We’ve been there for the last year. Nothing new.
Isn’t amazing how many of us (me included!) are the ultimate optimist about this stock when the track record and Tim’s performance doesn’t deserve our support!
Their stock is the preferred stock and they would do it to get that big pay day!
Why? If you control the voting stock you could do a reverse split on the common stock of a 100, 200, or even 300 to one and then scoop i to p the remaining common stock for pennies . I have seen this done when companies issue millions upon millions of common stock to keep them going. At some point they have to fix the problem of flooding the market with common stock.
The problem is he does have to buy any of the common stock. All he had to do is buy all the preferred stock. That is who controls the company. They are the only ones who can vote. That is all he needs.
There quiet a few individuals who are content with churning this stock not sure it will every make it past the 4-5 cent mark.
Well I guess I was right we hit the .04 wall.
I for once would like to be wrong. But part of the way they financed the company was with loans and issuing dirt cheap shares at a .01. Every time it hit .04 those shares were dumped! I hope we are done with that. If so it could start a run up.
If history holds true insiders will start selling tomorrow. I hope we can break that pattern.
I hope the are the answer to our management and follow through problems.
Good luck! I’ve had more success in picking stock on the NYSE than I have in the penny stock arena. This is a crap shoot.
Not trying to rain on your parade, but I’ve been I. This stock for a couple of years now. We have had a lot of good news and possibilities for this stock to really take off. But somehow, someway Tim Hasset always finds a way to screw it up. Even with that being said I’m still holding the stock. I really like the product and it’s possibilities. I just wish we could shove Tim in a R&D lab and get someone to run the company who knows what they are doing!
I have been thinking that for years.
Yes I do. And it could be the very same thing.
I hope you are right, but I have been burned so many times by this company it’s hard not to pessimistic. At this point I’m in till we go bust or We make money.
That’s not good
I would like that but be realist warm is an overinflated penny stock. I don’t is a one fo one stick swamp. What their stock symbol? Does anyone know? Veriwatt
Yes that is not a god option they could a reverse split of a 100/1 or even higher and pay the stock holders nothing
If you are right then we can make money, but if we are relying on Tim to produce the trucks we are still at square one. I still own quite a few shares so I do hope your are correct.
Steve will be successful only if he has total control of the production process. I hope he does!!! The company has great potential but lacks the leadership in bring the product to market. I hope for the best but understand the huge ability of Tim to get in the way and screw up a deal! I have seen it too many times!
What job? He has screwed up a couple of major contracts and has not delivered ! That was a huge deal that just evaporated! He may be a great engineer but has no ability to run a company!
As long as Tim Hasset is in control do not expect any results or success. I like the concept, but he has zero ability to deliver on any marketable product. His track record proves this.
I hope so. I haven’t looked at this stock position in over a year. Unless someone other that Tim is in charge of this company nothing is going to happen
I agree. This company has had many opportunities to succeed but have repeatedly failed! The voting stock is structured in such a way that only preferred stock has all of the power. We as common stock holders have no voice in how the company is ran . As soon as I am back to break even I’m out. The premise of this company is great but the powers to be is incompetent and unwilling to allow anyone who could succeed have any control of this company.
Good for you! If was above water in this stock I would sell too!
Were was this positive article published? I would like to read it.
At least the price going on the right direction. Although I need it to hit $22 a share just to break even! That’s not happening in my life time!
If avant- is taking over is that a bad thing? They can not do any worse than our board of directors have done so far! They may even be able to get some of our money back. They did convince these morons into giving them 4.4 billion shares so maybe they do have an ounce of business sense to them.
What are you basing your prediction on for the forward split?
This failure is all about leadership!
Over the past year I have treated this stock as a huge growth stock. I believe that the ProscaVax was going to be a game changer for prostate cancer. I invested based on that believe.
I now realize I should have been investing as a day trader I would have made money on that event.
It is a Shame that leadership was incapable of delivering on they it r promises. Perhaps instead of have doctors run the company we should have business people who knew how to deliver a product to market run the over all business.
Tim will not let a real management team come in a take over. He and his buddies control al of the voting stock.
Who is buying? The stock is slowly going back up. Anyone have any thoughts on why?
Why are they filing late? It’s not like they are busy running a phase 2 trail.
Has anyone seen how they plan to spin off smith& Wesson
Wow to hear Tim speak you would think we will have over 100 million in sales next year! As much as I want to believe this I have take it with a grain of salt! I hope it comes true but with tTums track record I don’t think I would bet on it!
If all the science & the phase 1 testing was so promising why did the company just let the phase2 trails just drop? If it was a money issue then how our they funding the new drug they are pushing now ?
I really feel like something doesn’t add up here.
Your assuming they have a truck! I’m not sure of that anymore
That makes sense
I hope you are right, but the hood is an extremely expensive spot of nascar.
