I was all about believing this crap was being shorted by outsiders,
but then why exercise the springing option!? Why not verify the IPxes contracts publicly. Verify the revenue, and watch shorty roast.
I rack my brain but I can't explain springing IPxes without using one of the following two:
OPTION 1
PT and other insiders were the ones who sold us short, possibly through Lefty or others
OPTION 2
the short position was BS from the git go, they used IPxes revenues to pump the sh*it out of us in January. insiders have been selling ever since, knowing the whole damn time that the springing option was coming in a matter of months.
Perhaps a combination of the two?
No. I'd know exactly what happened here if only it weren't for one itsy bitsy thing...
You!! It certainly looks like your side won, but who is your side?! Little doubt that someone shorted the bejeezus out of this thing. Probably someone who knew the January pr blitz was bullsh*t. My million dollar question now is: Who was it and Did they do it with the blessing of Paul Taylor?
Help a brother out.
Who pays your checks, bub?
its raining in NY.
fitting for my depression.
how can we continue to defend this company?
they sure are giving shorty a run for his money. lol
the silence is DEAFENING.
I think Paul's last words were a nice fat
"FU!!"
as he floated off into Canada to start his next piece of crap.
But that doesn't mean you're off the hook quite yet. Why are you still here? Doesn't get much lower than this. Or are you and the boys looking for a halt?
Oooohhh mama. Back on da Sho. Interesting timing.
But somewhat encouraging.
Nice to see you Polka.
hey, not doubt. seems obvious someone wants Tela dead badly.
also seems obvious that exercising the springing option ain't exactly the most effective way to fight back. more like a complete submission. makes me wonder who is really benefiting from the downward spiral.
you claimed to have 1.3 million pre-split. what is that? like 40 million post-split? not worth much anymore, unless of course you've been doing your share of selling the past couple weeks. Surely, Taylor clued you in that the springing option was coming? if not. aren't you furious he would draw us all into this fight only to run away as the going gets tough?
how can you trust the Captain after he hits an iceberg and paddles off with the only lifeboat?
all the IPXes purchase orders were the contracts.
for example:
MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 23, 2004 Telatinos Inc. today announced the Company has received a confirmed purchase order for its enterprise wide IPxes(R) communication service from one of the major Brazilian sugar producers and exporters. The contract represents approximately US$9,000,000.
chef, what's the deal? Tela looks like quite the dead dog.
No IPXes = no money. Seems Paul jumped ship on us. You ready to write that one off? Or still hoping?
I'd say the only glimmer of hope is that some of the "Internet Service Provider revenue" and " "Communication Consultancy revenue" from the January 18th pr actually exists. "Estimated" to be $35 million and should be unrelated to IPXes. Otherwise we're sitting in one empty ass shell. despite the existence of shorty.
MIAMI, Jan. 18, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Telatinos Inc. (Pink Sheets:TLTD), a Latin American VoIP and communication service provider, today announced the Company's estimated revenues from all sources for 2005 to be approximately $85,000,000.

Yikes yikes
Starting to think EVEN's right...at least about the company ltao at us. Say goodbye to all this revenue. Just like that. Snap of the fingers. I count about $58.25 million

IPxes question for all....
It seems that all (and I do mean all) of the contracts Telatinos has been announcing in the past months have been for their IPxes services. If any of their other services generate much revenue, they certainly haven't been discussing it publicly.
From Dec 27th PR:
"Telatinos Inc. (OTC:TLTA), a Latin American VoIP and communication service provider, today announced that, with the infusion of new capital from an investment group, the Company has formed a majority owned subsidiary. The new subsidiary, 75% of which will be owned by current Telatinos shareholders and 25% of which has been purchased by the new equity investment, is to be named IPxes Inc (Nevada). In addition to this equity investment, the investors have additionally purchased a "3 Year springing option" to acquire Telatinos 75% share of the subsidiary in the event of a material change of control of the Parent. "
What the hell does that mean? what is a "material change of control of the Parent"? Are the puppetmasters planning on pumping the Telatinos share price by pointing to all of this revenue IPxes is pulling in, cashing in on the hundreds of mllions of prefferred shares that have been hiding away in the past months (OS 44 million my ass, so misleading), and then excercise the "springing option" taking Telatinos only moneymaking asset and leaving the shareholders with squat?
Hey chef, is this the big suprise "for the good" you were sure was coming for Tela?
All its revenues being snatched from its clutches.
Telatinos Inc. Releases Majority of IPXES Inc., Contracting Division
Wednesday June 22, 10:29 am ET
MIAMI, June 22, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Telatinos Inc. (Pink Sheets:TLND), a Latin American-based communications service provider, today announced that the controlling shareholders and Board of Directors have ratified that the ``springing option'' on the Contacting division of the Company has been exercised by the Holders of the springing option. The resulting action removes the majority of all revenues to a privately held corporation. The Company and its common shareholders remain minority shareholders of IPXES Inc. The Company's proprietary technologies and all other assets and liabilities will remain in Telatinos Inc.
The Company, its officers, directors and U.S. consultants were formally examined by SEC officials for integrity and transparency earlier this year. Significant due diligence in the form of all the Company's books, board minutes and corporate agreements including but not limited to; notarized, executed confirmed purchase orders were provided. The SEC is not seeking further information from the Company, its officers, directors or consultants.
Telatinos president Rodrigo Calderon stated, ``The U.S. OTC and unregulated stock markets have proven to me and my colleagues that the rules and regulations governing both fully reporting and non reporting companies continue to be wildly skewed in favor of offshore hedge funds and rogue market markers. Therefore, we are removing the Company's most valuable asset from the dangers of unlimited, counterfeit dilution and the most savage stock manipulation we have ever witnessed. The Company is seeking additional information from authorities in the USA, Isle of Man and Turks & Caicos regarding specific entities who have seemingly traded extremely large amounts of the Company's common stock, yet do not appear on the Company's NOBO lists. The Company has instigated with the assistance of U.S. authorities, an investigation of activities of certain individuals whose trading activity has tenuously been linked to thousands of message board and bulletin board postings concerning the Company. We look forward to a speedy resolution to these issues.''
is it me? or did we just get spanked?
so Voiplabs is going to take IPXes, not Tela as a whole, and leave the rest of us with....ummm.....with.....ummmm....
...ummm
...is there anything left?
oh that wild paul taylor
$35,000 assuming most are legitimate trades and not butter-maids trading back and forth.
nice, but I want to be able to specify dates. i.e. see what the chart would have looked like on a specific date, such as on January 13th, ignoring everything that happened afterward.
btw, does anyone know a better free site for historical charts?
bigcharts.com is not so great
PPS looks GRIM
Chart looks grim as well. Almost as grim as this baby:
Wish I could post the volume on it. My oh my. Millions of shares trading on the way down. Millions and millions. Looked like the company was DUMPING all over the place. Man, those still holding must have been damn depressed....
but not as depressed as those who sold out were about to be.
One of the few comments I ever recieved from Paul:
"all is not exactly what it seems"
yeah, Manin. I was paying attention.
what do you make of that eh?

one thing's for sure
if this puppy heads to the ground floor, we'll certainly have a contender for "Pump of the Year" on our hands. Maybe even decade.
Aspiring stock scamsters will read from The Book of Telatinos: Or How To Make $20 Million Selling Paper To The Gullable. It will be their Bible.
But I haven't heard the fat lady QUITE yet.
care to elaborate, Bloc? is there any relatinoship at all? or just silly scammy mind games?
anyone here ever speak with Ken MacDonald?
ever since his name appeared as President of what is believed to be Telatinos' Voiplabs, Inc. in the Nevada SOS, he seems to be the link between TLND and VPBH (besides Taylor, who is notoriously unaccesable).
anyone spoken with him recently (or ever)? anyone have a good contact # or e-mail?
they re-did the website already
looks pretty nice
http://www.voiplabs.net/
you flatter me, but I think he accused you of being Zigmonia, not me. I was confused though, cuz I thought he had already suggested that Zig was PT himself. He said something about PT being a Guns and Roses fan after Zig had been quoting them. don't care enough to go back and find the posts. whatever. he can bark and bark all he wants. in the end, its on the company, not us, to prove him wrong.
anyway, this is my last post for today, so I'll catch you all tomorrow.
rotfl, serf. wow.
I was cracking up reading Euro's posts, and even more so at EVEN jumping like a bloodthirsty hound at the slightest opportunity to tear you apart. Now after hearing your side, I'm laughing my ass off. Euro has always been the most shameless flip floping, say-anything-to sell-my-$1,000-worth-of-shares and then stab-a-little-girl-in-the-neck-to-get-them-back-%25-cheaper shills of the RB aliases, IMO. too funny watching them spin.
sure thing, serf. looks to me like the connection between Voiplabs, Inc. and Voiplabs Holdings, Inc. is being solidified.

I don't like seeing the ASK so stiff...
looks like about 13 million traded since 2:00, all on the ask at .0011, and it refuses to budge. makes you wonder who's sitting on it? I know who EVEN would say.
but the coincidences are STAGGERING if the two are not in bed.
i gotta take off now. good trading all.
but you are right that, "nowhere in ANY PR is there a statement that VPBH is a wholly owned subsidiary of Telatinos."
Also I think Serf was referring to Berkshire's stake in Ontus (now Voiplabs Holdings) as announced in October. remember,
"Berkshire Increases its Stake in Ontus Telecommunications"
http://investor.news.com/Engine?Account=cnet&PageName=NEWSREAD&ID=1380826&Ticker=ONTT&am....
syl, still not a believer in a connection?
what do you make of the recent SOS filing for "our" Voiplabs, Inc., listing Ken MacDonald as President. what, just another coincidence?
https://esos.state.nv.us/SOSServices/AnonymousAccess/CorpSearch/CorpDetails.aspx?CorpID=567190
I hope so, friend. cuz my nails are bitten down to the bone
lookin' beauuuuutiful, Voiplabbers....
congrats
hope it doesn't forget about its little brother, Tela
I hear ya and am in the same boat. let's hope the Captain hasn't abandoned ship.
DZYN: i'm not a premium member so I can't reply, but
YES, I do.
...then again, I can understand the desire for secrecy if certain people have malevolent intentions towards the two stocks, which, based on the presence of EVEN, certainly seems to be the case. But, as of right now, longs in this stock certainly look like SUCKERS. Tela's still got some time left in my book to prove her worth, though.
I dunno. All I know is it would be some weird wild stuff if the two aren't getting married. And as someone said, "everybody loves a June wedding." Same name, same officers, same business. Remember we bought their Level 3 infrastructure among other assets in exchange for cash and shares. Of course, we've been speculating about the connection for months and months now. VPBH is ROCKING though. the ASK over there is thin as thin can be. Where does Tela fit in? Hopefully VPBH won't forget about her hubbie and leave us behind.
what's the game here?
from the Feb. 16th PR:
"MIAMI, Feb. 16, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Telatinos Inc. (Pink Sheets:TLNO), a Latin American VoIP and communication service provider, today announced the Company has formed VoIPlabs Inc. (a wholly owned subsidiary). The Company is finalizing the acquisitions of three independent, US-based VoIP, data & communication corporations that will be housed in VoIPlabs Inc. The Company will announce officers and directors of VoIPlabs shortly."
http://quote.bloomberg.com/apps/news?pid=conewsstory&refer=conews&tkr=TLNO:US&sid=a4agpm...
from Voiplabs Holdings website:
"Voip Labs Holdings., Inc. (VPBH) is the parent holding company of a growing number of business acquisitions that share VoIP, FoIP and other closely related technologies that have become known as “disruptive communication methods.”"

chef and croc...
all i ever hear outta you two is VPBH, VPBH, VPBH. Chef, last I heard you were in deep on Tela with over a million shares pre-split. have you been swinging all your dollars into Voiplabs, or are you still holding a bunch of Tela? What about you, croc? Just curious.
