Company can't control the auditor. I wish they had them ready but they will be refilled audited when they are available. The company said they would be but technically they are not required

I agree based off what we have now, however, if they spin off they said and I would assume the spin off would be audited. These will be the first verifiable thing we have seen. I cant tell you how many times of the past 2-3 years I've been here that people said they would go big if something was verifiable. I would think that would push PPS much higher

I personally think that once Reg A is approved it verifies their holdings and the price will go up.
To this day we have no concrete verification of holdings but I still argue that the SEC would not allow a Reg A if the holdings have not been proven to them.

Lets say they are overstating goodwill, lets call it double the value it should be. 180.2M - (112.2/2) = 124M in assets

This still puts the stock price way under what it should be.

This just means very few shares to swing the price wildly.
L2 shows 560K shares between here and .0175 (less than $7K)

The problem with your argument is there needs to be some allowances for extenuating circumstances. There is no instant punishment despite how obvious the crime. The system is built for this.
There is a reason that they refer to prior case law. Both sides will do it and it is for the judge to decide which case law applies.
This is just new case law. It does not mean that every late filer will not get an out. They would need to show a similar circumstances that this judge believes happened.
This allows for the law to evolve.

Everyone is freaking out but volume is crap. To me it just means people are holding and very few people are buying at .02
People are looking to get cheap shares and the very few that sold are forced to sell at the ask price.
If there were 50 million shares traded yesterday I would be freaking out but what were we at what, 1.5 million?
