Insider Trading Class Action Suit? This court case brings this question up. I scrolled back a couple of months and noticed that Dave Briskie was mentioned along with other people about an Insider Trader Probe. The court looks to have denied the probe because the parties didn’t mention the Insider Trading issue as cause for the counter-suit in the beginning.
