Not sure what Einstein has to do with TEVE. What TEVE is doing is engineering. What Einstein did was art, philosophy and science all rolled into one.
Commons sense told people that the earth was flat and the sun went around the earth and they were wrong. Evidence beats common sense in most cases, including this one. But if the short conspiracy makes you feel more secure, no problem.
By that kind of thibking all companies should hide their financials. Why is TEVE the only one doing so?
What are they afraid of?
TEVE introduced the NDA when bankruptcy was a real possibility.
You tell me why the company introduced the NDA. I was merely postulating a reason. Can't think of anything else. Can you?
Was the new CFO given shaers when he joined? I don't believe you know every single shareholer's holding. Where wouuld you get that information?
Well then you tell me why a public company would force its shareholders to sign NDAs before releasing financials to them.
Please name one other company that's ever done this. I haven't heard of one.
Where did those shares come from? Without evidence to the contrary one would have to say they came from someone wishing to sell his shares. If you noticed, each time some shares were sold the number remaining magically went down by the same number.
Anticipating good news they took the shares off the market. I wouldn't be surprised to see the back again.
By the way if they were shorters, why didn't they try to sell when the sp went up? Wouldn't that have been more profitable?
I've been in the market for decades and have never heard of a company asking its shareholders to sign a NID. Have you? I can't even think of a reason for them to do that except perhaps to hide their poor financial situation from customers in case they're scared off fearing a disruption of service due to bankruptcy.
The same old story of shorts is getting tiresome.
What choice do you have?
Probably what this quarter brought. No dividend.
It's active because three or four fans post twenty posts a day.
What difference does that make? Do they subtract Bill Gates' holding in Microsoft when they state the number of Microsoft shares? Does he not receive dividends?
He sure does, that's the major part of his income.
Telvue's market cap is calculated using 616,000 shares and if you check for the number of Telvue shares on iHub you'll see 616,000.
http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=squote&symbol=TEVE
There are 650,000 shares in total not the 55,000 people seem to focus on.
Revenues - Check
Earnings - Negative 400,000
Dividends - not for years and years, if then
Looks like a $400,000 loss for the year.
Looks like no dividend this year.
It's not the share price but market cap that matters. Currently it's around ten million. At its peak it was around sixty million or so.
Where did they show 11.625 and who would that affect?
fourkids,
I don't follow. What's the issue that you're reporing?
Thousands of shares are readily available at 7 cents per pre-split shares. Just no interest in the market to acquire them.
If everything is good, it means that nothing is good.
I wonder if this is the only stock with more discussion board comments than shares traded?
Or more likely someone pulled them for the weekend and relisted them this morning.
I thought you said that there were no shorts.
It's all dood - whether it goes up, down or stays the same. You know that, don't you?
He's not going to be giving his money to people, especially investors, but rather worthwhile charitble causes the same as Warren Buffett and Bill Gates.
You said:
Nothing changes here one way or the other. One fact remains true if the shares that have been put up for sale are shorted or not.
That makes no sense.
I thought nobody sold TEVE
How is that being taken down? The price still shows as 14.
A work in progress means lots of costs and low revenues until the public buys in.
Clearly you didn't have time to read the three page review before you commented. lol
Here in a few words is the status of 4K
Ultra HD is going to be a work in progress for years to come

I'm more sure than you can possilby be with most of your statemetns on who is or is not selling. I've read up on 4K and it's not something that's going to be big in the next few years.
TEVE has nothing proprietary wrt 4K. Besides, it's an expensive technology that no one is interested in at the moment or will be for years to come.
They're also doing the split to be eligibel for a DOW listing.
TEVE is not even a pinky.
Anyway these back and forths are pointless. Good luck Joe. Off for a while.
No you didn't say anything about a fire sale. You said "Should the price fall for any reason I will be buying."
So clearly you expect the price to fall or you'd jump at the chance to buy those 7 cent shares on offer.
They'll be withdrawn.
And what happens if there are no financials or one that shows a loss?
That's what it means to you. To me it means that no one is buying which means that no one believes your rosy picture or they'd jump at the chance to pick up 3000 shares "cheap".
I'm not clairvoyant like you to know who put up those shares. All I know is that someone did and it's highly unlikely that it's someone trying to short and there are no shorts. So it must be someone with shares to sell. There is no way for you to know who holds how any shares other than your own holdings. That leaves at least 47,000 shares out that we know about. Since there has not been an audited report out on the share structure there is no way to even know how many shares there are at the moment. All you can do is guess - and that's what you are doing.
