http://tinyurl.com/ydsbts9
Press Release Source: MMR Information Systems, Inc. On Thursday April 8, 2010, 8:58 pm
NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - 04/08/10) - Chartis today announced that it will offer electronic personal health records to clients worldwide through a strategic alliance with MMR Information Systems (OTC.BB:MMRF - News) ("MMR"). The Chartis insurers will initially offer electronic personal health records to Accident & Health policyholders and expect to expand the offering to additional product lines in the coming months.
Powered by MMR using its MyMedicalRecords™ technology (http://www.mymedicalrecords.com/), policyholders and their families will be able to store and manage their personal health records, as well as other important documents, in a secure, encrypted Web-based application that can be accessed 24/7 from anywhere in the world. Personal health records will initially be available in English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Japanese and Chinese. Storing personal health records is not the program's only feature. The program will also include a virtual MyESafe deposit box for the storage of other important documents, such as insurance policies, passports, deeds of trust, wills and advance directives, in a secure, encrypted Web-based application.
In addition to a comprehensive file management system, each personal health record will feature a separate emergency log-in that will allow first responders and other medical personnel to access potentially life-saving information such as blood type, medications, and allergies from virtually anywhere in the world.
"Chartis is excited to be able to offer its clients the ability to manage their personal health records and other critical personal documents, and make them available around the clock and from anywhere in the world," said Jeffrey Kestenbaum, President of Chartis International Consumer Lines.
"It is especially exciting to work with Chartis to introduce this life-saving service at a time when the world is spending hundreds of billions of dollars on health information technologies," said Robert H. Lorsch, Chairman and CEO of MMR Information Systems.

Provide Electronic Personal Health Records to Policyholders Worldwide
LOS ANGELES, CA, Mar 30, 2010 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- MMR Information Systems,
Inc. (MMRF) ("MMR") announced today that Chartis will provide MMR's secure online
Personal Health Record (PHR) to Chartis policyholders worldwide. The program,
designed to be an integrated benefit to policyholders, will be introduced through
local Chartis insurance companies throughout the world.
The PHR will be powered by MMR Information Systems, incorporating its
MyMedicalRecords patented technologies and will initially be available in
English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Japanese and Chinese.
"In addition to storing medical records, the PHR will also include a virtual

life-saving information, such as blood type, allergies and prescription
medications, pre-selected by the user in the event of an emergency for any family
member from wherever they are in the world. All other information that is not
authorized for emergency viewing is securely maintained in the user's
password-protected account and data that is deemed extremely sensitive can be
kept in virtual lockboxes secured by secondary passwords.
"Chartis is excited to be able to offer its policyholders a personal health
record, as well as a way to easily secure other critical personal documents, and

“Here’s the type of guy I want,” [Bill] Gates told the headhunters. “I don’t care if he knows anything about computers. I need a guy who really understands branding.”
http://tinyurl.com/ycv9svn
Hanson got on the plane to Seattle with every intention of saying no. Microsoft’s Steve Ballmer, Gates’s dorm-mate at college and new chief confidant, who had earlier spent a brief stint at consumer-goods giant Procter and Gamble, picked up Hanson at the airport, and the two hit it off immediately, talking football on the drive to Bellevue. A husky six-feet-one, two hundred twenty-five pounds, Ballmer had once been student manager of the Harvard football team.
Hanson called Bob Lorsch, a marketing mastermind, with a Los Angeles-based sales promotion agency whom Hanson had used in crisis mode at Neutrogena.
Hanson said, “ I need to own Las Vegas during this event. I don’t care what the rules are. We need to rise above the clutter.”
Early in his career, Mr. Lorsch became widely known for his innovation and marketing acumen. He is described in the book, Barbarians Led by Bill Gates: Microsoft from the Inside, as "a marketing mastermind” - a magician who believed anything was possible and simply wouldn't take no for an answer

Bob Lorsch March 23rd, MMRF BLOG UPDATE
"After a redeye that arrived in New York at 8AM. Yesterday was an amazing whirlwind of a day. Operating on 2 days of no sleep, the media was not forgiving. They want every talking head on healthcare they can find and Kira’s and mine were two of them.
(She will look better in front of a camera than me.) Then it was a day of business meetings involving nearly every aspect of MMR. Doug Helm is in New York with me and he is getting more involved with customers.
Rich and AJ are now “living” in Dr.’s offices installing systems so Rich could not be with me. Then we spent the first half the day on Biotech assets working with GRS. Since GRS is also a partner in China we spent a good period of time on strategy over there and how to leverage Kodak’s ScanStation and other large iron hardware assets in China.
Brad O’Leary flew in from Washington. He is on the company’s Board of Advisers and a large shareholder. He originally brought us to the NRA and is an affiliate marketing GURU. Affiliates (and the NRA) remain a focus of the company. We spent dinner with him and clients discussing worldwide marketing opportunities in the banking, insurance and affinity marketing space.
Now I am off to customer meetings. Kira will do a media interview. This afternoon I will present a dry run of Thursdays investor presentation to a fund in New York that has followed us since HIMSS 2009. Many of our friends are calling to meet in New York. My email box is overflowing with notes that I am trying to keep up with.
I wish I could respond to or see all of you however please understand it’s been a “whirlwind”. And tomorrow we have a large Kodak Reseller breakfast."

MyMedicalRecords.com is the first web-based PHR that is 100% patient-centric and designed to help health consumers manage personal health information from any provider they are seeing. When they enroll in the service, users receive a personal telephone number (either toll-free or fax). Providers can use this number to fax records directly into the user’s account and then file records using a comprehensive document management system, as well as share records with other providers by printing or fax-forwarding them over the Internet. In addition, it allows users to maintain a complete and accurate listing of prescriptions using the Cerner/Multum drug database as the backbone.
