I'm surprised there are not more posts. That's quite a spike in such a short time.
SSTY's trades are executed via the "Expert Market", which unlike the pink sheet listings, do not have a public bid and ask system. I found a brief explanation of this "market" in connection with another company. This market seems to be a more recent trading method. Here is what it says:
> "Expert Market" Quotations Now Open To Broker-Dealers Trading First Bitcoin Capital Corp Common Stock:
According to the OTC Markets Group, their recently launched Expert Market "is a private market to serve broker-dealer pricing and best execution needs in securities that are restricted from public quoting or trading. Restrictions can be based on issuer requirements, security attributes, investor accreditation and/or suitability risks." Prior to the adding of this new feature to the "Other OTC" Market, where BITCF also continues to trade, market makers could only exchange quotes verbally between themselves and licensed brokerage firms. Adding this new function allows broker-dealers to exclusively see one another's bid/ask/size quotes in a quotation system hidden from public view.

We're halfway there. 0.00025 printed.
That's a lot of shares... but, just this week so far, the entity which seems to have acquired shares of SSTY snapped up about 175M shares. Extrapolating this buying pace, they would own all the outstanding shares in about 11 weeks. This won't happen, of course, but it shows the pace at which the shares are being bought up.

I like the way you're testing this out. You never know it might reveal something significant.
It looks like someone is fishing for 1s. After the 1s are exhausted will they be going after 2s? Will be interesting to see. If 2s start trading something is up.
Thanks for letting us know. Certainly interesting, but can't reach any conclusions from our different results as to what is happening here.
Yes, I think that would help, but I'm only testing, not investing.
I've had a standing order to buy 1M shares since yesterday. Not even a partial fill so far. Very mysterious. But then, I like mysteries. I guess I'm not a member of the privileged "expert market".
I don't know who is getting these shares, but I'm not getting any.
I wonder if I should do my cardiovascular exercises today, after watching this blow by blow action.
Thanks for doing that. I was thinking of doing that too, but I only have 2.5M shares and they might be worth something someday. I'm thinking along the lines of a reverse merger. I almost gave my shares to my broker, so I could use them as a tax write off. Now I think I'll keep them for at least this year and see what happens.
I wonder if the company is buying back shares to retire them. A cheap way to do that.
Yes, it may seem crazy to someone who doesn't know what's going on.
May be this is why you did not get filled:

Membership fees for the 1,000,000+ shares club are high and will go even higher after the CE is removed.
Jimzin, I think you are smart buying those CTs. Whatever value will eventually be attached to them, it's going to be more than 15 cents.
The emerging entity of Lehman Brothers' Chapter 11 has until 2028 before their NOLs can no longer be used. I can't imagine them wasting their NOL's benefits.
Lehman's common and preferred shares are untradeable. Lehman's CTs, however, are still trading. For a short time, a few years ago, they were also untradeable, but someone in a position of authority made them tradable again.
Who was that, and under what circumstances were they able to do that? What is so different and special about the CTs?
If a new entity emerges from this Chapter 11, can it start a new publicly traded company, without first taking care of the CTs, in one form or another? They would either make them untradeable and worthless or they would have to give them some value.
Who has the authority to make them valueless?
What about any majority CT holders? Would they be moved to action, if their shares become valueless?
I will continue to accumulate more shares.
That's not an answer to my question. That's just pointing a finger at someone else. The questions were directed at each individual, as to how they personally feel. Can you do that or not?
What are the chances that CT holders will get absolutely nothing? For sure? Maybe? Impossible?
You make a good point, if everything was up and up. I was thinking more in line with naked shorting. The graph in the link I posted shows shorted shares of one form or another, but definitely shorted.
Something that should be mentioned in connection with the share price. UNSS shares have been excessively shorted. Some shorting is normal. If the MMs can cover their short position in a short time, the accounts are balanced. But if the trades are mostly on the short side, then no covering can be done. So here is a graph which represents that situation quite well.

This may very well have a positive affect on the share price.
Almost a penny spread. That means there are not many shares available. Good.
There. Gone.
Trading should be fun. I'm going to pick up those 29's.
I'm paying $7 per trade with TDWaterhouse and never had any trouble buying UNSS.
Unbelievable! Less than 65 posts and up over 200%.
Thank you for your reassuring post.
They call this a "sleeper" stock. Wait until it wakes up.
Asking price is 0.0225. Good luck getting shares for less than that.
So, this morning there were 10k shares with an asking price of 0.028 available. Because MMs often only show 10k shares, when in reality they have many more, I decided to place a test order to buy 20k shs @ 0.028. Only 10k were filled and the rest of the order is still standing. That was a good sign that there aren't many shares available.
"I guess I am as out of touch as OTCMARKETS"
Yes, dear, the OTCMARKETS can sometimes be a little behind. They are not always the 1st ones to report the latest news, like you do. So, please, don't think of them as trying to fool you. They have people working there that are similar to us: Somewhat older and not too familiar with that newfangled technology, like Google. So, you can be sure that your favorite UNSS shares are safe. Best of luck dear.
I got the 24's. Bargain. Thank you for selling.
It's nice to see that you give us all the latest, up to date information on this reverse merger play. There is nothing like being current on what your favorite stock is doing. Eagerly waiting for your next discovery.
TSNP is a REPORTING pink sheet company. This information is for the honest people on this board!
Wow! Thanks for that info. Wasn't expecting that.
Fantastic. Good for you!
After the merger is fully done, I expect that some or maybe all of the outstanding shares will become part of the float. If that happens, it may have a dampening effect on the share price, but it should still go up quite a bit.
Half the shares that were bought today were mine, and I intend to hold on to them for a long time. Not in it for a quick buck.
