JJ, isn't that the truth. . .but I think you are being generous with
that 1%.
Yep, 99% of the time. Total B S. That's entertainment.
Pure bullshit
Hilariously funny
I am giving him 12 more months MAX. Perhaps that is being too nice?
What a load of bullshit!!!
Okay. . .please elaborate.
Just based on history
I see this as a fanatical prediction and no proof to back it up whatsoever.
Nasrat is going to SELL them to Elite through his PRIVATE company at a MUCH MUCH MUCH HIGHER price than what he paid to SunGen.
Yes the CFO said Elite could not afford to buy SunGen's interest. Elite and SunGen had a common goal to develop and market a list of drugs. . .a synergistic relationship existed. When Elite could not buyout SunGen, the assets then became available to other companies. . .possibly to an entity not so friendly or comfortable to work with. If SunGen's assets had to go somewhere I would rather it be to a friendly pharma.
How do you know Elite could not afford it? Because the ceo/cfo said they couldn’t? Hard not to see the irony in that isn’t it? My public company couldn’t afford it so my private company stepped in... oh and we won’t tell you how much the deal was so don’t think about asking that... Again stinks to high heaven...
Well okay then. . .still glad I got that off my chest.
No such allegation was made lol lol thanks
No. . .not true at all. Mikah does not own 100% of the Adderall IR and ER drugs if that is the allegation being made. Elite and SunGen owned the products via a 50/50 split per their partnership agreement. When Elite could not afford to buy SunGen's interest in the products, Mikah then stepped into SunGen's shoes. Elite's interest in the Adderall drugs is NOT affected by Mikah's transaction.
so it is clear, according to the elite savior that MIKAH owns the products
Well. . .if anything luvwetscent you do have a sense of humor. Nothing wrong with that.
I have one you should add to the list of POS's......made me cry like a baby
I can wait it out for a better share price in ELTP. I am in excellent health and my doctor says I am going to around for a long time. MY MO is that I buy low and sell high. It doesn't matter if it takes one month or several years for this to happen. Don't need to day trade and chase chump change to live. Haven't had many POS investments over the many years I have been in the market. But the few POS's I have been caught in just meant I sold and moved on. I didn't cry like a baby. . .I just sold and moved on.
Another 4+ months goes by on ELTP, The Little CEO says revenue for the first quarter will come in at $7 Million and look at that RED close...
ELTP is such a POS investment,
You're welcome Makai. Yes. . .Seeking Alpha is usually fast on posting CC transcripts.

Then by all means submit the question for the upcoming CC.
Don't forget, Elite is cash flow positive or about to be cash flow positive, so why would he want soooo many extra shares ??????????????
Dsherman. . .good point. I would have to do more DD to be certain but if I remember correctly the 20% interest payment could have been paid in shares or in lieu of shares, cash could be used.
Depending on the structure of the loan to Elite and agreement, you could be correct If the agreement or subsequent agreement called for shares rather than cash as the interest payment. Ask the bank if your loan interest is considered a dividend, lolololol!!!!!!
Eltp $$$$$$$
Nasrat receives what he is entitled to. . .nothing more. . .nothing less.
So, does this show that Nasrat wants more shares ?????????????????????
Now maybe it will show why he wanted so many more shares than needed to convert his J shares to common ………………. Either way, Nasrat gets what HE wants
And Nasrat wanted what?. . .to be allowed to rightfully retrieve his commons? He gave myself and the other shareholders FOUR years to be allowed to do this and now he can finally get his commons back.
Does that not feel a LOT like strong arming the shareholder into giving the CEO what he wants ???????????????????????????????????
Yes. . .in this case interest would have been paid in the form of common shares.
The full and real truth of it is Nasrat converted his commons to series J so as to reduce the OS in order for shares to be used to pay for R/D, employee wages, the light bill, etc; i.e. to allow the business plan to go forward. And it doesn't matter now does it because the A/S has been increased, the J series will be converted and no dividend (shares issued) interest will be paid.
WOW!! Looks like the CEO really stuck it to shareholders with that sweet deal
Yes and the start of the thread was in reference to the series J interest (dividend) clause.
the comment was 20% interest, not a dividend
Yes there is a 20% dividend attached to the Series J shares. In
brief. . .if the Series J's are not converted to commons by the time the four year agreement ends there will be a 20% dividend incurred. As a shareholder I would not want to see this happen and yes. . .I voted for the A/S increase.
who said anything about 20% interest ? where is the evidence that is even in the realm of possibility ?
Well. . .I do know that Elite shareholders are lied to.
Does Elite LIE to sharehodlers?
I would call bullshit on that:
His J stock had no voting rights.
I guess to some people the share price is depressing but for me I like the prices that I am buying at right now.
Nah. . .no such position listed. . .no proof, no link. . .just bullshit.

really?? please provide evidence of the 38% NUMBER
YJ4. . .yep we had a good day. Looking forward to the next few financials this year and the resultant ramping up of the share price.
Laughable nonsense. The sub bid of .015 from a year and half ago never happened and the recent sub .02 bid won't happen either.
My bid at sub .02 remains
Okay but what happened to the recent buy limit that was set at sub .02 cents?
Glad I recently loaded the boat avg .07
Well. . .that turned out to be pure bullshit.
Elite may open at .05 or .06 Tuesday
Yes. . .I have had some some stinkers in the past but I moved on in those cases. Never tried to put the blame on anyone else. . .my money - my decisions - my responsibility. I have never stuck around to whine and cry about my losses. But I have found having patience has paid off for me more often than not when it comes to the market.
I took the bulk of my position in Elite in April/2012. ELTP will payoff for me. I have the patience to see this through.
yes time horizon is a must have. But how many shortcomings and nongoal meets can one accept. Keep telling yourself whatever makes you feel better. I live in reality. How about you ?
Six years is nothing for me. I have held some equities for much longer than that before they paid off. A few haven't, however, and I sold, took my losses and moved on. I didn't stick around to whine and cry like a baby. Like I said. . .I am adult and I take responsibility for my actions not only in the stock market but in real life as well.
And for the last six years, what we've been hearing is, don't worry how bad it is now, just wait for the future. Nothing but broken promises! POS
Nobody has held a gun to my head and made me buy Elite or any other stock. I do my DD, make a decision whether to buy or take a pass. I don't whine and cry if the investment does not go my way. I am an adult and I take responsibility for my actions. And no. . .ELTP is not a POS. Future financial doc's will prove that.
Hey, if others can pump, he can vent! This stock is a POS.
Well. . .I agree that serious revenue is coming to Elite.
So at least we agree that dilution is coming.
Okay show me a publicly traded company that has not diluted at any time. ALL publicly traded companies dilute. . .small, medium and large entities do so. . .including the blue chippers.
Gman. . .that is so true.
Thanks for the facts and if you look back a year you can see dilution has been minimal.
