oh yeah, making some nice bank flipping SCA and UVSE!
Tooo easy..
Wow, that sounds like some pretty exciting stuff. Congrats.
We will call you "slum-lord Tsafi" from now on. lol
I humbly admit I sat on the sidelines throughout the whole oil boom, and still watching in amazement.
I am in mostly cash except for a couple bags I am holding long.
I just got back from Denver, Colorado, and I cant believe how cheap stuff is down there. It makes me sick.
Food, alcohol and even gasoline is dirt cheap compared to what I pay here in Ontario.
Booze is literally half price in the US. I saw Gas at 4.05 a gallon in Denver and I pay 1.30 a liter (not sure what that converts to in gallons). I keep waiting for housing prices to drop in Canada so I can scoop up cheap real estate, but the housing market is holding strong here. I am surprised.
Watch and see, in a few more years, the focus will change from Oil to fresh water (we have lots of both in Canada), so maybe we will take over the US. lol
I too have just started a new career after taking a year off to relax. You can only drink and golf so much until you start to go crazy!
Back to the corporate grind and the fat salary. lol I start on Monday. Yay me!
I cant believe your still doing that military duty. Why dont you take all that money and move to Dubai?
No taxes, no military duty and just more money to be made!
Anyway, good to hear from you. Take care and keep us updated.
What do you think, suckers rally (doji today) or the bottom is in?
Ok, Where the fk is Tsafi?
Bombs and Oil
15 Jul 2008
If international oil prices look bad today, there could be much worse to come. President Bush has given Israel an amber light for a military attack on Iran, which is OPEC's second largest crude supplier after Saudi Arabia. That's threatening talk coming on top of the sabre-rattling that's going on between the US, Israel and Iran.
The best case scenario is that public talk about an attack on Iranian nuclear facilities is meant to get Tehran to accept the latest package of incentives to abandon its uranium enrichment programme that has been offered by the international community.
The worst case scenario is that Tel Aviv takes Washington's words as encouragement and launches an attack before the end of this year, when the Bush administration's tenure runs out. To take the latter first, there's a range of options available to Tehran to pick and choose from, to retaliate against Israeli and US interests.
It could mine the Straits of Hormuz through which 40 per cent of the world's oil shipping passes. It could hit Tel Aviv, other Israeli cities, or Saudi and Kuwaiti oil fields with medium range ballistic missiles. Iraq has a majority Shia population which could be incited against US troops stationed there.
In addition Tehran could enter into an opportunistic alliance with the Taliban to harry US forces in Afghanistan. Any combination of such developments could cause the world's oil markets to catch fire and trigger a global depression.
Even the best case scenario is not a good one, as loose talk about war gives oil markets the jitters. According to the US National Intelligence Estimate released in December last year, Iran stopped its nuclear weaponisation programme in 2003. While Washington has refused any diplomatic relationship with Tehran, President Ahmadinejad has indicated that his government will consider the opening of a US interests section in Tehran. That could be the way forward.
It would mean not only that Iranian citizens will be able to travel to the US, but also that US officials would get to observe Iran’s complex politics first hand. That may be what it takes to defuse the crisis. Since further oil price rises will hit India badly, not to mention the inciting of jehadi passions in the region, New Delhi could usefully offer to play the role of interlocutor between the US and Iran since it has good relations with both.

Interesting how you mention the move from .28 to under .05 cents...(although this is true, IMO, its a little misleading the way you state it).
Just to clarify, the .28 was only briefly touched on one day, and the price was .20 or higher for only 6 days leading up to the opening. It traded like a typical penny stock, it gathered momentum and ran on the hype leading up to the opening and then trickled right back down again immediately afterwards.
OS was 183,896,993 on Sept 30th 2007, the pps was .09
OS was 187,986,993 on Dec 31st 2007 the pps was .11
(after coming down from the brief run to .28 on the Tampa opening.
OS was still 187,986,993 as of March 31, 2008 the pps was .062
So, as you mentioned in an earlier post, if conversion was happening during any of that time, the OS would have increased.
So, we must agree that no significant conversion or dilution has happened during any of that time? Including up to and after Tampa opened and right up to the end of March, since the OS remained the same.
So, how is "the chairman" at the center of this decline?
These are your allegations that you brought to this board, and have yet to be substantiated.
IMO, the price ran up on the momentum and hype from the Tampa launch....followed by a much smaller little bump up to around .10 on MS/Miami news...and once again back down to around .05
To me, just looks like not enough significant buying, not enough new investors, not enough hype and no positive momentum.
I dont see anything that leads me to believe that dilution or conversion has or is happening.
No news since Miami pre-launch, constant negativity by some longs, unfounded accusations of illegal activity, Dr. Ben airing his dirty laundry about his issues with the BOD and a lack of execution on the gaming side by Management = no buying pressure, and impatient selling = new 52 week low.
I honestly think actual conversion has little or nothing to do with the current pps. It appears to me, that it has not happened and isnt happening now. The volume just doesnt support it. Yet, it continues to be your main focus.
I believe we could have seen a bigger spike on the Miami/MS news if it were not Dr. Ben instilling fear in investors by airing his personal differences with the BOD and this combined with the constant negativity and fears of dilution fabricated by a few people on this board.
At this point, we need to hear from Dr. Ben
His silence is more damaging right now than "the note".
But, WTF do I know.
...as usual, this is all just my own personal opinion.
Back to the drinks, have a great weekend all.
OT: Sorry, I missed Happy Hour today or I would have sent you my info, I was out getting my drink on.
Click on my name, it will show my profile, then click on "send a private message" near the top on the right.
If you only have a free account with ihub, you can only send private messages during happy hour on Fridays.
Try this instead, go to "manage", click on "manage email list"
it should show you my email addy in the return address box.
Send me an email outside of ihub. Dont use that form, or it will go to all email list subscribers on this board.
If that doesnt work, then we will have to wait until next friday.
Just my opinion...
OT: click on the 'Manage' link, then click on the deleted post in question. It shows above the post, who deleted it and why.
As you can see Ihub admin is doing most of the deletions.
On Friday nights right after market close is "happy hour". You can send Private Messages during that hour even if you have only a free account. Send me a PM with your email addy and I will give you mine. I dont want to post my email on a public board, I get enough spam already.
OT: Please contact ihub admin regarding deleted posts, do not take it up on this board (as per the ihub TOU) or those posts will be deleted also.
And for the record, it is ihub admin doing the majority of the post deletions. Not me. So point your rage elsewhere please.
OT: Added new assistance Mods, need help here...
If you want to be removed just let me know.
Thanks Ymee
I agree, we desperately need an update from Dr. Ben, or at the very least a PR about whats going on.
My understanding is Miami is back open for business, can anyone confirm?
I have also heard the rumour about a 3rd location as mentioned by foodcourt in a previous post that seemed to go unnoticed amidst all the noise on this board...
flsun, we get your point, your opinion is they deferred from the original concept and you dont think that they should serve alcohol. We heard you.
Others (including myself) disagree.
Video game demographics show that the majority of gamers (65%)are actually 18 or older.
Did you know that seventy percent of Chuck E. Cheese across America sell alcohol? ...and their target market is families with children aged two to 10 years old.
You do not need to repeatedly repost your opinion over and over again on this topic. Lets just agree to disagree, there is no need for a debate or provide links or dig up old posts or PRs.
As part of ihub terms of use, it is against the terms to repeatedly post the same or similar message.
Please lets move on...
Video Game Demographics...
The demographics of video game players and the related studies reveal that video gaming is mainly an adult-oriented form of entertainment!
According to video game demographics, 39% of people who play computer and video games are women. Forty percent of online gamers are also women. Thirty five percent of game players are usually under eighteen years, and 65% of game players are over eighteen years old.
In Canada....(I'm sure its very similar to US numbers)
The average age of gameplayers is 33
Look what this board has become...
The same three people posting their opinions as if they are facts, over and over again. All this Bundled up in personal attacks and repetitive BS.
It's virtually impossible to even attempt to moderate this board as almost every post should be deleted at this point.
Please stop this nonsense.
and Yes...
Miami HHSS is once again open for business.
Just my opinion...
yeah, No...
Where I am in Canada....gas today = $1.284 per liter
Great article. Thanks!
Here it is again....
Last Night: The Hip Hop Soda Shop Is Bubblin'
Fri May 23, 2008 at 09:41:04 AM
Last night marked the beginning of a new type of social experience. There were tons of flashing (flashing) lights (lights) courtesy of a jam-packed media pit, more flat screen TVs than a Best Buy, cocktail prices that make sense and the Miami requisite - celebrities of the silver screen, the small screen and of course the music scene. But the brightest star of the night was the mega-watt Hip Hop Soda Shop – the first publicly traded Hip-Hop company and easily your new favorite spot to grab an order of Chicken Quesa-DJ’s and an ice cold Melon Ball Bond Issues.
Last night’s grand opening was packed with everyone from the business set to B-boys and girls, familiar club faces and the I-haven’t-been-out-in-years crew - but all eyes were focused on the VIP area where celebs and their respective entourages held court. Fat Joe was getting busy on NBA Live, and eventually had to hand over his massive chain to one of his boys so he could really get down. Fabolous was the epitome of cool as he played it low-key while Eric B. & Rakim blasted away, and reality manwhore Tango was forced to cha-cha from his table once FUBU founder Daymond John came through. But it was all love, because Tango proceded to walk around the club posing for made-for-MySpace flicks with his “fans.” Special Ed was near the dance floor wiping sweat from his brow, Prince Markie Dee proved that he’s a better host than anyone could dream of, and R&B newbie Casely proved that his flossin’ skills are second to none. And when screen siren Meagan Good showed up with a gaggle of girls, men and women alike took the time to enjoy the view. Dr. Benjamin Chavis, the President and CEO of H3 - the company that owns the Hip Hop Soda Shop, started the night off with a rousing speech, followed by performances by Grind Mode, up-and-coming MC Rahsaan, Casely, Fat Joe, Fabolous, and Special Ed.
The walls of our city’s newest urban hang suite are lined with flat screens begging for you to indulge in a friendly game of Grand Theft Auto via the wireless controllers dotting the tables, the bar is huge but not too big for you to catch the bartender’s eye, and the music mixed hip-hop from the 80’s up until today. The night was orchestrated by party promoters Michael Madd and Abebe Lewis who already dominate the SoBe and downtown scenes with their unique brand of events called Miami Live - but last night they were just as comfy throwing down in an unsuspecting Miami Gardens neighborhood. The duo arranged for a car service to pick up lil’ ol me – as if they knew that I may overdose on fun and need a chauffeured ride home. Well, they were right because just walking into this huge bar/restaurant/performance space/gaming area was enough to intoxicate my senses with a cocktail of live music, Xbox mania, great food, and the cool crowd - shakin’ not stirred.
See for yourself at 2710 N.W. 167th Street, Miami Gardens, 33054. Or www.hiphopsodashop.com

So your suggesting that we should believe only you and not anyone else on this board....of course....
Try reading his post again, he said "Yesterday and end of last week". Thats only about 2.5 million shares in total volume...
Well, good luck to you, heres hoping your wrong...
I appreciate you setting the record straight on this part:
"Yesterday and end of last week it wasn't manipulation and shorts (as some know-it-all here claimed), it was me disposing of a large position."
I dont expect too much to happen tomorrow. From yesterdays PR, looks like the line up (Fat Joe and Fabolous) are scheduled for Thursday.
NEW YORK, MAY 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- H3 Enterprises, Inc. (OTC: HTRE - News), the world's first publicly traded hip-hop company, will launch the Miami HipHopSodaShop on Thursday May 22, 2008.
I expect we should see more action heading into the weekend, hopefully with more big names announced.
I think that will be the difference between this launch and the one in Tampa, this is expected to carry on for a while, not a one day event like last time.
HipHopSodaShop in Miami, Florida is scheduled to begin on May 21, 2008 and will last until July 21, 2008.
.105 up
SMACK SMACK them 10s
Thanks Ymee, would love to attend with VIP access, unfortunately, its a long way from Canada! lol
I will be first in line for ANY Canadian launch, thats for certain!
I see the .10s are on deck...

I agree...
Look at the number one and number two boards on ihub right now...
1. UDHC has a stop sign and is up 15% on 1.1million shares
2. LTDI has a yield sign and is up 25% on 66 million shares (subber)
Anyway, just checking in at lunch...
Go H3 !
