Thanks for digging! Wish more would w/ integrity.
Link please....
I would be glad to meet you there.
Give Tom a call and see what you could come up with.
Thanks N for the post.
Not a great day for EDEX or its investors.
Ngas, and all who care: NO ONE from the EDEX board deleted the (your and others) posts! Ihub mods who saw your postings were the ones to delete them. That should speak volumes.
Once again, assuming has made an............
Dirt, let me first thank you that you are trying to do DD and do. Again, thanks.
I will comment on your post though.
I seriously doubt big time you knew before Tom that the drill was delayed (sent to another drill) and that we would receive a different drilling rig as soon as it was available. Heck, I even knew.
Here are the two posts of the past:
Yours:

Yes, it is old news.
Dirt, you wrote: "I've always been able to confirm every well before"...
I disagree. You weren't able to in the Mesa, you went to the wrong sources and again may be proved wrong here.
Be careful about being so hard on Tom's track record as you are developing one of your own.
Shows how much I know. I do expect a PR sometime. Maybe they are still drilling.
One thing I do know is that Tom has ALWAYS put out a timely PR with the news: good or bad.
So, are you saying that 'NO Drilling" is ongoing that EDEX is participating in and Tom is scamming us?
Maybe I am misunderstanding.
Please clarify.
I think a PR should be put out by Tues.
I think the idea was that "he appoints," not who is next inline. So that idea, which won't happen, could.
Pelosi would be next inline should an event happen if they both died before the replacement was named and sworn in, but as Pres, in this scenerio, Cheney could appoint Condi, like how Ford became president, appointed by Nixon after Spiro Agnew resigned. Nixon then resigns, and bam, Ford is now President!
Lucky, you wrote:
"yes its clear that any mention of wildcatters history and past dealings are not allowed on this forum. "
You could not be MORE wrong.
It has been discussed over and over and over and over.....
Just go back and read.
Your accusation is totally without merit. Do some homework and read the past posts.
As a mod I have allowed a complete discussion over and over w/o intervention and deletion.
Either get a grip or do some homework.
Tom, you strike oil, we will be happy!!
Bear, scam, no, no way.
Failed investment, so far? Absolutely.
But, these are not the same thing.
The problem (and the resulting debate) is that the final chapter has yet to be written.

I'm not for the legislation of percentages and ratio's of pay, etc. Any owner should be allowed to pay what he wishes.
If the employee doesn't want to work there, fine. Go find another job. If you are trapped, fine. Work harder, and in your other time be productive and save. I've seen this over and over in Romania! They made no excuses like here in America, they just figure out how to get free of unrighteous bosses. (And yes, IMO, they are UNRIGHTEOUS, and will reap what they sow.) But I am against legislation.
Which will probably bring up the minimum wage debate. No time for that.
I've got to go. goodnite!
You wrote: But if I'm your employee and do my fair share to contribute to your "success", I should at least be paid a living wage.
I totally agree with that! I would add that you should be paid a lot more than a living wage. There were years in my business that my employees, even the lowest paid earned more than me (as the owner) and I worked harder and longer. I have practiced what I preach.
Just because I talk about capitalism and against socialism, marxism, income redistribution, etc, don't think for a minute that I would support the opposite blindly.
Higher quality, yes, sure, and that is why many still continue to try to move to the US.
You really only know talking points don't you.
I've been in England, Norway, Romania, for extended times. Housed many in my home for months and months, etc. Lived behind the former Iron Curtin for times. Served in their orphanages and faced the fruit of the hollowness you appear to worship.
I know what I'm talking about. I've see first hand what socialism produced. You are only talking theory.
Sorry. You're wrong.
You really don't know much about anything except the left and the mass media talking points do you? (See this was totally un-necessary - Just cheap shots. Yea, puts you and your ideas in great light when that is how you have to respond.
Even they might score higher on a "health index", a twist of the issue and an attempt to hide the reality: They still come here for better medical care (available free in their own country, when they are financially able.) I see you didn't address the issue of where they go when able.
If you advocate fairness: You advocate socialism. Its the same root: fairness.
I agree with the idea of the: taking bread off my table. I just ad: and giving it to the rich or the poor who get it for free just because they are poor.
And how is their health care working for them?
Oh yea, they come here for better medical care.
My son-in-law is from Europe and he share a very different opinion that you guys, having actually live there for over 20 years, while you just worship it from afar.
That was kind and an exposure of what is in your heart.
A true example of the heart of a lib, professing kindness but true hater of others who espouse an opinion you find offensive.
You as a lib should be bending over backward to honor him, encouraging different opinions, not to curse him.
There are h word to more fully describe your actions.
Oh yea, the country so worshipped by the elite and media.
The country that lies to the UN about war w/ IRAQ while secretely supplying arms. Oh, yea, that country.
BTW: France is lowering capital gains and reworking building business by moving toward capitalism and away from socialism.
They could see the handwriting on the wall financially.
And just how long did they try? More than one generation? (My criteria as noted but ignored by you) NOPE. They learned quick it won't work and are now moving away.
??????
Wasn't my slogan.
And, I'm not a fan.
What slogans?
Yes I do.
How about this one:
"The experience that we had in this common course and condition, tried sundry years...that by taking away property, and bringing community into a common wealth, would make them happy and flourishing – as if they were wiser than God,"... "For this community [so far as it was] was found to breed much confusion and discontent, and retard much employment that would have been to their benefit and comfort. For young men that were most able and fit for labor and service did repine that they should spend their time and strength to work for other men's wives and children without any recompense...that was thought injustice."
and as a result the same wrote:
"This had very good success, for it made all hands industrious, so as much more corn was planted than otherwise would have been."
From an autobiography of an very historically important man who actually accomplished significant results after he abandoned income redistribution.
Please give me one example, where income redistribution worked for a culture, over multi-generations and allowed that culture to bless the world with produced wealth. Just one......
Its sad when ones viewpoint blocks all other options of thought. (And they would call themselves open-minded.)
I agree with you.
Like I said, "In truth, we won't disagree with much"
Sad to say, I have thought, read and considered it much. I am a student of history. You're comment was insulting and inaccurate.
I could arrogantly accuse the same, but I didn't and won't.
I will just repeat: In truth, we won't disagree with much.
The only problem is that the root of socialism is:
FAIRNESS. (Review many of BO's words and you will be surprised at how much it pops out - the word fair or fairness.)
And I addressed the real issue.
In truth, we won't disagree with much, we both believe in giving.
I just object to the forced part.
I also disagree that it works, and that it will change people.
But, I still give. I just mostly give to widows and orphans. There is a hugh gulf of a difference between charity and forced. Forced has never produced change in a society or the heart of man.
Fairness has never, ever worked.
That's the problem.
The problem is it doesn't work.
History is littered with examples, many from this recent century. Sorry, the utopia promised only failed due to man's inherent corruptness.
Fun history lesson is to learn what happened to the Pilgrims. When they came to America they had all in common.
This produced failure. Complete failure and they almost died because of it! It was only when Bradford gave private property rights and introduced capitalism that the pilgrims started working. Before they were lazy, after they had incentive to produce and prosper.
Many Founding Fathers understood this and commented on it. Here is my favorite:
You cannot help the poor by destroying the rich.
You cannot strengthen the weak by weakening the strong.
You cannot bring about prosperity by discouraging thrift.
You cannot lift the wage earner up by pulling the wage payer down.
You cannot further the brotherhood of man by inciting class hatred.
You cannot build character and courage by taking away men's initiative and independence.
You cannot help men permanently by doing for them, what they could and should do for themselves.
~Abraham Lincoln
Agreed.
You can call it what ever you wish, that is not the point.
The point is that many who claim being like Jesus and giving to the poor, have no clue that that passage, a major passage on the issue even exists.
It dosen't fit in their worldview.
Bummer when facts mess up perfectly good arguments like "BO is a community organizer like Jesus!" They both think income redistribution is godly. Yet, Jesus did the opposite.
Most all, including lower/middle class people who actually earn and take risks by starting their own businesses don't like income redistribution.
It not just the rich who like it.
Here is a fun question and observation to all the liberals who want income re-distribution. The question is at the end.
The story is from Jesus himself, – A “Community Organizer” like BO. It’s found in Matthew 25:14-29
"Again, it (The Kingdom of Heaven, my kingdom) will be like a man going on a journey, who called his servants and entrusted his property to them. To one he gave five talents of money, to another two talents, and to another one talent, each according to his ability. Then he went on his journey. The man who had received the five talents went at once and put his money to work and gained five more. So also, the one with the two talents gained two more. But the man who had received the one talent went off, dug a hole in the ground and hid his master's money. "After a long time the master of those servants returned and settled accounts with them.
The man who had received the five talents brought the other five. 'Master,' he said, 'you entrusted me with five talents. See, I have gained five more.' His master replied, 'Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Come and share your master's happiness!' The man with the two talents also came. 'Master,' he said, 'you entrusted me with two talents; see, I have gained two more.' His master replied, 'Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Come and share your master's happiness!'
Then the man who had received the one talent came. 'Master,' he said, 'I knew that you are a hard man, harvesting where you have not sown and gathering where you have not scattered seed. So I was afraid and went out and hid your talent in the ground. See, here is what belongs to you.'
His master replied, 'You wicked, lazy servant! So you knew that I harvest where I have not sown and gather where I have not scattered seed? Well then, you should have put my money on deposit with the bankers, so that when I returned I would have received it back with interest.
'Take the talent from him and give it to the one who has the ten talents. For everyone who has will be given more, and he will have an abundance. Whoever does not have, even what he has will be taken from him.
OK, here is the question: Who did Jesus give the extra talent to? The poor guy, who risked nothing? Or The rich guy who already had 10?????
Even Jesus understood that income redistribution was wrong in and of itself. Jesus was a capitalist and REWARDED RISK AND WEALTH. Its very clear here by Jesus’ own action and to this action, he even began the passage with : This is what my kingdom is like or (The kingdom of heaven is like…)
I'm not espousing capitalism as an end all here, I belive in giving to the poor and have always given much more than 10% of my own income yearly to orphanages. Its just that those who preach forced income redistribution as some great, godly thing, are sadly mistaken.
Still waiting for an explaination
"sounds like you're the one condemning."
BTW: George Washington was a true hero, and one of mine. I like spending time in the Laurel Highlands of Western PA where Washington started the first real world war, and almost got himself killed at Ft. Necessity.
He was an amazing man with God's sovergnity all over his life. Should have been killed multiple and multiple of times. Even Indian Chiefs would not dare to oppose him due to his "special" protection. Many cool stories about this.
Fair enough.
Common terms: (accepted by all, but by you?)
Pro-life = Anti-Choice
Pro-Choice, Pro-Abortion = Anti-Life.
If you want to parse a post just to feel better, please feel free. But you are arguing the pro-choice/pro-abortion/anti-life position when you accuse me of condemning when I actually exposed the hollow-ness of the argument.
If you want to deal with the issues, the actual issues, then fine.
I hate little games though. If I remember, I never called you either. There is a different between saying "Your argument" and "YOU". See I can parse also.
So........
"Sounds like you're the one condemning."
Please explain....
I've espoused no condemnation personally, morally or spiritually.
