A stock split will not create new account sign ups! The company’s precarious position makes it a though sell for new accounts. Thus no actual new account revenues in 2years. How many months has it been since a new customer account was signed and new revenues came in? Hard for a municipal employee or other potential customer to sign a contract with this tiny, unprofitable, weak customer reference ? Company. .ok maybe next month ??

Do you believe he is really a bad dishonest out for only himself guy? I think his previous reputation at Motorola was over stated as to his contribution but the approach you point out is really disappointing.

Short term desperately needs cash for salaries and expenses to keep the doors open. He has no alternatives except highly dilutive stock sales. He has to convince conservative bureaucrats to risk giving orders to a company you describe as small and risky who has not shown meaningful traction for quite a few quarters. Maybe next quarter will be better. Auditors report not a comfort for new prospective customers.

What do YOU think are his objectives besides getting cash from dilutive sales to maintain salaries and operating expenses?

Market seems to be worried that Chan will run out of cash before revenues pick up significantly. CFO Block had retired to a nifty consulting relationship and thus no liability.? Why no CFO to replace her? Have you noticed that press release -are often not posted on their website until hours or a day later? Poor IR effort .Chairman has resigned so he has no liability. No replacement. Chan getting rid of his detractors?Still paying lease on old facilities? What has happened to number of salesmen in Germany? Rough quarter?

Mention “Chan MM” often. Please explain a bit more as to what he and they are attempting for those of us not that knowledgeable about these trading practices. If a company ceo of a public stock is colluding with others to manipulate his stock isn’t that illegal? At the very least why should shareholders trust or believe him?

Why would “Chan manipulators “ keep stock depressed when he needs to sell shares to raise case. If as you suggest he is helping them accumulate cheap stock the lower depressed price seems to hurt his other shareholders. Huge volume today from ATM and or inside shareholders capitulation? Thoughts ?
