appears there were many errors in previous filings but fortunately Arthur E. Abraham is on top of the books now and appears to be making the necessary adjustments to those filings to correct the errors and bring PCTL current.

What is important to know is that all warrants are really canceled.



Complete transparency on the financials prior to the next leg up will also be important for investors.
