Take away the recent PP and we are still right in the middle of a solution putting an $80 trillion economy back to work.
I understand the skepticism, it's been much earned with the Bullrun crew, but there are also valid reasons for the fund raising. A non-revenue earning company hasn't many options.
I invested in the 4 drugs in the pipeline reaching Phase II Clinical trials and have been looking forward to the lead candidate NP-120 getting to the point of dosing patients. In case anyone has forgotten, we are on the cusp of these trials in Australia. That alone is all my original investment entailed to accomplish at this time. When we add the COVID-19 angle, it became a giant cherry on top.
We all need a treatment for COVID-19, whether it is Ifenprodil or something else. But as I'm sure we can all see for ourselves the field has narrowed greatly with the complete failure of Chloroquine and the less than spectacular results of Remdesivir. That leaves us with as good a chance to have the 1st valid treatment as anyone at this point.
A known safety history is a huge factor in this race, imo. The efficacy is, of course, paramount but we have eliminated the potential safety issues that plagued Chloroquine. We also have a drug that can be taken in the early stages of the viral infection in pill form and the more serious stage with the injection. Remdesivir loses it's luster when considering the fact that, as an antiviral, it doesnt work as well once the virus has spread to the point of hospitalization. It's ideal use as an early stage treatment becomes moot when it can only be given through an IV drip.
Looong story short, I'm here for the results of the trials. It wouldn't matter if the share price was double or even triple from this level, I'm not selling anyway. We are right where we want to be, and light years from where we were when Breathtec became Algernon.
This doubt and skepticism is only leaving the door open for me to get to Jaggers 100,000 retirement level. Lol
