well, what do you know.. matched my mind read (I didn't pick up the windsor article though)...
naw, wait until 11:59pm, dubai time... then panic
going to jail is part of the plan.. the more poeple that short this stock, the better position cshd is.. ;)
man, hope your hungry.. that is a lot of hamburgers...
you ordering McDonalds fries and hamburgers?
well, if you are curious about what I "read" (and mind my reading can very from being accurate to inaccurate depending on the day) - the reasons for Mike quitting are at least 2 fold. One is that it would take a lot of effort and time to do all the paperwork, hire new poeple, etc etc, in the effort to change management. This is why that brought back Rufus and the old structure. To get things moving forward again. And mind you Mike does have an incentive to see this company succeed as if this fails he stands to lose money.
Another reason is that when he did look at the bonds, he saw some things that made him not 100% sure about the status/financing of them. And frankly he did not want to know and did not want to get into any sort of legal trouble just in case something was funny. Another reason why he left - to cover his own "you know what".
As long as no-one comes out with something better, yes this is going to higher. Already I see news about universities and governments having data compromised by unattended or stolen laptops and usb devices and a greater desire for security. There will probably be a push at least on certain local government level and probably the national level to develop a security model as it becomes more apparent that they are legally responsible for data that they transmit between computers.
On a more sinister note, I could see this as a way of encrypt dvd's and games so that you need these devices to run a media product (for example). But of course, all keys can be hacked ;)
oh man.. this is funny.. it just doesn't make sense that a CEO would resign so quickly after reviewing the DD on the bonds.
Sure I could give my mind read, and it really wouldn't help either side if I read it right, but still looks fishy on the surface.
Unless you can convince Cramer to showcase this (and he's fundamentally against pennies in the first place)..., I think we're just going to have to wait until AF or the asians start buying.
probably people getting on the action in ckys and other stocks would be my guess. Although why you would sell the day before AF would come out is beyond me - unless you were sure that they either were not coming out or had insider information that the AF had something bad in it.
maybe .40-.50 by sometime next year... it's really too early to see if it will go that high. Technology changes too rapidly to predict the future.
amen brother...
But still, I think the scammers are more on the finance side than the actually company side. The company I think is more delusional and unrealistic about what it can accomplish more than it is a scam (If I am reading these people right - which I could be wrong). True, they may have put out false information, exaggerated, put up bigger and bigger promises to build confidence, but in the end, the naked short sellers and their basher ring seem to have won.
There probably isn't enough information to really make a firm decision on that. I mean the interest rate could just be coincidental. And it could be that the bonds are owned by fidelity but loaned out as part of an agreement.
There just isn't enough information in the documents that I've seen to provide conclusive proof.
well, I think you are an honest man. All I know is that my mind read keeps on saying that cshd thinks it owns these bonds (and some members are pretty sure of it). Whether they do own them or not may be a different story. Could be a crooked middle man.
yeah, I know the numbers supposedly match.. but then again pumpers claim that the ownership doesn't show up in fidelity. Shows somewhere else...
Again, go figure... so far haven't seen 100% proof from either side.
I looked at the pdf file but all I saw were fidelity bonds.. nothing tieing it to CSHD.. but then again, neither did I see a proof that the bonds were the same ones that CSHD was holding. Go figure..
I can speculate.. probably held up because nobody is buying or selling really except for speculators and panicky people. That's why the price is at where it is at now.
Right now people are waiting for some sort of News to come by. Whether good or bad.
Yep..., i think I'm going to stop looking at the top of these list on investorshub as it seems to attract too many speculators which tend to bring too many wild fluctuations in stock price. I think I found an investor to tag along to that seems to know what he is doing. He's into long term plays on pennys that have strong fundamentals, though. Not short term flips.
I'd put money in those other good stocks too. Diversification...
If I had money I'd be buying this as crazy as it would sound to bashers... but if nothing else, speculation would at least give this stock a better chance at going up then going down.
I suspect the bonds exists. But even if they do exist, I still don't see a successful business model for CSHD other than 'screw the shorters'. And who knows how many of those are left.
Ah, now it makes sense.. the naked shorters bought those shares through an intermediary.
Now my mind read makes sense...
who would buy this stock though? what price and why?
volume is still low. I'm guessing most poeple are waiting on news from SEC or CSHD. Those low trades were probably just people panic selling based on 10 day suspension or possibly MM manipulation.
No, I'm being objective. The filing said "dismissal". The dismissal could have been because Rufus wanted to do it in for the best interest of the company. You are the ones that are putting words in the filings and making up conclusions and not being objective.
The paragraph didn't say anything about 7 billion dollars. It just said erroneous. And the ownership of bonds have not proven to be false or true either way. Simply accusations by the SEC. Maybe Rufus got conned.. you never know.
That statement could be intereprested as CSHD said that the SEC said this, not necessarily that CSHD agrees with this necessarily. And concluding that someone lied based on an accusation of erroneous documention is, at least at this point, could be erroneous as well (could have been a mistake or sloppy work).
switch first and middle names is okay in some circles... lastnames are a no no. Nobody is that dumb anyway. If you're going to switch names then legally change your name to something else.
not this friday.. no..
big oil?
usually the reason why stock goes up because of a symbol change is because it forces naked shorters to cover. Usually happens before the change, not after.
oh boy, we don't want to attract the attention of big oil at this stage of the game... just as I thought.. they're first reaction is to buyout the manufacturer (buying patents)...
I don't know what the next stage is...
Yep, always blame those nasty MM's... don't blame the people that buy on the rumor and sell on the news.. ;) or panicky people..
tell you what, that short squeeze must be what is called a "negative" short squeeze. There must be negative shorters out there..
Yep, next time LSUTrader will have to be glued to his monitor with all these flippers.. ;)
I'm curious.. we have a volume of 75million yesterday with price settling around .03 ... how much of this squeeze has already been played out?
some of the reason is because people are speculating that it might be featured on national news (like CNN). possibly today. who knows..
Yep, too bad I can't buy more. I have a measly 200 shares (all I could buy after dumping my load on other stocks). But I do have a good feeling about this stock, unlike AWYB (I never got into that stock beause I had a bad feeling about it, and my feelings so far have turned out right - considering all the flipping that has been done on that stock).
I guess the main competitor to this stock would be coal plants, since coal is what mostly produced electricity in this country still. Maybe a little other energy (like natural gas, nuclear, wind, solar).
yep, and the technology makes more sense now. A lot of the extra energy isn't coming from thin air. The energy that is produced during normal combustion causes waste of energy in terms of heat. But I guess this doesn't produce as much heat, meaning that the energy must be staying somewhere else (not saying it is converted to something else useful - it also could be that it is converted into another wasteful byproduct. But hey, at least that is one more notch in why it could possibly be true).
I didn't expect a strong day today.. even though some people were pumping it.. tommorow might be a strong day as long as the news agencies do show and they show it in a positive light..
