Haha I am right with you!
Do we touch $7 today?
Smashed right through $6
Would be nice to get some media exposure on this...triple the speed of incumbent technology and testing equipment can't even keep up.
Great question. Hopefully it puts some pressure on these companies and at least one of them signs some sort of deal.
Do we touch $6 today?
Steve- The 5 minute mark on the video you uploaded of Jim at the Noble conference is when he references visiting the New Mexico datacenter just south of Albuquerque.
And one other thing I will add....no clue if this has any relevance but Jim Marcelli was also elected to the OTCX advisory council back in May.

Dr. Michael S. Lebby joined Lightwave Logic as a member of the Board of Directors in 2015. In May 2017, he assumed the role of CEO of the company.

Just the uplist. I would actually prefer they only announce when they are accepted. Again, if you think this pump and rise in shareprice was in anticipation of an announcement that they are applying for the Nasdaq you might not get what you were hoping for but you certainly made some money.

Lightwave Logic Announces Inclusion in the Solactive EPIC Core Photonics EUR Index
ENGLEWOOD, Colo., June 7, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Lightwave Logic, Inc. (OTCQX:LWLG), a technology platform company leveraging its proprietary electro-optic polymers to transmit data at higher speeds with less power, today announced that it will be added to the Solactive EPIC Core Photonics EUR Index NTR as part of the index's semi-annual additions.
The Solactive EPIC Core Photonics EUR Index NTR aims to present the performance of a portfolio of publicly listed global companies which derive at least 66% of their revenues from photonics manufacturing activities. The current 59 member securities are weighted based on their free float market capitalization, subject to certain weight caps. Solactive is a leading provider of indexing, benchmarking, and calculation solutions for the global investment and trading community.
"Earning our inclusion in the Solactive EPIC Core Photonics EUR Index, one of the most widely cited performance benchmarks for photonics companies, is an important point of recognition for Lightwave Logic shareholders," said Dr. Michael Lebby, Chief Executive Officer of Lightwave Logic. "The index includes global public companies with a common theme of optoelectronics, photonics, and optical technologies in general that range from components, modules, manufacturers, and optical network system companies.
"This inclusion broadens our exposure to the capital markets community, as well as credibility with potential partners and customers. The creation of this photonics index was driven by EPIC photonics, the European trade association, where we are proud members. We look forward to capitalizing on this opportunity to increase our exposure within the investment community and broaden our shareholder base," concluded Lebby.

Lightwave listed in here.
I asked Luke from MZ Group if they are presenting or had any presence.
His reply:
"I do not have that information off-hand, we don’t necessarily announce every industry event we do publicly – they will be attending the LD Micro conference on the investor front next week though and we hope to provide further details on that front soon."
Took your advice and reached out to IR. I will give them credit that they replied very quickly.
Here was my email:
"Hello, I was wondering if any notification will be sent out to promote the Business update that was uploaded after the shareholder meeting. There are some fantastic business updates and I think there should be a press release highlighting some of those updates so the broader investment community can be made aware. In addition, I was made aware from another shareholder that LWLG is going to be included in a German photonics index fund. Perhaps this would also merit a press release? Is this something that is planned? And finally, will LWLG have any presence at OFC next week?"
Response from Luke:
"For regulatory reasons (Regulation FD) we can’t discuss future press releases we are considering at the moment, though appreciate your thoughts and insight and will certainly take it into account going forward. Please continue to monitor our press release feed for future updates."
Completely agree...it's almost like they are trying to not promote. They missed the boat on this Shareholder's Business update, the ETF, and even the video with Global Foundries. I know Lebby was only co-chairing as a moderator but they should still send notifications out.
Great find Proto! Would be nice if we had some sort of Investor relations company to inform the public of this....oh wait.
FYI Lebby presented again today as a keynote speaker for the launch of the Photonic Integration Technology Center (joint initiative by TNO, Eindhoven University of Technology, University of Twente, and PhotonDelta, with the mission to accelerate the development of integrated photonics).
Presentation posted to the website:

Awesome find Richard!
It would be great to hear Lebby promote this whenever he presents publicly next.
I thought the same thing. Was this the first time he showed/talked about this? I don't recall hearing it on any of his EPIC presentations.
$1.56. We are in a very tight band. I really hope beginning with the business update tomorrow they release something substantial that will get us back to $2 plus. Otherwise I fear we end up back in the dreaded pop and fade we continue to see.
This is my guess for business presentation tomorrow....
-Continue to be engaged with Tier 1 customers under NDA that are providing feedback on our prototypes.
-New patents being granted.
-Data, data, data.
-Want to organically grow share price to up list to Nasdaq.
Nothing groundbreaking. Share price will probably be down 10%.
If we hear something new and groundbreaking I would be pleasantly surprised but my guess is nothing substantial.
Of course not.
Sounds like the same as last year. No live Q&A.

Lightwave Logic Announces Receipt of U.S. Patent for High-Volume Manufacturing Processes for Electro-Optic Polymer Modulators
ENGLEWOOD, Colo., May 11, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Lightwave Logic, Inc. (OTCQX:LWLG), a technology platform company leveraging its proprietary electro-optic polymers to transmit data at higher speeds with less power, today announced the receipt of a patent on a new invention to allow for improved protective polymer layers in modulators when designed into advanced integrated photonic platforms, better positioning them for high-volume manufacturing processes.
The protective layers, protected by U.S. Patent number 10,989,871, will enhance electro-optic polymer devices' performance through higher reliability, better optical performance and enable the use of standardized manufacturing processes best suited for mass-production.
"We are pleased to have further fortified our patent portfolio through this exciting invention, adding a protective layer to advance performance of integrated photonics and silicon photonics platforms – helping to scale the future of the internet by transmitting data at higher speeds with less power," said Dr. Michael Lebby, Chief Executive Officer of Lightwave Logic. "The COVID-19 pandemic only solidified the need for solutions like ours, as the shift to working from home exposed the weakness and vulnerability of our existing internet infrastructure.
"As service providers struggle to keep up with the huge demand for bandwidth, solutions like ours will become increasingly difficult to ignore. I look forward to continued innovations in the quarters to come as we continue to build out our IP moat in advance of commercialization," concluded Lebby.

Either way I see it as a good sign. Guarantee we are also working with them but can't disclose.
Haha Steve already active in the chat....love it!
Agree.
It will probably be the same cringe-worthy call as last year where they go through the voting results and then call it a day without even answering any questions.
So it sounds like the meeting will be the same as last year. "No slideshow presentation will be conducted this year at the Annual Meeting; however, management will be available to answer any questions you may have immediately after the Annual Meeting." Wonder if we get another pre-recorded Lebby slideshow update instead.
This is fantastic!
