Yeah.... I wonder why he felt comfortable putting a specific quarter though, so maybe he already has it?
It sure has gotten quiet, but could also be that we're less than a month away from Q1 2022.
"Discussions are also underway with production facilities to produce Hard Rush™, which will result in an initial launch in Wisconsin, Illinois and Indiana during the 1st quarter of 2022. "

Yep, this is when the real money is made.
Yeah I agree. He wants this to succeed more than anyone as he has the most to gain if this takes off. Apparently, the beverage sector is hard to break into, but you would think with the Busch family backing him that there would be a low chance of failure.
They acquired their shares in 2018, so the reporting doesn't have to show that far back.
He gave 200 million shares to this guy and his company. I know raising capital has been a priority, so hopefully, it pays off.

Weird... Kind of a slow day too.
Yeah, I agree. Ronnda and Tony were very excited about the St. Louis deal with Orlando Watson, so there is definitely something good that we aren't fully aware of yet. My guess is that he's setting up the framework for national distribution with his trucking company and/or for his concert venues. Orlando has a new fine dining restaurant too, but no one flies halfway around the country for a single restaurant, no matter how good it is.
Oh wow, I missed that somehow. I could see how the combo could go horribly wrong (drunk and asleep), but they would probably go broke first... lol Then again, generally we drink to relax so in moderation, it may be a winner.
Credit to Hedge for finding that from the TTB. I imagine that laws will change quickly though, so it's just another one of the many potential tracks of this brand.
Infuse CBD with an alcoholic beverage? Not that I've heard but maybe not a bad idea... well actually probably a horrible idea... lol
I meant that the two different product lines have potential, with alcohol having the best track record. It feels like if the right buyer discovers Element C, this could easily be a national product line.
In Q1 2022 they also are going to sell another big flop that goes by the name of "alcohol". Losers!!
CBD hasn't been tried out in a drink nationally yet, so it's premature to say whether it's going to work or not. Even Tony's "water spillers" can't deny that the drinks taste great.
Ronnda seemed pretty excited in her post about it, so we can reasonably assume that this is more than just a single bar/restaurant. Unfortunately, it's a guessing game right now, but obviously, this deal was big enough to warrant a flight to St. Louis, and Tony was pleased with the outcome.
This wasn't an official design. The misspelling was made by an investor that does not work for the company.
I think that was from Hedge's good friend Doug... lol
Exactly.... when APRU got into St. Louis through Grey Eagle, we went soaring. When APRU left St. Louis, we crashed.
We need a reasonably big distribution deal to happen or we probably will remain flat.
Just the name alone should indicate alcohol. I don't think any NA is referred to as "Hard", plus the 7.0% is right underneath. I like it and hope this is the catalyst for the other brands as well. We get in the door with one product that sells, it opens up for the Element Brands and vice-versa. I can't imagine that UMIG isn't going to pick this up too. Good stuff!
So are you going on record as saying that Hard Rush won't happen? Q1 2022 isn't far away, so we'll see results quickly.
Wow... freaking awesome! What's nice about this is that it has specifics and timelines. Great job Tony!!
Exactly... UMIG only distributes Element so if it wasn't selling, they'd be going down in flames by now. I kind of remember hearing that they are trying to duplicate UMIG's model in other locations because it's done so well.
lol yeah the price of CBD and Delta is high! The cans are each $5.99 though but I think the Delta 8 is higher.
The original Apple Rush drinks are excellent but they aren't really selling them due to an early expiration date that was imposed on them. He has to run another batch but it's a balancing act between being able to sell them quickly enough, so the focus is really on the Element brands which can be run in smaller batches. Everyone seems to universally love the drinks, so there is huge potential as long as Tony can get the right exposure.
It's a small operation so really everything goes through Tony. You went to APRU Brands and thought the site was atrocious? I'm kind of surprised at that.

They've done share reductions and it's in the 5 billion range, but even before that it was up to $.06.
Yes, I don't expect this to be $3500 a share like Amazon.
Wow, awesome!!
So now we know that while he's quiet, he's busy lining up stuff like this.
We already know why. It's not going to skyrocket without a major event. Tony is growing slow and steady which is great, but I don't expect explosive gains without a large retailer signing on with a regional, national, or international deal.
It should pay off once they acquire that pharmaceutical company though, so I think those holding should be rewarded. I haven't paid much attention to this ticker, but it looks like it has some great potential.
Well... the entire year had to be accounted for in a single quarter, so it's not that it doesn't generate revenue quarterly, but it won't be at that level every quarter... probably.
Yeah, I'm not seeing Sandra as someone that works there. That's a weird coincidence that there are two with similar names in the Charleston area. Good news either way.
That place has the same address and phone number, so just must be their registered LLC name.
I'm assuming this is the Distributor. Definitely nice to get an additional distribution channel especially in the Charleston market.

11am is the earliest that they could do. CBD and THC causes people to sleep in.... LOL
I think it will bounce back and still trend up. Tony obviously recruited Ronnda back for a reason, so I'm thinking we're going to see sustained product expansion.
I do it because new APRU investors here may not recognize the motives of specific uninvested individuals.
unverified? You mean like TWO TIMES you supposedly heard MMs talking about lil old APRU at a NY restaurant? LOL
Do you want my phone records? I talked to him.
He explained it to me. There was a one-time event that had to be accounted for last quarter. He'd answer any investors on this if you'd call him. I'm not here to judge if you have shares or not, but he may not take the time to talk to you if you don't own shares and/or if you're just looking to put a negative spin on anything that he says.
I agree... it's still less than my cost average so a very good price. Once the OTC Stop regulations kick in, all decent OTCs will see a boost.
I'm trying 200k at 36 but I think I'm too late.
I'm trying to get some cheapies today and looks like it's not happening ...lol
