Americanbulls.com says stay short.
That is not good at all for the small players on the block, as Coke will more than likely force the little guy out of the market. Better start focusing on where Pepsi is sold, and not Coke, imo.
If you see Institutional Buying, IMO they are joining in on the Naked Short.
Cannabis is a death sentence to a stock, imo. Reason being is that it can be shut down with the stroke of a pen. Uncertainty is the worst thing ever for a shareholder, imo.
Congrats to those who used today’s pr to exit! Well played! $3 this fall, imo.
Batten Down The Hatches land lubbers! Rough seas in the distance!
If it weren’t for company paid media articles, there wouldn’t be many at all.
Many are taking advantage of this news and increased volume today, so that they are not bag holders, imo.
Lower Highs and Deeper Lows...
Support was breached. MM’s are going to kill this stock imo. Naked short selling is a terrible thing to watch. This one has just begun, imo.
Is September considered Fall?
Back under $3 by this fall, imo.
Buy the rumor, sell the news. Chart action looks similar to the activity in the beginning of 2018, before the continuation of the long term down trend. No new buying on the news IMO.
All of these contracts announced over the past few years, yet no net profit. What is the deal?
I remember when Seeking Alpha was involved in SIRI back in the day! Read up on Naked Short Selling. The Naked Short Sellers destroyed SIRI.
This has a nice chart history of small spikes in PPS before it heads lower. Buy low, sell high.
Here’s looking at the 52 week high for the coming year, imo.
$4.99 May be the new top, imo.
Great opportunity for short sellers to jump in with the minor uptick, imo. Institutional buyers have the opportunity to naked short all the way back to .20, imo. R/S’s are terrible for business, well maybe not for business, but usually for shareholders.
If only the .12 dividend applied to series A stockholders, it may help to cover some of the current fallout on the pps, quarter over quarter...
Anyone else selling short on the pump!
It is trending opposite of what you mentioned. Net Loss has continued on the increase. Not a happy trend.
And Net Losses Continue to Increase! Unreal!
Naked Shorts Smell Blood, IMO...
Dilution... Hope that this doesn’t become an annual, or quarterly trend.
$12.6M In Net Losses for 2017! Wow, who would have guessed that the 4th QTR was that horrible? They more than doubled net losses for the 1st 3 Qtr, Of 2017 in the final Qtr. Wow! Get ready for another R/S if this doesn’t stay above the $1 threshold in the coming year, IMO.

Net Loss $5M - There is no sugar coating that.
You’ve got to buy it, to short it. Just be patient, and don’t overpay, wait for a bid imo!
With the $5M Net Loss expected on the 10-K, the new trend this past year quarter over quarter, the outlook doesn’t look too bright, IMO. Short Interest is growing, the good thing is that we can make money on the way down too!
So, the bag holders in the dilution can not dump this unless the price strikes 4.75, basically IMO.
4.2 million+ dilution to common shares. Looks like they are out of $$, as this raises more money for them to waste on purchasing mlm downlines where many quit. Not good! Idiotic business model if you ask me. https://finance.yahoo.com/news/youngevity-announces-registration-statement-form-133000581.html;_ylc=X1MDMTE5Nzc4NDE4NQRfZXgDMQRfeXJpZAMxNTZjamxoZDg5MzNzBGcDZFhWcFpEeHVjejVtTWpoaE16SmpPUzFsTUdReUxUTm1NMlV0WW1aaFppMDRNMkV5WXpZM056ZGxOemQxZFdsa1BHNXpQbGxIV1VrPQ0KBGxhbmcDZW4tVVMEb3JpZ19sYW5nA2VuBG9yaWdfcmVnaW9uA1VTBHBvcwMwBHJlZ2lvbgNVUwRzeW1ib2wDWUdZSQ--?.tsrc=applewf
It is strange how all of the insiders stopped posting. Uncanny really.
Dilution? Who would have guessed, after a R/S?
Hopefully the support around $4 holds up.
Fluff posts are just that. They help with the pump and dump, especially on this thinly traded thing. I am more concerned about the court case counter claim, as if you purchase the documents, looks to cost YGYI 100’s Of millions and court fees. If one is not willing to look at the whole picture that is fine. I tend to take the blinders off on stocks that I own and trade.
Sounds a lot like where we are headed imo: https://finance.yahoo.com/news/why-did-frontier-communications-corp-170400515.html
Insider Trading Class Action Suit? This court case brings this question up. I scrolled back a couple of months and noticed that Dave Briskie was mentioned along with other people about an Insider Trader Probe. The court looks to have denied the probe because the parties didn’t mention the Insider Trading issue as cause for the counter-suit in the beginning. My question is, has anyone else seen this? https://www.courtlistener.com/docket/4496463/youngevity-international-corp-v-smith/?filed_after=&filed_before=&entry_gte=&entry_lte=&order_by=desc
The term “unloads” comes to the front of my mind...
“Tupperware unloads Beauticontrol assets to Youngevity International”

Notice bullet point 2:
https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/unload
2017 10k Net Losses: I am guessing that total net losses could range between 5.5M-6.5M. Legal Fees seem to be dragging this down, along with purchasing failed brands from other companies. The coffee business is selling, but the other half of their business model doesn’t seem to be producing, IMO.
2017 10K Net Losses. Hopefully these do not create a new trend, and they can become profitable.
