Pure bullshit
Hilariously funny
What a load of bullshit!!!
Okay. . .please elaborate.
I see this as a fanatical prediction and no proof to back it up whatsoever.
Yes the CFO said Elite could not afford to buy SunGen's interest. Elite and SunGen had a common goal to develop and market a list of drugs. . .a synergistic relationship existed. When Elite could not buyout SunGen, the assets then became available to other companies. . .possibly to an entity not so friendly or comfortable to work with. If SunGen's assets had to go somewhere I would rather it be to a friendly pharma.
Well okay then. . .still glad I got that off my chest.
No. . .not true at all. Mikah does not own 100% of the Adderall IR and ER drugs if that is the allegation being made. Elite and SunGen owned the products via a 50/50 split per their partnership agreement. When Elite could not afford to buy SunGen's interest in the products, Mikah then stepped into SunGen's shoes. Elite's interest in the Adderall drugs is NOT affected by Mikah's transaction.
Well. . .if anything luvwetscent you do have a sense of humor. Nothing wrong with that.
I can wait it out for a better share price in ELTP. I am in excellent health and my doctor says I am going to around for a long time. MY MO is that I buy low and sell high. It doesn't matter if it takes one month or several years for this to happen. Don't need to day trade and chase chump change to live. Haven't had many POS investments over the many years I have been in the market. But the few POS's I have been caught in just meant I sold and moved on. I didn't cry like a baby. . .I just sold and moved on.
You're welcome Makai. Yes. . .Seeking Alpha is usually fast on posting CC transcripts.

Then by all means submit the question for the upcoming CC.
Dsherman. . .good point. I would have to do more DD to be certain but if I remember correctly the 20% interest payment could have been paid in shares or in lieu of shares, cash could be used.
Nasrat receives what he is entitled to. . .nothing more. . .nothing less.
And Nasrat wanted what?. . .to be allowed to rightfully retrieve his commons? He gave myself and the other shareholders FOUR years to be allowed to do this and now he can finally get his commons back.
Yes. . .in this case interest would have been paid in the form of common shares.
The full and real truth of it is Nasrat converted his commons to series J so as to reduce the OS in order for shares to be used to pay for R/D, employee wages, the light bill, etc; i.e. to allow the business plan to go forward. And it doesn't matter now does it because the A/S has been increased, the J series will be converted and no dividend (shares issued) interest will be paid.
Yes and the start of the thread was in reference to the series J interest (dividend) clause.
Yes there is a 20% dividend attached to the Series J shares. In
brief. . .if the Series J's are not converted to commons by the time the four year agreement ends there will be a 20% dividend incurred. As a shareholder I would not want to see this happen and yes. . .I voted for the A/S increase.
Well. . .I do know that Elite shareholders are lied to.
I would call bullshit on that:
I guess to some people the share price is depressing but for me I like the prices that I am buying at right now.
Nah. . .no such position listed. . .no proof, no link. . .just bullshit.
Just as I thought. . .no link, no proof. . .nothing but bullshit
Nope. . .no proof, no link = bullshit
no proof = bullshit
Like I said. . .there are other sites providing this info but I won't waste any more of my time on this thread.
Well that was easy to find and there are other links as well:

YJ4. . .yep we had a good day. Looking forward to the next few financials this year and the resultant ramping up of the share price.
Laughable nonsense. The sub bid of .015 from a year and half ago never happened and the recent sub .02 bid won't happen either.
Okay but what happened to the recent buy limit that was set at sub .02 cents?
Well. . .that turned out to be pure bullshit.
Yes. . .I have had some some stinkers in the past but I moved on in those cases. Never tried to put the blame on anyone else. . .my money - my decisions - my responsibility. I have never stuck around to whine and cry about my losses. But I have found having patience has paid off for me more often than not when it comes to the market.
I took the bulk of my position in Elite in April/2012. ELTP will payoff for me. I have the patience to see this through.
Six years is nothing for me. I have held some equities for much longer than that before they paid off. A few haven't, however, and I sold, took my losses and moved on. I didn't stick around to whine and cry like a baby. Like I said. . .I am adult and I take responsibility for my actions not only in the stock market but in real life as well.
Nobody has held a gun to my head and made me buy Elite or any other stock. I do my DD, make a decision whether to buy or take a pass. I don't whine and cry if the investment does not go my way. I am an adult and I take responsibility for my actions. And no. . .ELTP is not a POS. Future financial doc's will prove that.
Well. . .I agree that serious revenue is coming to Elite.
Okay show me a publicly traded company that has not diluted at any time. ALL publicly traded companies dilute. . .small, medium and large entities do so. . .including the blue chippers.
Gman. . .that is so true.
Looking at the numbers posted in the last 10Q, it would appear dilution has all but dried up:
O/S #'s on page F4:
June 30/2019 - 828,993,695
September 30/2019 - 832,942,060
December 31/2019 - 833,953,570
My calculator shows an increase of 4,959,875 shares from June to December 31/2019. Would you consider this an excessive number? Keep in mind several Elite employees have chosen payment in shares as part or all of their salaries.
