BioCentric Energy Signs Multi-Million Dollar Contract With Biocen Natural Products Development Group
SANTA ANA, Calif., Aug 13, 2010 (GlobeNewswire via COMTEX) -- BioCentric Energy Holdings, Inc. (Pink Sheets:BEHL) President Monique Berry today provides details on the multi-million dollar contract:
Yesterday, a multi-million dollar contract was signed between Daniel Kennedy, CEO and President of Biocen Natural Development Group (Pink Sheets:BNPD), a Nevada health drink company, and BEHL President, Monique Berry. The Nevada company, BNPD, is a public company consisting of a board of directors, a sales and marketing team and distribution outlets.
BNPD, formerly Bionic Products, Inc., is currently undergoing a formal name change to Biocen Natural Products Development, Inc. All corporate information is currently being updated and the official name change will be announced when approval has been received from the regulatory authorities.
The details of the contract between BNPD and BEHL are as followed, states Ms. Berry, "The first part of the contract is a $600,000 licensing and royalty agreement for representation of BEHL and BEHL clients for specific algaes produced. BNPD has agreed to pay BioCentric Energy in 8 equal installments commencing on September 14, 2010. As the market demand fluctuates for the end products, the licensing fee may be amended annually."
In addition to the licensing agreement, both companies have agreed upon and executed a sole and exclusive sales and marketing contract in which BNPD will purchase from BioCentric Energy and its clients 3 specific algae strains to be used in BNPD's health and nutracuetical products. "While there are thousands of algae strains to consider," stated Ms. Berry, "BNPD is in need of organic US grown strains produced in a clean and sterile environment. The low cost of BioCentric Energy's systems and high production rates will give BNPD a competitive edge with superior products." The first algae strain, Haemaotoccocus, has a current market value of $341 per kilogram. Conservatively, BEHL will produce 15,600 pounds of Haemaotoccocus over the next 12 months for BNPD. The next strain grown by BEHL and/or clients sold to BNPD will be the very popular, robust and fast growing Chlorella. The current market value for Chlorella is $44 per kilogram. BioCentric Energy will deliver to BNPD, 12,000 pounds of Chlorella over the next 12 months. Finally, the highly popular algae known for its antioxidant and anticancer properties, Spirulina, will also be produced and delivered to BNPD. The current market value for Spirulina is $20 per kilogram. BioCentric Energy plans to produce and deliver approximately 22,500 pounds of Spirulina over the next 12 months.
"When calculating the total value of this contract," stated BEHL Founder, Dennis Fisher, "it is astronomical to say the least. A one-acre PBR system alone will produce approximately $5 million worth of Haemaotoccocus in a 12 month period. The market demand for these algae strains has steadily increased over the past 3 years even though they are being imported from oversees and grown in open pond systems. Our ability to quickly deploy our PBRs systems for clients in the USA and begin producing such a valuable commodity in growing market this year should propel BioCentric Energy to the next level."
As per the contract, BNPD and BEHL shall equally fund and equally participate in revenues generated in the laboratory extraction process of Phycocyanin from Spirulina. The exact location of this new laboratory for this specific purpose shall be determined and disclosed when the location has been finalized.
Biocen Natural Development Group plans to launch its dynamic new website early next week.
I'd give her credit, but I would bet it's DF that's putting out the PR's and she's just taking credit. Wouldn't it of been better to let the stock run tomorrow on the latest PR and come out on Monday to give the next PR a full week to move up the SP. Weekends can be dampers. JMO

I can't imagine there's a major nutracutical company in Pahrump. That's probably where the PBR will be located. It's not far from DVJ. I believe the corporate offices are in Carson City, NV and not Las Vegas. I'm betting the company is Bionic Products, Inc. We'll know to tomorrow, if BEHL comes out with the PR.
Great company, but it's located in Utah. The PR stated that the contract is with a public company, headquartered in Las Vegas, NV
If this isn't the company on the LOI, BEHL management should reach out to them. I couldn't find any sports drinks in there product list.
It's certainly comforting that you know that BEHL and DF are not signing an LOI with BioTonic Products and JV Pulver. I hope not.
That's the same guy that interviewed Dennis on BEHL videos. He's part of the Roger Pawson group. I think you knew that.

Could this be the LOI company
Bionic Tonicâ„¢ recently became the official energy drink of the "Striking Unlimited" MMA Gym of Las Vegas, Nevada, where some of the best fighters on the MMA and UFC circuits coach and train. Fighters have stopped drinking other energy drinks such as Red Bull, Throwdown and Rockstar and armed themselves with the natural energy and refreshing citrus taste of Bionic Tonicâ„¢. The drink is used by Ultimate Fighting Challenge fighters. Frank Mir, Former UFC Heavyweight champion, and Ken Hahn of the gym.
Thinking about it, your probably right! It certainly will not help the SP
We should be seeing a Pink Sheet 2nd Qtr report by the end of the month. Should be interesting.
Then there's no difference at BEHL, with Dennis Fisher diluting by selling to financier. Would you say he was a liar and scammer?
Let's get this right, BEHL has never bought tubing from China. Just ask DF.
That video shows a gravity system. Later they switched to a pump system to supply energy to move the fluid through the system. Just call BEHL and they'll verify.
Sorry, but you are wrong about stage 1 and 2 PBR at SJC. The 1st stage used both systems. The 2nd stage used just a pump to move the fluid. I would suggest that you check with BEHL, before making erroneous statements.
The returns being used now are the same ones that came from China. As far as the pig goes, the concept of using a pig to clean the tubes was developed when Dennis Shen was responsible for technical development. It's call research and development. They never had problems with the pig until the new team took over. I'm not sure why you and a few other poster want to blame every thing on DS, when he brought the technical development to a stage that allow BEHL progress to its present stage. Those that have done reliable DD knows your ranting on DS doesn't hold water.
BEHL never received tubing from China. The only product that was bought from China was the plastic returns. That's a fact, just ask DF.
If BEHL or someone associated with BEHL provided the 24 million shares to the promoters, then is it possible the SEC will look at BEHL as a contributor to the promotion scam?
Just a question for the board.
I'm assuming that this PBR works on the principal of a gravity fed system. It would require a fluid tank, with it's outlet higher then the tubing, feeding the tubing based on gravity. It would require a pump extracting the fluid from the tubes to the tank. Just a wild guess.
Just trying to prove your point!
Here's a picture of wild horses drinking from a water source in DVJ

Depends on the relationship
It's my understanding the Mrs. Fisher is an officer of BEHL. Does that giver her control over Mr. Fisher. Any comments?
Would you agree that all I've had to say, along with your opinion, adds up to conjecture. It would be advantages if BG stayed on as a consultant, but you would think that it would of been worked out and part of PR. It certainly leaves a bad taste in everyones mouth, as it stands. Do you believe management will provide a truthful reason for his departure, which the investors deserve.
It's not a personality issue. It's simply a matter of DF not allowing, or should I say, giving up control. No qualified CEO would put up with a position where he or she doesn't have the say so. I believe it happen with Dennis Shen and it will happen with the new CEO. Mark my words.
Could it be that BG will not get any shares that was part of the deal for him coming on board, if there was a stock agreement. Just going by the PR statement by Monique......
1) Prior to the expiration of the Company's 90-day mandatory probationary review for all employees, Dr. Brian Goodall tendered his resignation effective as of June 21st, 2010 as BioCentric Energy's Chief Executive Officer

As I see it; the latest PR's have stated facts that put the CEO and President on a coarse that if not true, then you have a loaded gun which you can shoot at the SEC. Undoubtedly, you and cargo_hack are at a heighten level to see kepi fail, for what ever reason, and if they have lied to the public, then go for it. "Time will tell"
Time will tell
Then you must be saying DF is as stupid as DS, he was the CEO. Where do you have the buck stop.
Your absolutely right about a control system, but as I stated, how do you or anyone at BEHL knows that the Siemens systems works, when there's no algae. RWE has no proven PBR that grows commercial grade algae either.
Not one PR was put out by DS...look who's name are on them
I agree with you in every since. I just get tired of some posters trying to blame DS when it's doesn't hold water. It's sounds just like Obama and his staff trying to blame everything on Bush, that they can't handle.
What workable system you talking about. They are no further along then when DS left. How do you know Siemens, system is working, theres not algae for it to control and how do you know that DS didn't have a control system or working on one.
If your saying the DS is a scammer, then you must be saying the DF and DS set up BEHL as a scam. You can't have it both ways. As I said, time will tell.
I don't get it!!!
No one on the board knows why Dennis Shen left BEHL. Let's look at the facts.
Basically, he was an equal partner, since he held the same no. of shares as DF and was on the board of directors.
Held the title of Chief Technological Officer and took them thru the initial stages of R&D.
There's no way DF had the authority to fire DS. I never saw a share holders meeting voting anyone on or off the B of D.
Never saw a PR or statements from any officer as to DS being fired or let go. Simply, because they couldn't.
I suggest he left the company for greener pastors. Time will tell if he made the right decision.
GFB....CO2 can be trucked in, just as they are doing at Santa Ana. Unless they can set up near to a plant or animal farm, which they can capture CO2, they'll have to have it delivered. More expensive! There is another option, where they pull it from the air, but I'm not sure they can produce enough to satisfy this large of a PBR. By the way, it's my understanding that algae likes a quite period while it's growing. Without sun it stays dorm-it
What I can't figure out is the fact that management has been saying the new development is in Southern California and Death Valley not even close. Is there two locations being developed?
These pics look like two different locations. The top pic doesn't seem to match the middle pic.
