also - I recently spoke to 2 Kodak Sales Reps
1 in Rochester, NY and 1 in Tampa, FL

They both are VERY [happily surprised] familiar with MMR and are excited to be a part of the MMR PRO program so to is the entire organization

fyi the 520 Kodak Scanner goes for about $2,700.00 on its own - with extended warranties and priority service etc, can get up to $5k

The Rep indicated what differenciates Kodak from their competitors i.e. HP etc is Kodak does all their own servicing - they dont outsource
