That's precisely why I won't buy $SANP until after they go current. The more the pump on social media, the greater the risk. Can make good money just trading ADA without the risk of despots at the SEC arbitrarily shutting companies down whenever they didn't like the burrito they had for lunch.
Trading non-current companies at this time is a whole different ball game, and I don't think many OTC traders have accounted for that risk yet. Once they do, more non-current stocks will get sold off, as it will ultimately become quality over quantity, imo.
Binance will give you a new wallet and address once you get verified with them. Then you can deposit funds or other coins into your Binance account.
ADA isn't on Coinbase yet, so even though it's the third largest crypto per market share, it hasn't gone full-on mainstream yet. I see lots of upside for ADA.
I use Binance to buy ADA. Cheapest commissions around that I found to trade most every cryptocurrency. Love it
I'm in ADA. I might pick up some $SANP once the stop sign comes down. Cardano definitely well positioned to grow. I'm super bullish on Cardano and it's future.

I'm averaging up here. Thank you for your longstanding dedication to $TXTM. Your presence here informs me Protext is something you think about day rain or shine. Can't blame you. I surmise we will see multiple pennies here at the very least with $TXTM. That's something anybody would obsess over.
That's correct, I wrote in haste in my previous post, what I was meaning to say is $TXTM is hardly "noticed". It's very much under the radar "still".
$TXTM is one of the last legit cannabis tickers trading below a penny.
The JV announcement with RSAMMD went hardly unnoticed. Barely only recently has the stock gotten some attention from the investing/trading community although it's still very much under the radar still.
Wherever you look, all cannabis stocks have been running and making multi-year highs; until the last couple days where all cannabis plays have seen profits being taking across the board.
Indeed, the current share price and volume doesn't surprise me at all. $TXTM been long overdue for a massive run.

Might be prudent to dig a little deeper before passing judgment on what you truly don't know.
RSAMMD is the real deal insomuch as the principals involved are highly regarded and esteemed. A plethora of information can be found if you know where to look.
Here is some info to get you started:

The gap was bound to get filled. Let's see what happens next ;)

Good 2cu too likewise BBW
I'd like to know your thoughts on whether you believe the current surge in TXTM stock is somewhat related to the Canopy and GW Pharma lawsuit vis-a-vis extraction technology.
https://www.marijuanamoment.net/canopy-growth-says-gw-pharma-infringed-on-cbd-extraction-patent-in-federal-lawsuit/
It's my understanding that this lawsuit could have widespread implications for all cannabis companies that use C02 extraction. As you know, TXTM employs a proprietary and patented live plant ( non C02 )extraction technology.
C02 extractors will face the risk of litigation if the courts side with Canopy. So, cannabis companies will either pay the licensing for C02 extraction or seek out other extraction technologies.
Things could get interesting in a big way. Never know who might pick up $TXTM for their live plant extraction patent.
$TXTM much thinner on the ask this go around.
Nobody wants to sell the golden goose before it has layed its golden eggs.
$TXTMillionaire
You and I are both savvy investors, enough to know, that there is no way $TXTM can sell any shares into any run, so long as they have a stop sign at OTC.
Are you implying that the stop sign will be soon removed ?
Getting to know Dr. J and Newcastle :
How many bio-tech companies can you name that have revenues prior to their breakthrough moment?
What's past is prologue. Not every bio-tech company gets to their breakthrough moment, but when they do, it's a wild ride to be a part of. It takes a greal deal of gumption to hold on to the dream before it becomes a reality. The investors that get rewarded the greatest, are those that invest prior to the revenues. Sure it can be risky, yet the rewards can be out of this world also.
The adage, "sell in May and go away" is a very real thing in the markets. There is historically always low volume during this time of year.
In the OTC there is maybe one or two runners that draw in volume during the summer months and most of those are usually P&D's.
So let's not get carried away, I'd rather see a monetized agreement and for the stock to trade organically. If there were a ton of volume now before we get the real news, I'd suspect you'd accuse the company of running a pump and dump operation. That is not the case, however.
Progress is being made like never before and stock will appreciate in time when the market will begin to take notice.
What we're witnessing with $TXTM as of late truly is unprecedented.
I've been following this company for years, and can honestly say, there has never before been a more real deal. I'm somewhat amazed at what has been accomplished here. Sure, the opportunity has always been massive, yet going from development to commercialization, that is where the roadblock has been 'until now'.
I personally don't see much of a need to post on this forum. Despite what anyone of us would say here, the stock should continue to trend higher, and will explode upwards in due time.
The disgruntled former employee of the company that has been posting regurgitated negative comments for years, will eat crow soon enough. I'm not going to waste my time arguing with that individual.
Build it TXTM and the $$$ will come. It's been a long time coming, but so worth the wait when it in fact materializes. This could be the biggest stock the OTC has seen in years, imho.
My takeaway from the below tweet is that they used the language "our partner", that to me appears to strongly suggest that the lab results are conclusively positive.
I'm quite certain that there would have been a contingency clause in the RSAMMD and Protext joint venture agreement. Meaning that RSAMMD could walk out of an agreement, if the lab results weren't successful. Since RSAMMD is referring to Protext as their USA partner, that speaks volumes about Protext's extraction technology and the success of the result.
$TXTM
If they can prove with lab tests that their extraction process can produce an extract without any psychoactivity from a cannabis plant, yes, then it will be a big deal.
If not, nothing will happen here.

That's not old news at all, it is very much relevant. It shows that CNN even knows who Dr. Ahmed Jamaloodeen is, and according to the article, the doctor is among the few to receive a research permit.

"So far, SAPHRA have awarded four medical cannabis cultivation licences with the aim to eventually produce locally made CBD oil.
A further forty three research permits have been awarded, and Giokis meets with Dr. Ahmed Jamaloodeen who secured one of these permits"

By law, the S.A. government would have had to reject their application and give them 30 days to respond, if there were any issues with their application. Never at any point, was there application rejected.
There is but a handful of companies with applications pending license issuance, and we are one of them. Further, S.A. has finally begun issuing licenses, as reported in the news media, so our license can come at any time now.
Once the license news hits, it will be one of those stocks where some will say, "I should have held, I could have made a lot of money", imho.

— Protext Pharma, Inc ($TXTM) (@protxtm) April 8, 2019
This is a big deal, with the first license now being issued. Co. to post update on Extraction Equipment/Kettle coming to US, and SA license asap, both of which still moving forward.
TXTMagic ?? If only it were as easy as pulling a rabbit out of a hat.
By now, the only ones left here are the bagholders and the hardiest of investors. Can it turn around? We'll in the OTC, magic does exist, if you know where to look.
There are some encouraging recent developments happening in South Africa, as per my DD.
As for the kettle, if one can pull a rabbit out of a hat, one can most certainly bring a kettle to the States, if there is a need for one
Where there is a need, there is a way, or so they say.
Spot on. I'm still here. Been busy and haven't been following as closely lately, yet I feel TXTM is making the right moves in spite of the challenges and delay they've been dealt.
If they can go from merely talking about a JV deal to actually bringing it to fruition, this will run again. I believe TXTM management knows what needs to be done, and they're earnestly trying to make it happen.
Time is of the essence.
Paying attention is sound advice. In that respect, where is the Publix holiday reorder? It had better happen very soon, or even the last few believers will cease to believe for a Christmas miracle.
Without resales, this is not a viable business. Profit margins are only as good as the consumer demand allows it to be.
Yeah, I would agree. It's time.
Eyes on the prize.
GLTA
Indeed, big pharma knows full well that the cannabis market in S.A. will be much bigger than that of Canada.
If the license is close like many of us suspect it to be, it won't take very long at all for big pharma to catch wind and want in, imho.

Smoke and mirrors is the name of the game, and Rich knows the game well.
All this talk of the A/S being reduced is 100% false, or should we say 2500% false.
Here is why, the A/S presently is 2 billion shares. So after a 250 to 1 RS, the A/S would be reduced to 8 million shares, if left unchanged, i.e., 2 billion / 250 = 8 million A/S.
Now if the new authorized shares become 200 million, Rich will have diluted the share structure 2500%, i.e., 8 million × 25 = 200 million A/S.
Sounds like a lemon of a deal for retail shareholders.
"Giddyup to the A/S"
ICNB
This bit wouldn't be out of context in today's PR:
"The company is also 'pleased' to report that it will effectuate a RS of 1 for 250 by October 31, 2018." So much to be 'pleased' about
Imho, stay away and don't fall for the bait. Adding 100 stores while losing Publix isn't anything to be pleased about.
With TXTM, we often want there to be an easy button. The license is taking forever and a day to materialize, and that can be worrisome, especially if doubt sets in.
The company has been very silent lately. Instead of seeing that as a negative thing, historical observation of this company, will tell me, that is when there tends to be news around the corner.
Sure the company could tweet something, but that is not what the markets wants.
I believe we'll be hearing something soon. Another week or two, imho.
Actually, "following the money" would be sound advice."
Q over Q sales are down, and now, imho, a MJ deal is being touted because apparently the Bellissima pump is fizzling out. Nothing new for Rich with 8 failed business already accredited to his name.
Might not we forget, CB can contractually walk away if 15k cases are not sold this year. Following the money is a scary prospect if Q3 and Q4 look anything like Q1 and Q2:
ICNB "Retail loses control of their shares"... the palpable fear of the unknown is but one way to induce a severe decline in the share price.
Yes, imho, this generation of retail shares will get wiped out and institutional shorts will take take full advantage. Smart retail will sell before the R.S. to remain in control and while there is something tangible to get out with.
GLTA and here is to smart decisions for all.
ICNBamboozled.
Trips coming, wait for it
Watch for prop bids, that is how big money makes its exit. Once they've sold, the rug gets pulled out from under.

The financials indicate that one bulk order went out to Publix in the 4th quarter last year. Hard to deny that it is the same inventory, when it is there in black and white.
With inventory still in stock from 2017, would one logically deduce and anticipate there being a 4th quarter order this year? Never know, but doesn't seem likely.
Six digit trades, you know what that means...Dielution!

So wait, you haven't seen the clearance stickers? Might want to do more DD, can't help you there.
The fact of declining revenues has been conveyed in the most recent financial statements.
Where I come from, hearsay is inadmissible. Saying that sales are doing great might tickle some ears, but if the financials don't cooperate the claims being made, investors will find themselves disappointed.
