Please post a link to that information and I'll be happy to relinquish the link to EAPH's bogus financials in order to sticky it if nobody else wants to. That's just the type of useful information that should be up there in the stickies to help keep even more people from being ripped off by this long-term dilution scam. Feel free to go into juicy detail. I've been hearing rumblings about EAPH's CEO, and this may be the the epicenter of the earthquake. Just like all pinky pump 'n dumps, EAPH is rotten to the core. Those who haven't figured that out yet need to get started before all their money's gone.
Yes, and as I understand the way they work, their whole research and development department is in there in the same office with the lawyers that they share rent with in Toronto. Must be crowded up there.
EAPH has a long history of pulling crap like this with fictitious partners and false forward-looking statements. That's one of the reasons their long-term charts look the way they do. A lot of "investors" just don't care and would rather not know or see other people learn that EAPH has been scamming people for years.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=W&st=1995-08-21&en=(today)&id=p67902277248
It's a bad, bad idea to recommend penny scam stocks like EAPH to one's friends and business associates, church members, etc. No good can come from it, and they will blame you when their investment goes to shit, which is what "investments" in EAPH do. Remember, EAPH still uses "imaginary friends" like Windsor Pharmaceuticals and Alliance Group and anonymous Jamaican pot ranches as JV partners that just vanish without a trace. Even if you're careful to inform potential "investors" of the risks, they'll still blame you for losing their money, especially if you talk them into buying EAPH rallies. Bad, bad idea.
I understand. Some questions are hard to answer even if they are very simple ones.
So when did the current trend begin?
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=W&yr=5&mn=0&dy=0&id=p01829427470
Please define "trend." I see this as a rally. Trends take longer to develop than breaks and rallies. The big trend of EAPH is down. No doubt about that.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=W&st=1995-08-18&en=(today)&id=p38052711822
What have we seen FROM BAYER that indicates they've even heard of EAPH? Anything? People are counting chickens, and I haven't even seen any eggs.
We all know that many of EAPH's forward-looking statements and rumors going around turn out to be total bullshit, so any rallies based on this hearsay are premature and won't hold.
Tomorrow's Friday and a lot of traders and market makers will be taking the day off or leaving early, so volume will be lighter than usual. Best not get carried away. Remember what happened to the last rally up to three cents and be prepared to dodge the next bullet. The next dip may go well below .017. It doesn't take EAPH long to lose half or more of its value after a rally.
Big guys have seen what happens to little guys who buy EAPH rallies.
It beats the hell out of buying rallies. That just doesn't work with EAPH, as we've all seen for years. Rallies must be sold in order to profit. Apparently, some of the big guys still think it's too high and going lower. I'm going with the big guys when it comes to EAPH. Little guys tend to pay too much for it.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=D&st=1995-08-17&en=today&id=p20947315701
Somebody just said "good bye" to a block of 380,000 shares at .022. Biggest trade of the day so far. It's usually a wise policy to do what the big guys do. The big guys are selling their shares today. They didn't get big by being dumb with their money.
Remember the "investor forum" that never happened but turned out to be a data-mining scam instead? The reason they never went through with that fictitious plan is that it would have put them in the position of having to rationalize their blatant lies. Plus, it's work and expense, as well as risk of exposure. That's why it never happened, even though you'll never hear EAPH admit the truth about it. They prefer simply to let a lot of stuff just fade away into the mists of time, as they've done for as long as they've been lying and cheating and losing stockholders' money, which is quite a while now.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=W&st=1995-08-16&en=(today)&id=p14797504161
The less EAPH says, the fewer lies they get caught telling. They have people on the internet telling their lies and forward-looking fairy tales for them anonymously, mostly, so they stay out of trouble.
They once claimed to have hired an auditor about three years ago, but that was just another EAPH lie to pump and dump stock. They've come up with innumerable bullshit fairy tales over the years. Anybody who's been observing them for a while has seen how they operate. EAPH is a just another pinky dilution scam that depends on people's naivete' and gullibility to survive.
People have been saying and believing stuff like that for years, but it never happens. EAPH has never earned a dime. Check the financials.
http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/EAPH/financials
EAPH's a long-term proven loser, a typical pinky dilution scam depending on new "investors" to stay in "business."
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=D&st=1995-01-01&en=today&id=p43941991141
EAPH's big announcements quit working back in February. Now people just sell into them since EAPH got so grossly overbought. Now people just want to sell the EAPH they got stuck with after buying that rally. We'll see subpenny prices again "soon."
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=D&st=2017-01-01&en=today&id=p42655636227
EAPH PRs ARE forward-looking fairy tales. That's why their stock is still so cheap after all these years of dilution and failure and why their still-unaudited financial statements are still devoid of profits even after all these years of fantastic PRs they put out to pump and dump their worthless stock. EAPH is a proven loser.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=W&st=1995-08-16&en=(today)&id=p02068365097
NEWBIES are very important to those pushing EAPH stock on people. Anybody who has owned EAPH stock in the past probably will not want to buy it again, and no sales pitch will have the desired effect. Once bitten, twice shy. That's why EAPH stock has trouble staying above a penny a share.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=W&st=1995-08-16&en=(today)&id=p02068365097
Be sure to show how hard EAPH stock is to sell when it's trending down like this and nobody wants it:
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=D&st=2017-01-01&en=today&id=p39644227515
Newbies: DON'T BUY EAPH, ESPECIALLY ON RALLIES! Not unless you just WANT to lose some money.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=W&st=1995-08-15&en=(today)&id=p41515541946
I don't watch every stock there is, but EAPH is the only one I've ever seen that has lost about two-thirds of its value between February and August and people still say it's in an uptrend. EAPH's pumping claims are a bad joke.
Despite its legacy of failures, EAPH still rallies a little sometimes, though, proving that some people will buy and hold anything hoping to catch a rally.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=D&st=2017-01-01&en=(today)&id=p30334742959
That's the kind of thing EAPH has ALWAYS said to pump their stock. Most people have learned not to believe those statements.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=W&st=1995-08-14&en=(today)&id=p17743873758
Please link us to the Bayer deal with EAPH. I must have somehow missed that, or was that more of EAPH's "false propaganda?" Also, I'd like to see more about IBliss's fifteen-million-dollar sales at a 40% margin. How is a no-asset outfit like EAPH going to be able to afford profits like that without major dilution? I just don't see it happening according to the financials. If IBliss was making all that money, how did they end up in that bad a shape as to be acquired by a pissant outfit like EAPH? Something just doesn't add up, but that's nothing new for EAPH. Failure is what they do best.
http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/EAPH/financials
Dilute, pump, dump, RS and repeat. That's EAPH's "business" plan. They're not capable of any other. It's all they know, all they've ever known.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=D&st=1995-08-13&en=(today)&id=p42305223448
Sadly, EAPH never outgrew its imaginary friends from childhood.
Looks like we're going back under two cents a share next week.
https://www.barchart.com/stocks/quotes/EAPH
People are sick and tired of owning EAPH. That experience is not unusual with this ticker, especially if one buys EAPH rallies.
We hear those predictions every day. Unfortunately, the chart doesn't prove them accurate.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=D&st=2017-01-01&en=today&id=p48545823069
Typical EAPH market response to a PR in a downtrend like this. Total dud.
People have learned to pay no attention to EAPH's forward-looking statements and glorious predictions. They quit working back in February:
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=D&st=2017-01-01&en=(today)&id=p35921818487
In fact, they quit working a long time ago:
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=W&st=1995-01-01&en=today&id=p79909843174
Subpenny prices coming "soon." As the chart shows, it doesn't take EAPH long to lose half or two-thirds of its value, as it has just in the last few months. Might as well get used to this downtrend. EAPH downtrends go on for years. Don't buy EAPH rallies. Sell them if you can.
EAPH doesn't have a good record with regard to forward-looking statements like that. Further, I was thinking that "medical" MJ was grown indoors under lights, not in greenhouses.
Great move and excellent timing.
Congratulations to all the little anonymous traders who got in around .02 and managed to capture some profit out of yesterday's and today's rally. Way to go! Maybe you'll get another chance to dodge the bullet tomorrow before the Friday doldrums.
These selling opportunities don't come along every day with EAPH.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=D&b=5&g=0&id=p32735320093
Better snatch them when you can! Pretty soon there will be another zero in front of the price, and then maybe yet another before the next RS. Rallies are hard to catch and don't last long. Take profits if you can, but even a smaller loss is better than a bigger one.
Reality and propaganda don't have to agree. EAPH will claim that EVERYTHING'S GREAT, NO MATTER WHAT, ALL THE TIME. No basis in reality is required. EAPH's propaganda is of necessity blind to EAPH's obvious and innumerable failures. Denial is in infinite supply. Don't like the chart? Just claim it's been "altered."
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=W&st=1995-01-01&en=today&id=p43761167141
Looks more like support levels and longs are what's getting crushed.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=D&st=2017-01-01&en=(today)&id=p61143551108
I think you'd find better fortune elsewhere, but good luck!
People have been saying that same thing about EAPH for almost twenty years now.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=D&st=1995-01-01&en=today&id=p26601659008
It's a selloff after the last pumpup that ended in February. Nobody knows how far down it will go this time around. That's just the way it goes with pump 'n dumps like EAPH. Sometimes people buy into the sales pitch; other times they don't.
Whatever you do, don't buy any EAPH rallies. Their stock is worthless.
People will still not believe EAPH's bullshit, no matter what they come up with next. We've heard too much of it over the years. Whatever they come up with had better be audited, or it's bullshit, and any rally that results from their PR will just be sold. EAPH has earned a huge credibility problem. Stockholders can discuss it on the forum. Oh, wait. That never happened either. That was just a data-mining scam. Typical EAPH bullshit.
