We haven't seen what he's all in a tither about, have we? At least I haven't. Sounds like somebody screwed up but it also sounds like the cat's out of the bag. This is the most interesting posting so far.
Z, if you're referring to the line 77 in the filing I asked about, the inventors/CBV could have been awarded millions of $$ but far short of what they were due. No?
So, does this line indicate that CBV (the inventors) have already received "millions" from the settlement? What else could it possibly refer to?
"77. ChanBond’s patent litigations, in contrast, generated millions of dollars for CBV."
I'm checking for you....UOIP case is really heating up.
Hopefully, their chats with those folks happen after we get paid.....$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
That's what I'm talking about......
As AJ recently pointed out, back-dating legal documents is fraud and financial fraud is a felony. Neither Deidre or Billy want a court looking closely at what they did in trying to stiff the inventors and/or shareholders. That fear is what might result in a settlement.
And, I'd guess that they don't want to go into discovery and face depositions that will reveal felonious behavior.
Many thank!
There are stupid lawyers???????????????
Amen to that!
Arbitration results or outcome.
So, you heard second-hand, then?
Thanks. Do you have a link to the settlement that you'd share?
Do you know how much she got?
Yeah, me too - how are you these days?
Good article, could well describe Carter and how he's treated UOIP shareholders and inventors. There's someone else the list of traits reminds me of but I can't think of his name right now.....
Very charitable of you to think that Carter would have done things differently....if he could have looked into the future and seen everyone suing him, would he decide to become an honest player and do the right thing? Or is it his nature not to do so? That he is so vigorously fighting on all fronts belies your hopeful assessment. He could, after all, still relent.....but hasn't.
He's a crook, a liar and a narcissist and always will be.
Seems that way to me, too...........
Easier? Maybe. Rams and Bengals will win this Sunday......and UOIP will eventually prevail over Carter, I just hope it is in my lifetime.
What? I-Glow wrong?
That would have been profitable if I were that sort of gambler...I really thought I was going to sweep right up until the very end of the last game....very, very close. If I had bet and won big, I'd be happy to fund the UOIP legal fees.....
Good point. Maybe it's the legal team that's driving the UOIP bus. It seems that they should be ready to get paid by letting the cash flow around, unless it already has. FB? Bet on all the underdogs, Bills, Bengals, 'Niners and Rams.
Thanks. Carter is a master of delay.
Hi jbbb - have you gotten any funds yet from UOIP? I haven't but I'm hoping to.
He was saying Carter had sent him $9000 with the Venmo app - "venmoed" is using the noun Venmo as a verb. I doubt he was serious.....he was using irony.
That's just how he lures people in - it's just his BS line.
Thanks - the only arb time frames I'm familiar with relates to labor disputes and those can be decided and instituted pretty fast.
What a convoluted mess. (all the squabbling, not your post).
Do you have any feel for when the arbitrator will give a decision?
Merry Christmas everyone! Best wishes, prosperity and good luck to you all in the coming year!
Then why haven't we gotten paid? Settlement agreement was in July...
haha...thanks for the smile..........hope you're feeling OK.
I agree.....
Please elaborate. How? Why?
Thanks, I remember DE talking up the O&G angle w/PCTL but didn't know about his deep involvement in the industry. Mostly, I recall the first-class building and facility he was working on in CO.
Thanks again....now I know what's going on....actually, kind of nice to have dropped away, not knowing what's up, then seeing some movement in price and getting al this positive news....Monday should be interesting.
Thanks much! I signed up with them....sounds interesting.
Sheez....I thought DE was retired military and opening a PCTL distributorship in Colorado...I knew he was knowledgeable about O&G operations, didn't know he was in the business....what he does is heavy-duty.
One more question - I searched for the DOGT that he mentioned as PCTL/DOGT and didn't find a ticker. Is that a partnership that's getting set up with PCTL?
Many thanks for your information and help....
Hi and thank you. I read that one, someone had referred to it. Is his trip as a rep for PCTL?
