Well lets see what the real demand (for shares)is...a normal retracement would take it down to .0007 or even .0006. Holding .0008 for a good while would be sweet.
At .001 and a 2.5M $$valuation calls for a good pr or two. We'll have to see if Peter leaves us hangin or coughs up some goods (news/announcements).
We dont even know WHICH car is being built. Seeing as the chassis is mid engine and we have a deal (or do we) with a Detroit auto maker I'd have to say two seater.
IF the GTM-R custom manufactured parts were really designed for the Verde AND if he really had them manufactured as he said, then I'd have to go with the two seater.
For the pps to go anywhere and have substance, we need to have some real good solid news. Since Peter is going to be up to his eyeballs in work for a few more days (and nights), a pr might be a week away. Thats a lot of time for pps to drift down.
Im one of those "weak" hands (LOL)who took some profit and reduce/eliminate risk from the trade. Freebies rule.
GLTA - P.
Thats partly what makes this play interesting. Carnes screwed up and Sec has him for selling 7M worth of unregistered stocks and causing pps dive by dumping. For rvgd that comes to about 1.25B. shares. SEC docs named 47% of AS.
rvgd investors are named as the damaged parties and there is possible "disgorgement" of funds. Scotttrade claims DTC has put a "chill" on rvgd but is being traded by all other brokers.
Dont think rvgd will or can RS or dilute until things resolved. This will happen after the cars debut in Dec.
Also, Poet Energy has alliance with both H2pg and rvgd and some big automaker from detroit area - hoping for details.
GLTY - P.
RVGD? - .0011 hehehe. This is not your fav. stock as I believe it didnt pan out a time for ya first time round?
Am thinking maybe a little pullback today and then maybe onwards and upwards. RVGD hooked up with new tech engine company touting 110mpg and 400 hp on demand. Its opening for the SEMA event and guess who's there?
December is the debut for nu Verde Super Car or is supposed to be. P.
Just who might be putting in money by private placements, and who stands to benefit greatly from the utilization of Pelmears 110mpg engine?
Poet Energy DID stop by Pelmears production facility, and lo and behold, met with RVGD CEO, (see h2pg website photo's)
Good read here: http://biofuelsdigest.com/blog2/2009/08/26/its-no-accident-that-poet-is-growing-and-profitable-poet-demonstrates-all-seven-of-the-profits-principles-says-new-biofuels-digest-columnist/
hmmmmmm....maybe yes, maybe no. I dont see any other E85 engine being promoted out there.
A MUCH Better article mentioning an ALLIANCE:

Pelmear forms alliance with leading producer of ethanol
Written by Duane Ramsey | | news@toledofreepress.com
Doug Pelmear, inventor of the HP2g engine capable of getting 100 mpg, announced an alliance with Poet, LLC following a July 3rd meeting with Poet’s CEO Jeff Broin at the HP2g manufacturing facility in Wauseon.
“This is the next step in freeing the U.S. to a greener environment and the start towards a true independence day,” Pelmear said, referring to independence from fossil fuel and foreign oil.
The HP2g engine runs on clean-burning E85 ethanol fuel, a renewable source made from corn grown by farmers in Ohio and the United States, he said.
“As a leading producer and technology developer in the ethanol industry, Poet takes keen interest in all technologies that have the potential to improve ethanol production, distribution and usage,” Broin said.
“We have been watching the development of engines optimized for ethanol use and wanted to gain a greater understanding of the HP2g engine. We appreciate the willingness of company management to bring us up to speed on their technology,” he said.
Doug Pelmear and Jeff Broin stand in front of Pelmear’s Mustang.
Poet is the largest ethanol producer in the world, producing more than 1.54 billion gallons annually from 28 production facilities across the nation including three in Ohio, according to the company.
Poet operates ethanol plants in Fostoria, Leipsic and Marion that opened in 2008, with each producing about 68 million gallons of ethanol from 22 million bushels of corn by about 40 employees at each plant.
The Fostoria plant produces a high-performance fuel as well as a premium Dakota Gold brand livestock feed for regional, national and international markets.
Poet is proud to be part of those three regions in Ohio, by employing people and enhancing the local economies with improved corn prices, value-added markets for farmers, good-paying jobs and increased local tax revenue, according to Broin.
Poet recently announced the creation of a new division, Poet Biomass, to manage the use of corn cobs, other cellulosic feedstock and waste wood for ethanol production at its current facilities. Poet’s cellulosic ethanol goals depend on a steady supply of corn cobs and other reliable feedstock, according to the company.
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency recently noted the economic benefit of using corn cobs in making cellulosic ethanol. It reduces the amount of corn needed for ethanol production which competes with the use of corn to feed livestock.
Two Toledo companies are involved in developing processes to use biomass materials to produce cellulosic ethanol.
SuGanit Systems is working with researchers at UT to develop a formula for ethanol fuel produced from nonfood cellulose known as biomass material. SuGanit has an agreement to test its ethanol fuel with the City of Toledo in some of its vehicles.
Ford Cauffiel Sr., president and CEO of Cauffiel Technologies, has developed a process to convert cellulosic plant materials into ethanol or butanol with metal processing machinery his company builds.
Pelmear’s alliance meeting with Poet involved Revenge Designs, a manufacturer of vehicles that will be powered by the HP2g engine.
“Meeting with the king of ethanol was exciting and another important step in the process toward energy independence,” said Peter Collorafi, president and CEO of Revenge Designs, who participated in the recent meeting to form the alliance.
Collorafi’s company is considering two sites in Indiana and Ohio for its research, technology and production facility. Revenge Designs is based in Decatur, Ind.
“We’re in the final stages of the selection process for a site,” Collorafi said.
One possible location under consideration is a 170-acre site on U.S. Route 30 in Van Wert. The county is working with Revenge Designs regarding that site but has nothing new to report at this time, according to Nancy Bowen, economic development director for Van Wert County.
Don, Im a skeptic and still believe a ten bagger from here very poss over next few months. AFter all a ten bagger for me is .005 and for some others just .001 or .002
Some have already flipped their way to ride freebies.
If the engine is what its supposed to be .10 looks good and if its not Revenge is toast and my money gone.
Monksdream - a rally would be nice but Im not holding my breath. The last pr talked a big talk. No word on patents but he's gonna explain the basics of how it works?
With all the high expectations raised and promises made I fail to see how the pps could NOT rise. But then memory kicks in and common sense makes a vain effort to resurface.
If Peter and Doug deliver what was promised in the pr and get a good reception by all, I see no reason why .001+ shouldnt make an appearance here and there over the next little while.
Peter to reveal funding and sources
Peter to reveal our (well known) Detroit mid engine chassis supplier
Peter to reveal who is building the VErde and where its being built, production capacity
And then there is Doug who likes the camera and microphone.
Kick in SEC actions independant of company events the future of over one and a quarter billion shares illegally released into the market...cant help but think some of those shares will have to be repurchased. Shareholders and not the company was listed as damaged party, so hopefully that is where the "disgorgement" will end up.
Pammy - if Peter (and Doug) really delivers this time around we will all be happy with pps direction. If all as promised a very good future is ahead for this company - agreed.
You forgot to add signing a total of 13 notes over a short period of months in excess of one and a quarter billion shares.
That equates to selling investors down the river...
We have yet to see anything truly marketable. The market has a short memory when profit potential rears its head - thats all.
I could be wrong but assume that until things with Carnes are settled the share structure will not change. The SEC action names the investors of rvgd as the ones damaged by the actions. Possible disgorgement may be forthcoming - how to remedy damage to investors by Carnes after Peter coughed up all those shares?
If nothing else happens but investors remedied, pps will reflect that. Perhaps the excess number of shares sold off must be repurchased if there is any. Who knows?
I'll gamble that the share structure wont change for a few more months. Peter can withhold news from investors but not the buying public if he wants to sell cars. Solid news and information will have to be had by potential licencees or buyers at this SEMA show. The deals still have to be closed.
More than likely fleet owners would be very interested in talking to them - how could they not be?
Its just a trade Maronti, a profit or a loss. Some hard questions will be raised and must be answered. The pr raised expectations and now they must deliver. Its about time we get some answers.
GLTA - P.
gdkk - are you sure? A recent pr stated share structure clearly, and DTC has suspended rvgd activities until item is resolved...
pretty sure that means no corporate actions can be sneaked in there without DTC knowing about LOL.
IF actions were filed they would be open to public inspection.
Concerning pps rise or fall, greed seems to be taking over at this point, RVGD is getting some lovin' from a few boards here and there. In light of the SEMA show, the revealing of the engine, and the upcoming Detroit show, the past is quickly becoming what it is - a thing of the past.
Folks are less mindful of all the red flags in lieu of making some quick coin. Keep in mind I said QUICK coin. As this pinkie seems to be on the way to becoming a NICE fliping stock (quick profitability) ,company fundamentals are becoming less important.
It would be nice IF peters hands WERE tied concerned either dilution or RS.
IF Peter has lost controlling interest in the company, then its up for grabs by whoever wants in. This would include any of the big three who might want a H2PG engine in their production vehicles.
AT .01 how much money would it take to wrest those shares from our hands and own controlling interest? RVGD owns the first two years H2pg engine production.
IMHO, as RVGD and H2PG are joined at the hip for a while as indicated by recent pr's, things are not looking so glum as they did a month or two ago...
Once the installation centre franchises are announced (could be a chain)it will drastically change the outlook. Production capacity is currently limited and will be for some time.
What seems to matter from here on out is timely news by involved companies and rvgd share supply and demand. The past is quickly becoming replaced with potential and sentiment from fear to greed.
Will it hold? Lets see what this weeks daily volume shapes up like.
Strong suspicion that h2pg owns some rvgd shares, or will be owning some...
If a company does not hold a controlling interest of shares as in RVGD, can the company instigate an RS without shareholder approval, or can still do whatever the hell it wants to?
When must a pinkie seek approval for such an action?
What percentage of shares does the company own?
Hello???
BigTuna: when ya sit with Petey please get some information on future of share structure...
Im kinda with Pink Lawyer for now on the maxed AS and so did not sell Friday at .0007 which was crazy for me anyway.
Im not sure but I dont think share structure cannot be messed with until the thing with CArnes and all is straightened out.
The facts are as presented that 47% of the current AS was sold off by Carnes (Peter - my way of thinking). This needs resolved. I dont think Peter (the company)has controlling interest anymore.
There was a pile of shareholders before his mess. Ahdioyoda HAD 104 million shares at one time, and there were many other large holders. Together I see over 50% of shares publicly held.
So my question for the knowledgeable folks on this board is how can Peter abruptly change share structure without shareholder consent? The company no longer holds controlling interest is my way of thinking.
Am I wrong or right? In any case Im not sure the share structure can or cannot be changed until things settled with CArnes and all involved.
IF the company does not hold controlling interest anymore...
Im looking forward to next few prs. Think some good news long awaited may be coming - thats my hope anyway. Who knows maybe shakers will help overinflate the pps next week. At least its should be good for more OTCPICKS mentions
If Peter was smart a pr on Monday would appear.
I guess some are anticipating a run on SEMA pr's and updates. Perhaps I'll see that 20-30M daily volume and pps creep before company pr's hit.
Had a sell in for .0007 today but cancelled it. Im a greedy pig and will most likely get slaughtered. Never wise to ignore a profit. OINK OINK.
Its the last Friday of the month and MM book straightening time but we also have the SEMA event(which is causing pps movement?). Have held over a year so another week or so wont matter. Main thing right now is not a lot of folks are willing to part with shares at .0006 today so that sevens look good..
Dawg, what is the number of shares involved? I read the court document and have wondered how many excess (illegal) shares were sold into the market causing us grief?
Why should Peter get the money when its the shareholders who were harmed. Taking a billion shares outta the market by forced buy-back would make me plenty happy.
PS - I own shares of bcit and am waiting on a forced buy back of phantom shares. If it ever happens,I will be more than happy to pay off my mortgage. Going on five years now though LOL.
Thinkpad, thats my point exactly and indications are that it will not change anytime soon, so talk of being in the pennies is a fruitless endeaver IMHO.
However unlikely, if we have a relationship with one of the big three and it is announced...cant see any other way to hit the pennies right now.
Enamal - how about a new direction of discussion on what kind of news and pr's the company would have to give in order to achieve two cents.
Changes and additions in management and staff?
Details of current production facility - how many cars per month can the company produce?
Details of first planned production facility expansion?
Announcement of foreign sales/distributerships/franchises?
Where funding is coming from, who it is coming from?
Who is building the prototypes, who are we partered up with?
Future plans for share structure
Possible merger or acquisitions
Solid orders after show or even current orders if they actually exist.
Announce Verde distributers
H2pg/Revenge partnership (if there is one - details of relationship concerning franchising)
H2pg Patents granted
H2pg engine third party varifications/magazine write ups
H2pg completion of engines and ready for installation
Successful loan and grant applications
etc etc etc
To start off with, I wouldnt mind Peter clarifying the use of the word "renderings" concerning the Dupont thing. Like why if a prototype is ready he would use a rendering or picture?
Secondly it would really help to know the prototype is not being built in some guys garage - cough up the production facility and capacity if we have one.
Is this news gonna come our way?
Until we get that information the pps will always seek to return to valuation of assets - in other words .0004.
We MAY have a production facility somewhere in Ohio AND a bevy of investors to kick in a few mil.
A run up on no news is common enough but they dont last. I'd love to see a penny before December but thats up to Peter and pr's.
Fortunately for us H2pg is in the game and they dont seem to waste pr opportunities. As they are active in the installation center franchising, they may be described as a partner which is good. To what degree we are partnered up with them I dont know but the more the better our chances of success are.
I would expect at some time for the Revenge installation centers to split off and trade on its own symbol.
The whole idea of the Detroit show is demand. But can good is demand if you cannot fill orders?
Peter is still hush hush on the "production facilities" yet is applying for "production facility" expansion funding...
Will come Peter come clean with who is building the cars and where the money has come from? Where it is GOING to come from to fulfil orders if the car is going to be offered for sale.
Many custom hot rods build cars from scratch on custom order so producing one or two cars is not proof we have production facilities capable of pumping out XX cars per day.
Any well equipped modern shop should be able to do the conversions, and hope we are going to work with an existing franchise or chain. Aside from training and logistics there is no expendature needed in generating installation centers.
We are still waiting for more information.
RVGD - this dawg may be coming to life soon beginning with SEMA event next week. Mentioned in OTC picks I expect a few more sites to pick this up over the next few weeks.
RVGD has hooked up with an Ohio company claiming to be manufacturing a V8 car engine that get over 100mpg. RVGD is setting up to produce a new car (the VERDE) to be showcased at Detroit Auto show in JANUARY featuring this new engine.
IF IF IF the engine is what they have claimed, RVGD has secured the first two years production of the engine which will be used to not only power the Verde,AND has secured national franchising rights to RETROFIT existing vehicles with the engine.
Company share structure last reported at 2.5B with 2.2 OS. The pps is currently .0005 (will it hold?).
Have held this pig a long time, am breaking even presently and expect that a nice profit opp may soon be realized. A initial target price of .001 may be possble shortly after SEMA show when both H2pg and Revenge release news about the event.
The revolutionary engine will be on display at the DEtroit auto show and is sure to make some splashy news in January. Funding for their first retrofit facility has been secured through private placement.
One last little thing. POET Energy (E85)stands to really really benefit from this venture, and it (Poet interest)has been mentioned in a past pr. In my mind it would only make sense for Poet to throw a little money at this thing to help it go, considering their production capabilities and the stockpile of fuel they have.
Fordgoneracin: - nice post. Missed my sell opp on Friday to cash out with a NICE profit but am now sitting even money wise. Hmmmmm. Past two pr's by both companies not bad and reflected in Volume and pps. I like the fact h2pg now involved more heavily with rvgd and shifting focus to Revenge activities.
A few more good pr's might help us see .001 BEFORE the Detroit show. Im guessing the SEMA event is good for at least one pr per company with further significant announcements.
The private placement news until details fully disclosed is kinda iffy for sure as stock is usually involved. The engine, and Verde seem destined for instant fame WHEN AND IF engine claims are independent third party verified and results accepted by investment community. 2.5 B shares is not a lot IF the engine is what they say, and events unfold as pr'd.
I still cannot shake the feeling that shareholders will be hit hard by a change in share structure. Despite this I'll upgrade my thinking to try taking a decent profit or riding freebies by selling half on a double as others have done.
Would like to see steady volume of 20 - 40 M daily over the next little while and slow and steady rise in pps. Lets see what happens...
Maronti - all that should matter here is whether or not we will make a return on our money that we have invested. It does not matter whether or not Newton laws apply as the engine design is result driven. That is to say it doesnt matter how it works, only that it does so upon demand in a dependable fashion.
If the engine works as reported, and Peter builds the cars as reported, will we see a healthy profit on the money locked up here in shares for two years, or will Peter dilute us or RS us out of existance?
Since many (most?) are already down hundreds of percent, either action effectively wipes us out or at the least makes any profit impossible.
RVGD has no money and hasnt had any for some time. At some point RVGD will need to raise money or part with shares.
Hey Dawg. Seems Peter has woven Doug into the fabric of RVGD with RVGD kinda in the drivers seat for the first couple of years...its no surprise to me H2pg is involved in the frachising.
Somewhere at sometime the share structure has got to change. The big question for me is IF RVGD makes it bigtime, will we be along FOR the ride or just taken for a ride?
Peter has not been exactly shareholder friendly, and the postponed (cancelled) RS has loomed over us ever since, which aside from minimal reported assets has done nothing for the pps. Its like a big red neon stop sign.
Another year has passed and another car (and production) promised. Lets see what the new year brings I guess.
Marq...Peter was aware of the dumping shares - yet continued to borrow money paying in shares at a 50% discount. With SL he did this 13 times over a four month period. Just like an ATM. He could have sold the shares himself and got more money while controlling dilution. Something not right about that...
Havent been around for awhile. Any new newsworthy items of interest reported by Peter lately - like progress, funding, or partners? How about the Verde is it still happening?
Enamul - Good job. Confirmation is always good and now have it in writing. Also, wording "franchisor" implies a successful business model and hints at a company direction. Hopefully installation centers pay an upfront "franchise fee" that includes special training supplied by Pelmear or Peter.
A word of advise - your post inlcludes your name and personal email. Edit this and never include it in future postings. Perhaps have a mod delete it and repost without email address and name.
Lets hope Team Pelmear takes the hint and includes rvgd name in future pr's and conferences. Now we need Peter to step up to the plate and provide a much needed update.
In order for pps to rise the companys value must rise. Its stuck at the current real estate value of the Dacatur building. If Peters got some news and wants to promote the Verde for the Car show, it had better start pretty soon.
It has been hinted at that rvgd is partering with a company or group of companies for the Verde, maybe we could get some confimation by a party on this this? Peter has announced ties with GM before a time or two. When will this be announced?
Again Enamul - kudos on the information. A small part of the puzzle.
Morhawk - this is where true leadership comes in or should anyway. Peter needs to update. I mentioned before that Peters deal for exclusive distributership was performance based, meaning he needed to raise money for the ventures - both the car AND installation centers.
This is the second time Pelmear has taken "ownership" of the motor installation centres, and this is where Peter SHOULD be shining - franchising installation centers. I even sent H2pg "team" an email to clarify this - no response.
The installation centers should provide an immediate source of income, costs and profit. Producing the Verde will realize a HUGE company debt, and were talking MILLIONS and MILLIONS of dollars. The interest alone is a profit killer.
Installation centers on the other hand would require little money input, and should generate immediate income and profit.
Pelmear does not mention installation centers and rvgd in the same sentence, paragraph, or even press release.
If Peter requires more money to move the Verde prototype forward, things do not bode well for either venture...
Call this post what you will but I call it a reality check, which Pelmear's comments and press releases, speaking engagements seem to reinforce...
Peter needs to come out with an update on the installation centers and let shareholders know whats happening. If the Indiana office and shop is being re-worked for training the installation centers staff, tell us about it.
If Revenge has a partner they need to step up and announce it. Its clear the market has little to no confidence in Peter or rvgd to move forward.
.0005? I dont think we have anything to sell, except some stock, a modded GTM kit car, a few company vehicles, and a building.
I dont see that changing before December. There is not enough volume for flipping, and not enough pps fluctuation. .0005 represents a break even point for me and I have a tiny bit of hope .0005 might be had this year.
NO value added to company in 2008, and none so far in 2009. Maybe in 2010?
Even if rvgd bought a Speedy Muffler shop we could still post an income and profit. A street corner hotdog vendor pulls in more money and profit than this company (and CEO)has to date.
Not very funny but true.
Dawg: Rehire Em? I dont think so. When you twitters that her highlight of the day was feeding Buddy the Security dog peanut butter, she has no reason to be there...
This is getting fun again. NOT. Lets start a board countdown till the Auto show. Nothing else happ'nin. A second countdown would be the Xprize happnin before the patent comes through.
The question is Verde and E85 versus Volt concept. Which is easier to do? I dont see Poet gearing up to put E85 in stations everywhere...
So what if it actually comes out? Where can you fuel it up?
To be truthful enamul, I didn't listen to ALL the phone in questions, just two or three. In the interview part though, thats what he said.
When he said "we" he could have meant h2pg AND Revenge, but did not clarify.
I'll listen again and see if I can listen to the interview and ALL phone in questions.
BTW, I sent h2pg an email trying to get a clarification on the relationship, and if the installation deal is performance based - meaning they have XX amount of time to open the first facility OR raise the needed cash.
So far no return email from the Team, but if I get one, I'll post. If Peter ever puts out a REAL pr, I may even buy a little more stock but am not holding my breath.
Peter needs a talented and experienced player to partner up with. Even if he gets the loan to build all brand new facilities and train a new workforce, the debt load will be so great the company wont post a profit for years if ever.
Partnering up with a known company is dif, especially if one has a CEO with a speck of credibility. As for the RS, it wont happen until Peter makes solid progress and reports it. Once there is a real reason for people to buy stock, Im pretty sure he will do it.
Lets hope all those trips to Chicago pay off. I've only got a grand in this turkey, but others have way more. Hope is never a good investment stategy...
Well Mikey, I suppose you will be using the bio-char as fertilizer or soil remediator?
It was my understanding that USSE owned the rights and use of the bio-char....yet you mention sstp.
Would you be so kind as to clarify? Who owns the rights to the bio-char you will be using? Who will you cut the check to?
It has been so long but I seem to remember that one person (Pino?)who defrauded bcit registered the phony stocks or something to that effect by walking into the SEC or DTCC and filling out a form to regisgter the stocks in which they used the SEC address as a business address. That person who filed the forms was quickly fired. Dont know if it was simply a rumour or what...
Simply a tidbit of info they might be of help, and one reason maybe why SEC is stonewalling.
Hey Dawg.Just for fun I listened to the radio interview Maronti posted yesterday. It seemed pretty clear that Doug is holding Revenge at arms length.
HP2G is the one securing installation centers in Las Vegas. He used the term "we" meaning h2pg - not Revenge or "our partner".
When asked about the car he said it was called a "Revenge" Verde, and quickly moved on. Nothing was said about Peter or any progress on it despite the opportunity to promote either Peter C. or rvgd.
Peter DOES have an avenue of funding available to him, which I have no doubt he WILL use if nec. CARNES.
RVGD DOES HAVE A CHANCE, and that is to install a NEW CEO, without the proven track record of failed ventures. We need a CEO with a proven track record of successes both as a CEO and with the banks.
What does Peter has to offer a bank or lender? He has no money, does not even own a house but rents. (No community ties).
I have no probs with admitting that Peter C. is a talented designer, but as a business manager he kinda sucks. All rvgd money has been spent, he has admitted by pr he needs more funding to move the Verde prototype forward and make the show.
Even if Peter builds the VERDE, it WILL NOT have a H2PG motor in it, unless the INTERNATIONAL patents are awarded. There can be no test drives, or peek under the hood. In all liklihood it will have to be pushed onto the stage, UNLESS it is a full sized artists RENDERING.
Why build the stupid car at all? IF Dougs engine is for real, start off with the Indiana facilitiy as the first installation center. There is NO need to build a new car at all, simply do installs for a GM special edition Camaro, or Ford a special edition Mustang. There should be enough money from installs to make a profit and show a profit.
Why build NEW production facilities when others have been mothballed, and jobs lost? Would not these towns or cities be more open to funding a legitimate venture?
Peter needs to learn to walk before learning to run. Truly, as a businessman he has failed miserably at making money for the company or shareholders. Nice to live in a rented house, nice to drive fancy cars he doesnt own. Nice to have a business facility (empty)he doesnt own.
Well, Septembers here and December is not too far off. Its clear Peter is on his own and Pelmear is NOT funding any of Peters ventures.
We need a new CEO, plain and simple IMHO...
P.
What we are looking for? Any proof that this thing is for real, and has a real chance of succeeding, and that Peter has stopped with the BS.
I would settle for news that the rear or mid engine crash tested chassis for the Verde has come to fruitation, and from what company its coming from.
Corvette has scrapped plans for rear or mid engine vette permantly, and while this might be fine for the "supercar" model, it certainly does not provide the chassis needed for the family sedan which clearly resembles a normal front engine design.
While nobody has said GM is the most likely candidate, Peter does claim a tenuous relationship with them as outlined in previous pr's.
I wonder why that if Pelmear has all kinds of funding in place, why is some of that funding NOT spilling over to the VERDE or installation centers?
Enamul: ".......think about the potential HP2G/VERDE have.........HUGE>>>>>>>>>>>>> "
Aside from a faint hope of recovering losses or the flatlining pps, many here HOPE Peter is not full of BS this time, and we all make out like a fat rat and have money to burn.
Even a blind dawg finds a bone every now and then, AND, Peter may actually be telling us the truth this time around. He did say he needed money for the Verde prototype to be completed, and I for one believe that wholeheartedly.
Its now September, and according to Peter, contracts funding etc should be in place and a company update is due. I dont expect a pr anytime soon, but it would be nice to know the Verde prototype WILL be completed in time for show.
It would be nice for Doug to outline the agreement it has with Revenge, and the first retro-fit installation center is almost ready to open.
It would be nice for Doug to let us all know when the engine is planned for public release.
It would be nice for Peter to give us an update on ALL company activities.
I dont have enough shares to be bothered much, but there is some here who do. Set up right, every time Bell Buckle (either town or company) is googled, it should pop up.
Wordpress.com has a free blogsite, even I have one now:
Warhammer1.wordpress.com
Not exactly a website but close enough and the cost is right - free!!
Hey Dawg. Gonna leave the boys alone for a week or so. End of August rolling around. Either we get some good news or the beginning of a new round of excuses start.
Im inclined to think if there is any good news it will be from h2. Lets hope Peter secures funding for something. Otherwise its .0001 again and a good hosing from Pistol Pete.

Marq, no excuses from realists, we post facts based on Peters past pr's (actually flat out lies). We ask you honest questions and you and Maronti avoid them, and instead lash out.
You dont even bother with excuses, just ignore honest questions from honest shareholders who have had their money taken by lies.
Will we see .0001 again? Well, we have seen .0002
Does Peter need to raise money?
Does he have shares to sell?
Does he have any more cars to sell aside from the kit car?
Anything at all in the shop?
Any news of what happened to employee's?
Even Emily got tired of the BS, and finally moved on.
IMHO - Peter has not given us any REAL news.
We've all been given the PUMP from Doug, now we are waiting for the PROOF.
Interesting how new engine techs take years of prototyping and testing.
HEres another I have been following:http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/board.aspx?board_id=7618
HP2g meets with largest ethanol producer in the world!
All it states is he stopped by for a visit out of simple curiousity since he IS one of the largerst producers, AND DOES have a stockpile.
If anybody should understand E85 it should be him. Yet, there is not one word from him? NO mention of possible involvement, or even belief in Dougs engine.
NO other ethanol producer has bothered to stop by, Walmart who runs a LOT of gas stations is not interested, nor is any other large concern running gas stations.
BTW, all one needs for a patent pending status, is simply to apply/file for a patent. Once filed it IS patent pending....
Thus the warning letter from the lawyers. Make no mistake it IS a warning...spin it any other way you like. It does not change anything.
