Strange it says that the last trade was yesterday for 2700 shares but it shows that 76 shares were traded today.

Share structure unchanged. Looks like same people buying are selling small chunks to keep the price down, but trying to buy more than they sell to keep accumulating. There has been persistent accumulation in the high .30s for months now.

Sorry but it’s hard to hate on the CEO when there’s only like 5 people on this board and we’re all probably still up about 300% or more from where we got it.

Well if my judgement was that great I could have sold it all above 1.50 and tripled my holdings. I’m just looking for the float to remain unchanged and huanmedia to show big revenues. Then I think we’ll have a run. Where she stops, your guess is as good as mine.

We’re gonna have to see the numbers and huanmedia also has many patents so if those are listed specifically in the filing they could be big too.

I got basically the same response this morning. I’m pretty fired up for this week. Can’t wait to see the Huanmedia numbers!

As bad is this looks, my gut is telling me they are trying to suck up whatever last shares they can before they run this.

Is it possible Tilton got his and now he’s out and SBC is going to make announcements/filings from here out. That would be nice. He’s been awfully silent on both this and NSAV.

Nope, it’s been distressingly quiet. But it will hurt too much to dump now and watch it run, so I’m holding and hoping. Not sure how long they can not file before they lose current status, hoping that is motivating them to get something done.

We should all be emailing the company. If anyone gets a response let us know. I emailed a month ago, and was told they’re working on the the huanmedia 2020 and q1 numbers and would announce as soon as they were ready. I emailed again last week and again yesterday and got no response.

Well don’t want to bum you out but that’s news from March 26. Not sure why it popped up today but it’s a couple months old. We’re all still waiting on the 10Q to drop.

No, I think we’re all just waiting on the Q to drop. The only positive update I could say is that, I see he hasn’t tweeted about NSAV in 6 days. That’s good. Hopefully he’s working hard finishing up this Q and hopefully it’s in depth and substantial.

Can’t say I’m not irritated that we didn’t get the Q today, but I do think it will drop soon. I don’t think they’d let it lose current status after working so hard to get it current so recently. Anyone know how long they have after the 5 day extension deadline before they lose current status?

Well I’m encouraged that JT hasn’t been tweeting about NSAV in a while. Hopefully he’s concentrating on wrapping up this filing for TNMD.

Not yet but filing could happen any time today. I saw he filed the Q for NSAV last Friday and it wasn’t premarket, it was middle of trading, so this could happen any time or aftermarket.

Can someone buy some shares already! Obviously this stock is going to be flying to the moon next week, doesn’t anyone want to get in now before the fun starts?!

It’s definitely our company. JT is the compliance officer so there is a connection (it says so on otc markets)... The wording is a little unclear on the Readen headline. They could have meant the stock was worth 3.3 million on day of the PR when it was at $1.49... But they could have got it before. It actually appeared from the filing they got it for $1.3 million but still! That’s a huge investment!

You know people say MM signals aren’t really but they seem to be talking to each other today with their 200 and 100 share trade and they’re saying that they desperately need shares. They’re not getting ‘em! Time to take it up!

Holy Crap! A $1.3 million investment in our company..... Wow! And yes , big float reduction! There are no shares! When this thing runs it’s gonna hit the moon!

Ok we got the NT, and the anticipated filing date is now the 24th. So I take the activity as a very good sign and I will be looking forward to the 24th.

Alright thanks, it’s due soon we know that. And the way NSAV drops every time he tweets, I’m glad he’s staying quiet. We need filings not tweets.

10k on bid at .45 and no one selling into it. Shares are scarce!

No updates, all I know is he’s kept his other stocks current, no reason to think he wouldn’t keep this one current especially since they just did all that work to make it current. So that leads me to think we get an NT after market and probably get the filing in a week or two. Test of patience for sure, but I think it’s coming. This guy also likes to drop stuff at random times, not always before or after market so anything can happen.

I’m really excited to see some numbers tomorrow. We’ve been waiting a while for this! I’ve seen plenty of 5 day delays that turn into 10 or 15 in the OTC world so I know we might not get anything tomorrow. But here’s hoping they come through on time.

Yeah I’m gonna stick it out even if we don’t get filings Monday. I won’t be happy, because it’s been a long time since news. But I just gotta believe something is coming down the pike. When this stock spiked there wasn’t enough volume and shares sold to have made this worth anyone’s while if it was just a scam.

No one selling. Shares are tight. They tried to shake what they could this morning and it wasn’t much. Filings Monday and we fly. But there better be filings Monday.

If someone saw negative news on the horizon they’d be selling. Look at the volume, no one is selling. It does seem like someone or group has been accumulating and I believe the MMs are helping them by hiding and manipulating level2 to help them soak up shares as cheap as possible.
