Good Morning gosox12,
Obviously I can't get into details but I see things coming together for PCTL and the JV in the 3rd and 4th quarter of this year.
Good Morning aandt,
appears there were many errors in previous filings but fortunately Arthur E. Abraham is on top of the books now and appears to be making the necessary adjustments to those filings to correct the errors and bring PCTL current.
As you noted...
What is important to know is that all warrants are really canceled.
Good Morning Mugwumps88,
In regards to the wells that Humphreys manages, information in the public domain indicates a total of 139 wells across multiple counties in 2 states.
Of the 139, 53 are currently producing at an average 1.35 bbls/day. I would expect now that he has an indication of what the new tech can do for production you will see an increase in daily production rates along with an increase in the number of producing wells as he increases the use of the technology.
Egold, as a fellow "investor" in PCTL I can tell you the future is where it is at. The tech that the JV is developing for EOR will allow substantial recovery rates, well above what current tech offers.
Naturally I cannot get into the actual technology because of my NDA. Heading back to Colorado Springs this morning so once settled back in I will put together some current recovery data and what I would project for future recovery using the new technology so that you will understand the full implications of what PCTL/DOGT are developing.
PCTL/DOGT have a tiger by the tail in my view.
TKane, contrary to what some post day in and day out, after spending several days in Grassy Creek with Mr. Gary Grieco and Mr. Doug Humphreys, I can confirm that Gary is in good shape both physically and mentally.
Catalysts and Deals in the O&G sector will be forthcoming once certain business is taken care of and my belief is they will blow healthcare out of the water. The JV know as DOGT will be a force to reckon with when fully implemented.
Hope to double my current position before the cat is out of the bag.
Noted and Correct TKane...
Abraham is hard at work revising 10-Q's and 10-K to bring everything back in balance before the next leg up.
Grieco, Humphreys and Holcomb hard at work tuning up the new "nano" technology and putting plans in place to monetize it.
All gears starting to mesh and getting ready to pop the clutch.

Looking FORWARD to the future. The technologies being developed at Grassy Creek have garnered a lot of interest overseas but to monetize on it PCTL/DOGT will have to back it up with hard data which is part of the reason for the trip.
If I can validate the claims, there is a lot of $$ to be made with the tech being developed by PCTL/DOGT.
DOGT = Disruptive Oil & Gas Technologies...
is a Joint Venture between Paradigm Convergence Technologies and Maverick Energy Services. The press release can be found here...Press Release
Just arrived at the drill site today so hopeful I will have some more info to share later this week.
No Worries Running Q...
Looking forward to seeing you once I have the new digs setup with PCTL/DOGT equipment and info.
No Worries CyberC, always happy to share...
Will be heading out before sunrise and should get to Grassy Greek in the late afternoon/evening.
The key people from the PCTL/DOGT team should be onsite so will spend all day Tuesday and part day Wednesday getting most of what I need.
Will be giving feedback to the board during/after the trip.
Was there news floating around about how PCTL/DOGT...
could benefit Canadian oil companies that have interests in Canadian oil sands? Quick search showed https://www.atha.com/about/about-us.html located in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
Athabasca Oil Corporation ("AOC") is a liquids-weighted intermediate producer involved in the development of Canada's most active resource plays, Montney and Duvernay Oil Sands.
I'm no expert in oil sand recovery but seems to me this would be a great opportunity for PCTL/DOGT. Wonder if anyone lives up in that area that could contact them for the company? Heard they have an office in Boyle?
Good Morning aandt, hope all is well...
Just finished the last leg of my "World Tour" and I can tell you that there is definite interest in PCTL and Disruptive Oil & Gas Technologies outside of the US.
From SEA to Africa to the Middle East, everyone is asking for the data to validate the claims made in the PR's. For this reason I will be heading to Grassy Creek this week to get what I need to nail down some sizable contracts.
As for these distributors you are referring to, I hope they are holding their shares and restructuring their businesses to take advantage of the Oil & Gas marketplace if they are near one.
I just checked my main account (have 3 accounts holding positions in PCL) and in 2020 I purchased 5,714,352 shares at an average of 0.045552444 so thinking I am in pretty good shape for when it breaks out. Did not see anything bought in the .07 or .08 range in any of the accounts so must be another distributor.
GLTY and thanks for the great DD you continually provide.
*** Noted and Correct ***
To much bad info out there already. Always better to get it straight from the company.
Finishing some business in Frankfurt today and then heading back to the US. Look forward to checking in from Grassy Creek next week.

Food for thought (Part V)...
Did you know there are more than 12,000 offshore oil and gas platforms worldwide. Many of these have been online and producing for some years with many in decline. New wells need to be drilled to replace reserves or older wells will have to be worked over to keep the production rates up.
In Addition to these platforms, there are over 450 active Mobile Offshore Drilling Units working to drill new wells or workover existing wells in the world’s offshore basins.
Similar to the Hospital segment that offers tremendous opportunities for the Annihilyzer, the offshore energy sector offers immense opportunities for both the Hydrolyte and Catholyte Free fluids as well as Large Volume Generators.
Grieco, Humphreys and Holcomb are taking the steps required in order to break into this market in that PCTL/DOGT are collecting the data needed to validate the performance of the fluids in both new and existing wells.
Wouldn't be surprised to see some major contracts from National Oil Companies once the data is collected and compiled. Wouldn't it be great to see a PCTL/DOGT booth next year at the OTC in Houston, Texas?

Food for thought (Part I)...
In the Offshore Oil & Gas Industry there are a variety of vessels used. From small crew boats and harbor tugs to AHTSVs, PSVs, MPSVs, ERRVs and MCVs, etc.
Of our total operational fleet of ~400 vessels, ~90 make up our core fleet, comprising AHTSVs, PSVs, MPSVs, ERRVs, and MCVs. These vessel classes are considered ‘core’ as they represent the bulk of our strategic investment
PCTL announces the cancellation of 447,190,272 warrants which necessitates the restating of Q2&3 2020, the year-end K and Q1 2021. This will improve the Balance Sheet by approximately $12M by reducing the Liabilities. PCTL expects to be current on all fillings in a couple weeks.
Hey jimr171, down but not out...
Just coming off the "World Tour" and feedback is pretty good. Looking to drop another $50k on this bad boy. In poker terms it's called going All In.
Wil be heading to Grassy Creek next week to get data for my clients. Once compiled and sent off to them I would expect to see some major announcements from PCTL and Disruptive Oil & Gas Technologies.
YOLO Baby!
I heard Jim Rockford has applied...
seems his Private Investigator gig didn't work out. I heard he tried his hand at hawking antique radios but to many customer complaints over crappy merchandise killed that business.

Mugwumps88, I am saying International deals will happen...
because the fluids and technology are garnering interest in the National and International O&G market place.
Would not surprise me to see some major deals coming down the road in the very near future.

In the Onshore Oil & Gas Industry there is a variety of equipment needed to drill new wells and service existing wells. Drilling Rigs (big and small), Tankers to move fluids back and forth, etc.
Anyone tells you that the industry is depressed or not growing is full of carp as noted by the latest rig count below.
A year ago August, there were 294 rig’s operating in the North American market. Currently there are 647 rig's operating in North America. Sounds like an uptrend to me.
So in this JV, I see each partner bringing something to the table that will benefit each member of the JV and PCTL will be providing (selling) the fluid's to the JV for New Wells and for servicing existing wells.
I am by no means pumping PCTL. I am putting the information out there for each person to use as they see fit so that they can make their own decision whether this company is his/her bag of tea... Something about some forests and some trees comes to mind.
If you don't like what you see in PCTL and what they are doing and/or you think I am full of carp, no problem. "Move along folks, nothing to see here."
More to come in Part III

Hey Kids, just finishing the “World Tour”…
and I can’t say for certain, but it would not surprise me to see several international deals with State Owned oil companies and some other international players once the information from Grassy Creek is verified.
Catching a Lufthansa flight out of Malabo on Thursday and should be in Grassy Creek beginning of next week to meet up with new Disruptive Oil & Gas Technologies team.
Go away for a week and look what happens… Warrants are being dealt with as they should have been last year! Looks like the new team at PCTL are starting to put the pieces back together.
Hope everyone is doing well.
zagdad, clock is ticking...
I see this new JV in a much more positive light than most. JV's are common in the oilfield for a variety of reasons.
As an example, on my "World Tour" I did a job for a JV between two countries, Malaysia and Thailand. Anyway, JV's are always done in the oilfield by various parties including owners, operators, contractors, and service providers.
If this JV is structured correctly, this could allow PCTL and/or Disruptive Oil & Gas Technologies to make it onto the NASDAQ, AMEX or NYSE exchange organically.
Exiting times ahead for sure.

No worries Captain, educating ones self is important,
As a few on the board always say, "Know what you own".
Working on 2 more parts and if I have communications when finished, I will get them posted.
Hope all is well.

Morning TKane, up early for the Big Day...
Operator finally finished up (I think) and contractor running pre-move checks, safety drills, etc... so yes, big day and final job on my world tour. Can't wait to get home and re-pack for a trip to Grassy Creek.
Fairly certain, but can't "guarantee", that there are major deals in the pipeline and I agree... One inked catalyst deal = one mega PR = nice move up!
Will be out of pocket for a few days. Take Care.
