Nasdaq in general is having a down day
And the patient shall be rewarded. When she's ready, she is going to fly
Or 3's for that matter

Something interesting here that I forgot about. It is true that Motion Entertainment Group or any affiliate companies are not present at NAMM like I thought but Digitech is. Mr. Jack Johnson owns digitech but is also the face of MEG. Maybe some type of merger in play?
NAMM 2017 is next week July 13-15. This is the venue where Motion Entertainment Group is supposed to unveil their range of amplifiers. The amplifiers are aimed at indie bands that carry large amounts of gear and are supposed to help reduce their load by having an all in one amplifier in a small box.
I smell an uptick? Lol
You don't get an appraisal on your home unless someone is already buying or refi in the works. Something is brewing and happening sooner than later
Maybe their RH gold accounts put them into margin calls and they needed to cover by selling shares
These are bags that everyone will want to hold. Accumulate and hold is the name of the game
Look at her go! She moves fast! Lol
Hedge fund algo been turned off since yesterday's ah
See you shorts next week, same time?
It was damn close lol. Tomorrow is going to be beautiful
Perfect close! SSR in effect tomorrow.
Lol yea, pretty much whatever that guy says , do the opposite for profit!
The juice is worth the squeeze...thanks for letting me almost double my position! $$$$$
Bids creeping up, very thin to blue sky. Should be a fun week!
MMs walking this down to retake control but this is very thin to .002. Some buying pressure will take the top off of this.
To my understanding is that there is a potential deal in the works with a major auto mfg in Detroit.
Settlement deal is not the catalyst here, I believe that was settled a long time ago but there's no concrete info on that either
Yep, you told everybody lmao.
Spewing the same old debunked myth with the same old argument about how UOIP doesn't own ChanBond. Chanbond has also been issued 44+million shares on top of the 5 mil payout by 2020.
And then this guy goes on with this gem:
Nice read on how lawsuits affect stock prices and also explains why this one is under wraps
Financial Statements
When a lawsuit is pending, executives have no idea how the suit will affect the company's financial future or how much money it may need to pay up if it loses. So companies typically don't include information about pending lawsuits on annual reports, SEC filings or other financial statements. If they do include a mention, it's usually just in a footnote. In these situations, unless the lawsuit is big in the media, the public might not even know about it, so the stock price won't be affected.

Sorry you couldn't scare up some cheap shares. Have a nice day
You must be really fun at parties
Someone sell off their position a little too early? Just a few days ago this guy was pumping the hell out of the stock lol
That was their plan before UOIP tookover. The boys at UOIP have deeper pockets than most think. Monday will tell all
Look at uoips 10 and 20 year chart. Big $$$$
The 44m+ shares is the real benefit driving this deal. 5 mil is going to be chump change compared to the shares. This is a well thought out plan of attack and the patient will be rewarded immensely imo. Glad to be on board and quite honestly I hope the share price stays down while I continue to load
My opinion is that no one knows what is going to happen on Monday. It's either a pre trial date to be set or settlement negotiations begin. If we could all see the future we'd all be rich
Just about every major router manufacturer makes a Docsis 3.0 modem and/or modem/router combo. Netgear, Linksys(which is now owned by Belkin), Motorola, TP link and the list goes on. Those devices are just on the receiving end so I am not sure if they are onthe hook since the cable companies are transmitting it. I'm not sure if the patent covers modems or just the signal pathway.
Not to mention that PTAB appeals are usually done after the trial has been lost as PTAB has been known to overturn court rulings. Cisco tried to nip this case in the bud and it backfired big time, then they sent in RPX as the next appeal and made them look even worse. This is going to settlement sooner than most think. Cisco blew it.
Yessir! That is the gist of it. This is still under the radar and the DD done here by this board has been done without PRs and rumors. People that have not been here through the last couple of months will not understand until they do their own DD and connect the dots on their own so it gets tiresome when new comers come in and ask questions that have been answered over and over again. On top of that some do not know what Docsis 3 technology is and how it affected the whole internet service providing game. Low float + huge settlement = huge $$$
Off Bloomberg's report updated June 6th, 2017 1:46am

Keep in mind the float is only 100 million with UOIP holding 900mil tight. Chanbond was given 44+mil but I don't know if it's out of uoips pool or the publics. If we get this stock out of mm hands this will skyrocket like no other!
Most definitely. I would love it if Cisco bought out UOIP outright but I don't think that will be the case. UOIP has been around for a long time and have several different acquisitions that they are trying to build upon. Selling the patents is the goal here and that is biggg money! Buy and HOLD!
Exactly, Cisco is on the hook for this one because they supply all the gear and tech to these companies. They have 60+ billion in cash reserves specifically for cases like these because they get sued often. Docsis 3.0 was a game changer in the ISP field. The numbers that have been getting thrown around here are undervalued while still impressive
If you look at UOIPs chart history, 10 years ago this company traded at $300+ per share and if you look at 1999 the numbers are insane but I won't factor that in. They have been around the block and then some. If anyone thinks this company has no capital they're sadly mistaken. They clearly acquired chanbond to pursue the legal matter because they have the cash to stay in it where chanbond would never be able to do. The larger cable companies basically laughed at chanbonds patent because they believed they would never be able to outlast the court battle. Now here we are with the patents being upheld and that was the final appeal. There is no point in Cisco or the cable companies to keep up this charade tactic of dragging it out because if this goes to trial they will definitely lose a lot more money than settling. Let's get this done fellas!
