a variety of reasons from concern about the safety of injecting double the dose to making more profit per injection. Remember, cosmetic injectors are “buy and bill” …all about making money! Many injectors are doing 1.3 and 1.5 units and RVNC decided to simplify the formula and do 1.0 to 1.0 just like Botox which will give 2 or 3 weeks more duration than Botox according to the Belmont Study.
Now aesthetic patients can pick theirs duration length and Daxi is the only toxin which provides this advantage to the patient! Do you want 3, 4, 5 or 6 months…1.0, 1.33, 1.66, or 2.0 units to one Botox. Huge competitive advantage!!!
And the injectors make more profit and the patients save more money than using Botox.
This should have been their launch strategy.
The beauty of Daxi is offices can and will offer both Daxi Lite and Daxi Double..Double is my verbiage..I spoke with a doctor this morning and they have been a 100% Botox for 15 yrs. They will now offer Daxi Lite at $9.75 per unit and Daxi Double at $7.25 per unit…Botox is $11.75 per unit. The practice makes more profit on both Daxi choices and the patient saves on both Daxi Choice versus Botox.
I hope RVNC will continue to support Daxi Double and add the Daxi Lite. Remember, doctors are very smart and will come up with their own mix of units. This is the big competitive advantage of Daxi…
Botox Double does not give longevity and the adverse events spike off the charts! Who wants all that Botox floating around under your skin for 2 weeks.:OMG. Daxi attaches in 2 to 3 days, versus Botox which takes 7 to 14 days.
The best element of Foley’s swift action is Daxi sales for Q3 will reflect the additional sales from the new lower pricing! Q4 will be a killer quarter as the big MedSpa practices adopt Daxi and RHA into their practices. Both Daxi and RHA sales should grow quickly!
Allergan can NOT lower their price for cosmetic Botox which would cost Allergan millions with the lower therapeutic price…therapeutic is a % of the average cosmetic price which includes any free products but not staff trading.
Allergan gives doctors staff training Botox and Juvederm as a way to lower the price of products! The doctors have to sign saying they will not sell the product. This is Allergan’s way of covering their butt and now if the doctor sells the staff training product, it is the doctor who is legally responsible! The doctors should stand up to Allergan and stop taking responsibility…make Allergan give them FREE products which they can legally sell. Allergan will not do this, because all free products are charged against their calculations for the therapeutic price. This is how Allergan is cheating the federal government and keeping their therapeutic price higher.
On another topic, CD sales will start very soon or the therapeutic division will be sold.
Any way you cut this RVNC pie, it is all good! Hopefully, on investor day, Foley will provide a Q3 cosmetic sales forecast update which could run the stock up. The short squeeze will happen soon! Just a matter of days. I am sure the shorts are getting nervous!
Sometimes companies say they are transferring an employee to another division to cover the employees butt and give them time to find another job with a new company.
We will see.
RVNC is also now writing National Contract Pricing Agreements with large National MedSpa accounts! These National accounts are 40% of the USA aesthetic market! Contract prices are lower than $275 per vial or $2.75 per unit! National MedSpas should be calling now! Daxi Lite is their magic!! Lower cost to patients and more profit per patient…hello!!!
Contract Pricing is new as of last week when the management change happened.
IMHO - Dustin had a vision that Daxi would create a new category for the toxin which was about ego!
My question is was Dustin being paid under the table by Allergan to screw up the Daxi launch?
The patient is the customer and they should have marketed Daxi as a product with additional benefits to patients at a lower price! This would have created amazingly demand, and at a later date, they could raise the price for Daxi. All other toxin companies would also raise their prices!
There was friction between the RVNC sales team and Dustin, so this change is a big motivator for the RVNC sales team! If every rep, 150 reps, gets two new orders for 150 vials, $41,250 in Q3 that is $12.4 million dollars on top of existing business! The new pricing is magic with Daxi Lite and Daxi Double. If a practice prices Daxi Lite at the same price as Botox, they make $100 plus additional profit! And Daxi Lite, according to the Belmont Study, will last 3 to 4 weeks longer than Botox. A win for both the patient and the provider!
Had nothing to do with the law suite. Allergan sues everyone for everything! They are a dirty company!
The PreVu happened because RVNC did not have fill/package capability..so they labeled the slow roll which lasted 2 quarters.
Now that RVNC has plenty of shippable Daxi, the price point is too high for the typical toxin user and RVNC is not getting buy in from the aesthetic practices because they don’t want to up charge their patients and both Allergan and Galderma have promotions for patients. When a patient walks into an allergan practice, they instantly receive a discount on their Allie App for around $25 …this is Allergan’s way of discounting the price to the patient. Sadly, this money goes 100% to the patient and the practice does not make any additional profit. Botox has the lowest practice profit margin of any of the 4 toxins. And Daxi has the highest profit margin…
Just today, I spoke to a 100% Botox practice and with the new Daxi pricing, they placed a $41,250 order..I guarantee this will happen all over the USA. Sales of Daxi will go through the roof in August and September!
Now practices can price Daxi Lite at a point where they make $100 more profit than Botox and Daxi Double at a point where they make $150 to $200 more than Botox. Everyone wins and the patient spends less and gets longer duration. And Daxi Lite will cost the Patient $100 less than Botox. RVNC should have done this from the start and gone for the home run instead of their Premium Price Strategy which was a total bomb. RVNC forget that business is about serving the customer and not about their ego. Shame on RVNC !!
Yes, this will allow a practice to use 1 toxin and ask each patient what duration they would like? Dial your duration!!! Do you want 3 to 4 months, 4 to 5 months or 6 to 7 months. The patient can determine their duration by the amount of Daxi units. Daxi is the only toxin which gives this flexibility to the patient and injector.
Daxxify Lite....Called it last year and some of you said this will never happen!!!
IMHO----As part of the Belmont Study with Daxxify, Investigators used 20 units of Daxxify for the glabellar. The conclusion was 20 units of Daxxify provided 3 to 4 month duration versus the 40 units which provide 6 to 9 month duration. Injectors will figure this out and will hyper dilute Daxxify to achieve 3 to 4 month duration (20 units) at a lower price point to the patient and cost to them versus purchasing the currently available 3 month duration toxins. Hence, injectors can utilize Daxxify as a 3 to 4 month duration (20 units at a price for 20 units) or a 6 to 9 month duration (40 units at a price for 40 units). Injectors will not need to carry other toxins as Daxxify will meet all patients needs and injectors will make more money with Daxxify versus using other 3 month toxins...this a for cosmetic applications.
Positive BELMONT Phase 2 Trial Results Published in Dermatologic Surgery
June 15, 2017
Response Rate: The proportion of subjects with glabellar line severity rated by investigators as none or mild with 40U of daxibotulinumtoxinA was more than double - and significantly greater than that with 20U of onabotulinumtoxinA at weeks 16 and 24 (67% vs 32% at Week 16 {p=0.002} and 31% vs. 12% at Week 24 {p=0.041}, respectively), according to the Investigator Global Assessment- Facial Wrinkle Severity (IGA-FWS) score at maximum frown. Similarly, the proportion of subjects rated by investigators as improved per the Global Aesthetic Improvement Scale (GAIS) at 16 and 24 weeks was greater for 40U of daxibotulinumtoxinA than 20U of onabotulinumtoxinA (97% vs 81% at Week 16 {p < 0.05} and 44% vs. 19% at Week 24 {p < 0.05}, respectively).
Dustin is 100% out of Aesthetic and the rumor is he was reassigned to therapeutic…so not sure what that means…but he is 100% out of Aesthetic.
IMHO—- there has been countless calls from large investors who are very unhappy with Daxi sales and Dustin is out! My guess, is Foley will take over until a replacement can be hired!
Additionally, the practice quantity purchase prices for both RHA and Daxi have been lowered. An account can now buy (2) 50 unit vials of Daxi for basically the same price as (1) 100 unit vial of Botox. They can price the Daxi at a 10% to 15% premium and make more profit per patient and the patient wins with double the duration! If Botox lasts 2 months, Daxi will last 4 months which is worth 10% to 15%. ($550 for (2) Daxi vials or $275 per vial) The practice can schedule the Daxi patient every 6 months ..a typical Botox patient returns 1.8 times per year. Patients will pay a 10% to 15% premium for a double the duration product and this patient population exists!!!!
This is a HUGE step forward! Thankful that Mark Foley is listening!!!
RVNC needs to announce ALL new changes ASAP to stop the stock bleeding!!!
As we all know, McDonalds’s makes a lot more money than Morton’s Steak House!
RVNC needs to allow practices to advertise their Daxi price..many patients don’t even know Daxi exists. More marketing impressions the better!
yes, reassigned
Rumor is that Dustin Sjuts, President of Aesthetic Sales and Marketing, has been resigned to the Therapeutic Division and there will be a new President of Aesthetics Sales and Marketing for RVNC.
We will see.
Rumor was on other 2 messages boards.
Dew, what are your thoughts about the rumor that RVNC would sell the Therapeutic Franchise?
If RVNC did sell the therapeutic franchise for 2.5 billion, how would that impact shareholders?
They suggested the fill/finish capacity in the manufacturing process is the constant/bottle neck!
Also RVNC could do D2D (Direct to Doctor) and D2C (Direct to Customer) marketing campaigns! This would save them millions versus a traditional sales force and would position RVNC to be bought by a company with a Sales Team. In today’s world with high social media influence, a D2C campaign would quickly influence patient engagement and grow sales.
