I think so... Investor or not, anyone watching (like me) this stock/company, that's what everyone is SO curious about. Since I dont have stake on this, it is like waiting for the most excited episode of a popular show on tv. I find it very interesting.
I would not be surprised to see 5-6 cents in next week or so until the 10/17 meeting. I call it meeting, because I cannot be sure if this is a legitimate, viable company to really have shares of!
cyofish... appreciate your words. I agree with you. I wanted to comment back that I am not saying that my money is in GFCI. (I am still consistent with my principles)
My recent posts today were for only clarification and also my opinions to people reading on this board and try to make their opinion.
I find this stock as a 'case'! I find this company and the way things they are doing very very insteresting, to be frank, I see such thing first time in my investing/trading history. Yes, I put money earlier this year on Grifco and chose to walk away later on because inconsistent messages from the company/management. It has been in my constant watch list and I check things every once a while.
If I may suggest you and everyone else on this board a really sound opportunity to invest (I did a huge homework on this one) is that IVHG (Innova Holdings). It is a company engaged in robotics technology and currently focused on homeland security, border patrol, dept of defence, NASA and other industries. I am 100% on this one (first time I put my all eggs in one basket). Consider it, search it and I know, you will be thankful to me 'in near future'.
So long.
In regards to trading restrictions GFCI through Ameritrade…
I read such postings yesterday mentioning things like GFCI trades are restricted and/or watch listed in some brokerage firms like Etrade and Ameritrade.
Ameritrade is my broker company. I called and asked them this morning that if there is any limitation regarding GFCI shares. I was replied that there is not even a remark about this company and everything looks normal as usual.
I just wanted clarify this for everyone on this board in case anyone has doubt or influenced by such posts. For more assurance, you can also call your broker firm and ask, if you like.
Yes, the way Grifco acts is not too assuring but not every comment on this board has substance of truth either.
Yes, Grifco is so vulnurable to negative comments and doomsdayers are immediately lurking in, because it makes it easy for manupulative swings in the stock price, but I am one of those 'still' to give benefit of doubt for this company but on the watch side to see what will happen in a mid-range future.
We all see where one down website issue take the doubts about this company!
Having said this, I also think that it must be shameful for the management of this company that they let their shareholders going to hands of manupulators and bashers.
This is from StockGuru about Grifco... Why would they have such coverage / recommendation then?!

Despite my belief in Innova is (and always has been) strong, my near term sentiment is being discouraged, if I wanto be frank.
Innova with all its position and positive prospects deserves better attention (volume) and price than what we have now. It just puzzles me.
I am not sure if current state is due to lack of solid revenue related news, irritation about reverse split or merely prior to holiday weekend!
I know too but some that there are people waiting to invest in Innova.
But, could tell us please what is the significance of 'next Tuesday'?
Thanks.
I am with you on this ‘weo1998’.
While I interpreted that as good thing in one hand that current investors don’t just sell their IVHG stock because of their future knowledge & expectations about the company, I also find it awkward that there should have been way more interest by now for such a company due to its position in competition and its product and know-how alignment with the evolving demand backed by government and institutions.
I am pretty sure that this is noticed by Innova management as well. Although, I just don’t think that they will make an announcement just for the sake of increasing daily volume. If a substantial news come out giving a picture that business and revenues will be sustainable in a foreseeable future, I bet not only the price, the volume will be way higher and maintained that way.
I think, XKEM is one good example, at least volume wise where that stock is at today. I believe that those days for Innova are imminent.
S-8 registration statement describes and therefore registers "securities of the registrant to be offered under any employee benefit plan to its employees or employees of its subsidiaries or parents".
In practicality, it is more meaningful for companies do this which use stock options as incentive to reward its employees and partners, etc. In plain English, it is kind of indication of confidence in companies as well as gauging undisclosed factors or developments positively effecting future stock price.
I found this in another board. Guess why and when a company does that!
"The Company is planning to file an S-8 registration statement in September 2006 for the Company's stock option plan. Options granted through December 31, 2005 to be included are 71,500,000 shares to directors and management, 13,000,000 shares for employees and 12,121,276 shares to Stratex Solutions, LLC, a consulting firm that provided financial and accounting support services to the Company. Additionally, options were granted for another 20,000,000 shares in March 2006 to directors and another 5,500,000 to employees."

Innova has lots of hints for those who acknowledge.
Thanks to all those sharing their good but (unfortunately) unquantifiable information and opinions. It is more encouraging to see positive sentiment is strong and increasing.
I must note that I especially appreciate MrF’s discretion and subtleness as he refrains from giving speculative information or number.
While we all wait for some important announcements soon, I anticipate holding on current levels with likelihood of seeing as low as 2.1 - 2.0 cents in lack of tangible news.
I like the volume continue to be very low. This indicates me that we have real believing investors for IVHG who are in for the long run.
Wishing everyone to have a pleasant weekend already.
Ah weo1998, we all present our cases here with nothing more to have something positive for ourselves. I certainly appreciate your opinion on this board and I find your points very useful, too. It is not that I disagree with completely. Only part that splits us I guess is that you may be right today but time and Innova will show us what is ahead of us. Until then, may the health and luck be with you...
Many things revealed and formalized today with 10Q, not to our surprise for most of us here, though.
I had stated before and will repeat, the state of IVHG prices today is the aftermath of Innova's hard times it endured last a few years. Company changed a lot, shifted its focus, has great things in place and many things in this direction is taking their place in this great piece of puzzle.
One of the main pillars to provide this company an unprecedented momentum has been J.Aschroft's involvement which was materialized, not stayed in rumors. Now, there is one or two more things to be announced soon that will make the path of this company too visible, too tangible by everyone. It will then give no space for bashing or manupulating.
However, I would like to add once again for those who might be distracted after today's report...
Per John Ashcroft: Commenting on his acceptance of the position, Mr. Ashcroft stated, "This Company's technologies and expertise in the automation and remote operation of robotics are critical to the United States' military and homeland security. I believe that Innova Holdings is a pioneer in the industry and I look forward to working with them to integrate their technologies into applications that will contribute to initiatives that enact security and protection mechanisms for our nation."
It is not just me saying this, someone who means business.
I am Robo, I am. That's why even price dropped down to 1.2 cents three weeks ago or slided from high 3s to low 2s after Ashcroft news, I did not have single nerve move at all, knowing what we are sitting on... a gold mine.
I know you are not (I am not either) writing these to pump the stock. Because, it is the case and will be reality in the near future. Participants or watchers but we all will see for sure.
Believe me, if I put my money in for this company as typically of my investment past, I would cash in last week, and jump back in this week again with a great return. Only thing make me nerveous is the idea of selling and missing the 'lift off' (I liked that). I would really really feel stupid. So frankly, that is my biggest fear to miss the big run into double digits and even further, so I remain as 'investor'.
Like plants, we have to give appropriate time to mature. I am POSITIVE that only patient ones will be able to benefit the big run.
What makes you feel that?
Yes, I think that we should be at least mid 3s, but at the absence of a news to take us into higher level than a week ago, there is nothing much we can do! ...well, except we can buy more if we have more cash in hand.
Thank you very much… cyofish, lentinman, Dr Bill. I very much appreciated each of you took time to share your thoughts with me. While that was my feeling as well, I still wanted to check with active people at this board as well as CTBG’s.
(apparently, that board is pretty dry as it seems there is not much activity going on!)
The main reason I am no longer a GFCI investor is exactly as the common notion I was able to observe in each of three replies I received to my question. I have never come across with a company in my investment past as unreliable and inconsistent as GFCI. I walked out with some gains but by having chills during that time.
Then, my question to you all is this… why are you still interested in GFCI? Unless discussion is your hobby, what is it that you are hanging in a discussion board in a company that keeps bending its words and commitments all this time? Seriously?
I must add that my question is not to criticize rather to have an understanding. If you have a good reason that I overlook or don’t know, I am very interested to know. Who knows, you may even make me come back.
In the meantime, I am a happy investor or IVHG with a piece of mind, which I had recommended at the bottom of my initial message. That is a strong business. It is one rare ‘sure thing’ at penny / OTC stocks. Just a matter of ‘when’ and we, all know IVHG investors know that when is in 2006.
I am sending my thanks already for your support and attention.
Can someone help to explain / advice please?
I dont know how to proceed or what to do about CTBG shares for those owned GFCI by May 1st this year.
I owned some shares of GFCI by May 1st (I had bought in 4/18 and sold on 6/5).
All this time, I thought that those spin-off CTBG shares at stated ratio would appear in my brokerage account as my new holdings. I even remember in one of company announcement that this would happen by July this year. So far, I see neither CTBG shares in my account nor any correspondence or message directed to me explaining a plan or process.
So, I am repeating... can someone help to explain / advice please?
Thank you.
A friendly recommendation: I am a IVHG 'investor' now (not a trader). Take a serious look at it. If you proceed so, you WILL NOT regret it as short as certainly within this year. Just send me a friendly note later something like 'I am glad I listened your advice, here is what I did ...' etc. I would be happy to see if I was able to influence someone positively.
Can someone help to explain / advice please?
I dont know how to proceed or what to do regarding this thing about CTBG shares for those had GFCI by 5/1.

This slow retraction in the price is so normal. Volume is low and there has not been a recent follow up news after Ashcroft release. Don’t worry longs. Let the ones who give away their shares with such discounts worry soon. (also, I congratulate the ‘lucky’ ones picking up at much lower prices)
As we all have seen recently how fast price moved from 0.012 to reach almost 0.04, even we will be surprised again and soon. Of course there will be some profit taking by those we cannot wait long enough, especially in the absence of positive news. Considering ones bought in low 1s to sell even in 2s is significant profit... but hey, what a shortsigthness!
Quite frankly, yes I am a bit disappointed seeing our price sliding backwards after strong Ashcroft news. I thought, it would go even above 4 cents and stay there until new announcements containing solid information. Because this is no joke development. Hey, as they say that not all fingers are the same in a hand, I cannot expect every IVHG owner to behave the same.
This is stock market and furthermore, this is a OTC stock. There is nothing more normal than fluctuations. Sooner or later, once the news we all are expecting is out, everything is possible in such a short time. IVHG will easily be in double digits.
While Innova is working on some serious stuff (I cannot disclose), attention is rapidly building up. Or name is being mentioned in many places every week, if not every day.
Yes, as someone said in this board, we are not in 90s anymore. Only truth and substance will make stock prices hold, rest will lose to gravity.
Let’s keep in mind that nothing happens overnight. Expecting Innova to deliver Ashcroft news along with news about government contracts, etc is so unrealistic. All I know is that all pieces come together as exactly I expect according to my research and findings before I invested in Innova.
I am here to be in the big long run. I have patience, folks. Ones who don’t are selling now.
Two good artickle links...
Perhaps the same things we all know about but worth to take a look... it is very assuring to see our company's news even reach to further audience.

I saw these in another board.
First one specifically mentions Innova and Ashcroft relation in Washington Post.
That's what I noticed as well from 'MrFundamentals'! All of a sudden he is playing pessimistic! I cannot understand the motive.
Now I sit tight and wait to see (in a recent statement by W.Wiesel) "on a scale of 1 to 10, we're a 12" kind of things to happen.
Wr1tersEdge: in addition to your comments about Walt (CEO), I wanted to copy here the introduction about him as keynote speaker at the agenda of RoboBusiness Conference and Exposition that was held earlier this year. You will see that aside his credentials, the growth rate mentioned of his former company is so remarkable. This is another thing that is very assuring for me as an investor what kind of a CEO Innova has.
"Walter Weisel, Chairman & CEO of Robotic Workspace Technologies, has had a multifaceted career that spans over 29 years of direct robotic and automation industry experience. From Cincinnati Milacron, working hands-on with machine controls and computers, to working with the initial developers of the industrial robot, at Unimation, Inc., Walter Weisel's strong leadership and vision found him at the helm of Prab Robots, Inc. as COO, President and CEO; while also serving as a three term President of the Robotic Industries Association (RIA). During his tenure at Prab Robots, Inc. he took the company public with a successful public offering, and grew revenues over 700%. Walt is a recipient of the Joseph Engelberger Award, and has also served as President of Robotics International, which represents over 12,000 members.”
I will not be able to attend Shareholders Meeting, although I really would love to do if I did not have engagements around that date. Aside from having first hand understanding about company’s current state and plans, it would be also very nice to see you folks and have a real feeling about what type of people are into Innova. I mean it that I feel sorry not being able to attend.
I am sure some of you will put a good, objective summary with no-hype personal opinions. In the meanwhile, I expect one or two good announcements before the meeting and price at least to be around 3-4 cents if does not go any higher.
One remark right here... Do I normally care about attending shareholder meetings of the stocks I normally buy? Answer is no, because I dont buy and hold most of the stocks. I usually trade. IVHG is different and this is an unusual situation form me. I searched, learned, believed and bought for a very high target (of my own) for a foreseeable future. Because, in current extreme volatility of the market because of wars, terrorism, oil prices, etc etc, IVHG is the least risky thing with huge reward potential it offers, IMO. To me it is one of those no brainer things.
To answer your last question: No, neither Cubs nor Sox because baseball has never been my areas of interest. It may be insult to some fans but I rather watch a chess game or grass growing! Not my thing!
Thanks for backing up what you say with a swift response HarryOsbornJr and Wr1tersedge.
You folks in this board are great... very poised and resourceful. It would be great to meet you. Anyones ever comes to great city of Chicago?
Plant? Where/how do you base your 'it looks like'?
Is it one of those 'oh I cannot disclose but you will see' (and we see) type of base? :)
Yes, I am a strong believer of imminent multi million contracts but have no idea / feel about a new plant yet.
I have no idea not even a bit of hint yet about being a buy-out target. I am not concerned about Innova’s debt (as most companies have some)
I see that Innova as a company recovering from some bad business experiences lately especially from automotive. Aside from business like NASA, healthcare, etc. apparently Innova has successfully managed to shift its focus into a new, critical areas like military, defense, homeland security, civil law enforcement.
At the current state of peace and security going on in our country as well as in the world, these areas gained great importance. Innova’s technology and know-how have huge potential to bring significant help many institutions from government to local authority levels as far as improvement in results, decrease in cost and even most importantly protecting loss of life or injury of personnel engaged in life threatening areas.
I believe that stock value in current levels is extremely low and will not stay here too long as soon as sound and tangible contractual announcement come along. I strongly feel that they are very imminent.
I am not as informed as some of these people on this board. I am just following and assessing Innova whatever is available over the internet. I must say that I feel so fortunate to know this company. I wish I have even more money to buy more at these prices.
By the way, apparently, we have more of an educated, insightful investors rather than traders. Just a thought, looking at our volume and price moves last a few days. Looks like most people buy IVHG and sit tight, especially because latest Ashcroft news is best indicator before the proof.
Many times, value behind the companies therefore their stocks cannot easily be seen. It needs good analysis, reports, explanation, discussions and so forth to invest in them.
Today’s announcement is so cut and dry for the imminent future of Innova that we all have been saying here and are holding on because of many facts like this one.
If anyone has still hesitations for not being an investor in Innova after reading today’s announcements, better keep your money in a saving account! Don’t even bother to check IVHG price. It is gonna hurt…
Congratulations all LONGS. This is also our victory for keeping our faith. We will celebrate many more days like this on this board.
Selling IVHG now is only good for instant gratification. To me, it is like getting off the bus on the next stop way before the destination.
I just laugh at them!
Having Ashcroft news on hand, this is just the beginning of Innova's show. Now, who can argue that we will not get goverment contracts! :)
We have the great products, know-how and now great facilitator for this purpose, Mr.Ashcroft and his team.
I reiterate, it is not unrealistic, nor speculation to see above 10 cents levels so soon, especially when we have the targeted contracts for various goverment agencies, departments.
...oh, in case for those will wonder again whether my price predictions are before or after r/s... before r/s of course! If that ever happens, that is another argument, by the way!)
Good job Innova. And, good job to all LONGS to believe and hang on your shares to limit the supply.
Do your friends a favor, mention Innova to them. This will be the biggest Xmas gift you give them even long before Christmas arrive.
I like what I am seeing... Overall good price move upward with tight supply and most importantly, this is despite having no moving news lately.
Just imagine, when series of 'real' news come out! Remember, we are not waiting 'only one' big news from this company.
Congrats to all IVHG longs.
Those are our pre-split estimates, of course.
gs121, thanks for sharing those articles with us. Excellent information. While reading those articles once again made me think 'when' rather than 'if' for IVHG making us more prosper.
rodeo, welcome to our board and more importantly congrats for making the right decision investing in Innova. Yes, my guesses are almost in line with your pps estimates.
Also, for everyone.. I spread the word and recommend my friends to take a look at IVHG. No pressure, no sales talk. Guess what, four turned out to be investors already and one is racing to open a new brokerage account this week so he can buy as soon as paperwork gets approved.
Looking into recent days' activity... it looks like every one who knows or understands about IVHG well enough holds their position firmly. There is not much selling interest, however, there are new or opportunity buyers loading up slowly.
I am reiterating... recently announced Cornell financing deal should speak in volume to all of us.
Just think that some people (of Cornell) went through a due diligence on our behalf, analyzed the company in great deal and were convinced enough, so they could lend $3.7 million without colleteral. If this means anything, just sit tight and wait for Innova to deliver the announcements we have been waiting for (and also Cornell counted on!)
On a personal note... I must admit that I have never been so sure of a company in a long time.
Wish you well to all IVHG believers.

Good night and good luck...
JUST IMAGINE... Folks, if we see this kind of constant run-up lately without news, just imagine where IVHG is destined to go with tangible news of either or combination of those things we know that Innova is working on and eventually will be announcing.
My estimation is that we will easily exceed the recent highs soon (7 cents level, reached in May), and with the help of a major news about a new business deal or involvement in a government agency like Homeland Security or Dept.of Defense, it will introduce us to double digits...
My guess is 12 cents by September / October. (In the meanwhile, I question myself if I am being on high side or my estimates are conservative!)
So, to those who sell now… just think that in fact you are minimizing your profits and will bang your heads every time you check IVHG’s price is higher than the day before!
IVHG will certainly reward everyone but much more to ones who persist.
I switched to IVHG recently...
I used to be GFCI investor. Even though my hands were not burned on this and walked out green eventually, the confusion and inconsistent announcements caused me a cold feet over the time. It is in my watch list and I may return in the future, but for now, I am heavily investing on my 'next big thing' that I suggest you all to take a look at it...
...and give serious thought.
People listen my advise don't regret, only ones who do, though.
Good luck to you all...
katman: my predictions are as based on before reverse split prices. Because, it is the current official value right now and occurance of reverse split is just a possibility and is not certain to happen.
As far as seeing the pieces come together, yet this will be contingent upon official company releases, which will help us to better gauge the future of Innova and its stock prices better as they come along.
I personally expect significant announcements coming out in the month of August. That is partly because of September shareholders meeting that company will want to enter with solid, tangible things on hand rather than trying to convince its shareholders & potential investors with ideas, possibilities, promises!
I think, at any angle we look at Innova, August will be a joyful month and beginning of a strong ride for all of us who did their homework well and remained on course.
If Ashcroft thing is true along with other brewing things that are currently going on for the company I think share prices easily reaching double digits is not fiction nor speculation.
Just with the current things being worked on at Innova as far as I could follow based on company announcements, especially projects with Dept. of Homeland Security, Dept. of Defense, and NASA, my own estimation was 8-12 cents before the shareholders meeting in September.
Now, with the mentioned (and to be confirmed) participation of J.Ashcroft, I am revising my 2006 target price of Innova to 20+ cents level.
What do you think folks?
Before I end this post, first, I would like to thank everyone on this board for the level of expressing their opinion. I have noticed the quality of this board and therefore the shareholders ever since I have started showing interest at Innova as potential investor then being a long term investor.
I also want to thank to MrFundamentals for bringing up this important development to our attention also thanking HarryOsbornJr raising the right questions in a classy way.
