Yes I did he said the dolomite worked great, but the were testing "other" materials

TR....I called myself and spoke to a gentlemen named Doug, here's what's going on with VIRCs machines...
1) there is only ONE machine "working" and not processing glass. The reason for that were that the chains and bars couldn't withstand the forces in the processing of the glass. He did say that the glass that was processed did produce the texture that they were looking for, but the problem with dust and fumes were to much to deal with.
2) The other two machines have been repainted and HAVE NEVER been put into service. He said they are trying to sell them as of today.
3) He did however say, that if/when they find a customer who would need some processing of their materials they would consider buying the newer models if needed.
I found Doug to be a very nice and honest man.
If anyone want his number I will gladly post it.
TR...just spoke to Mr Kidds office and here's his email address
IJKIDD@Tellus.net
TR....did you get that email or call out to Ian?
TIA, setonian
Waitedg, one last point on this......when you speak on "who is right" and who isn't, one never has to look at ones posts but rather to the PPS for figuring out who's on point and who's not.
I would rather have someone slap me in the face before going over a cliff, and help me before going over, then having someone politely say have a nice trip!
JMHO and I wish you all the luck in the world in your investments!
Setonian
TR, I don't know where you have found this faith in Cal buying back any of the shares of this company if/when it ever turns a profit.
On the contrary Cal and company have paid themselves quite handsomely while we the shareholders continue to lose month after month. Doesn't show that they have any type of sympathy for all the long suffering faithful holders of this company.
So now you wouldn't mind seeing FASC at 1.5 cents after ALL your faith in the years gone by??????? and believe if it sadly did fall to those levels Cal would buy back those depressed shares.
The one thing I can say about you TR is your never ending faith in this management team to ever do what's right for us, has never wavered and if I was Cal and read these boards I would hire you for some PRing for this firm. You're quite the steadfast in your positive attitude while losing money.
You're a better man then me TR!
Manos, I certainly hope it doesn't fall to those levels, but it is conceivable if Cal doesn't PR something positive soon.
man 1.5 cents would mean if FASC doubled we would be at a whopping 3 cents.....ouch!
It is sad to see the many longs who either have nothing to say anymore or have abandoned ship.
Cmone Cal throw us a bone with some meat on it.
I wonder if he's back from asia and if he is why hasn't he informed us on Malaysia and Mitsui.
waitedg...with all due respect, where do you see the "good spirit" being abused by us? TR was the one that seemed to imply I wasn't telling the truth about calling Pacific transfers, is that good spirits?
Do you not want to hear what's going on with the machines at VIRC from TR rather then us. I would assume you would trust TRs reporting more so then ours.
So I get confused sometimes where it's said here that both sides of FASC are allowed and some get irritated when I admit I am a doubter post my feelings regarding MY doubts.
As Jagman said the PPS are my only concern and a bunch of PRs that do nothing doesn't change my feelings.
I wish you luck in your buy back into FASC, even though I've never sold a single share of mine!
Jagman, they now are "ridiculously low prices" as opposed to what we used to hear were "historically low prices"
Next month could we see "astonishingly low prices"
I hope not!
charlie, did you miss my post to you? I would love to get your take on my question to you that was reposted after being deleted,
TIA
TR...to each his own I just found it strange how in one post you seemed so interested in my proposition and in the next one you started making excuses for machines that you have said are successes.
I called pacific transfers and was greeted by an answering machine telling me their hours and to leave a message which I did. I bet there are some here, who probably had the same thing happen to them but probably wouldn't want to share that with all, (wonder why?)
I kept my end of the bargain, even though I said you first and you seem to be a bit reluctant to make the call. I'll give you a few days and if you can't get an answer, I might even call back myself.
But let's see what you can come up with, I can't wait to hear from you.
No TR....I like to hear a persons voice when speaking to someone. That way I can try to get a sense if he's wavering or just firing away answers confidently.
I have his phone number only and if you misplaced it I'll post it again. I also don't like emails since they can always say I never received it.
I know you speak to Cal and find it odd that you would rather email Ian.
But whatever you say and I do like your "style" about never receiving an answering machine when calling Pacific Transfer.
heck maybe we both called at the exact time....wink wink!
I can't wait to hear what you post about VIRCs machines!
TR....you're amazing! Are you calling me a liar? You've never got an answering machine telling you their hours of operation?
I see you don't want to call Mr Kidd and wont live up to our deal.
Not very nice of you TR, anyone else get right through to Pacific transfer
TR...I made the call, got an answering machine, left a message and will post those numbers when they get back to me.
Now my friend, give Mr Kidd a ring!
Ah TR, now you're wavering, I said you first and you asked what questions and now your making excuses even before you call.
I did see how you "made my same questions coherent"
Are you now saying that I call first???
LOL
I aint selling until he pays two billion!
LOL!
The amount of glass if any that is being processed? If not any glass what was the problems and what are they processing with their KDSs. How many machines are in production on their site.
And if the machines are viable, do they have no further need for more and better operating machines and are they looking at different technology that would better suit them then our KDS machines.
I'll make you a deal TR, you call Ian kidd back and give us his update on the KDSs you've spoken about and I'll call pacific transfer for the O/S count.
Ian Kidd....250 721 3009
You first!///Deal?
Jagman....only happy thoughts my friend. The R/S will never happen, revenues are increasing and all those JVs will make us a ton of money.
How was that?
Happy happy joy joy!
OT...Thanks Matt!...
Charlie, how about this post, it seems to not really matter how many times or how many people call Cal, since what is allegedly said never comes through.
PS I called VIRC and they had ONE machine running (albeit NOT for glass processing) and one in storage and the other one I don't believe they actually have anymore or ever had.
That was quite awhile ago, and if any of the longs here want to give Mr Kidd a call I'll gladly repost his number.
Onward through the fog of FASC!
TR, you keep posting all those great PRs and companies that FASC has partnered with or companies that had an interest in FASC (*like Honeywell).
Which of all those great deals that you say are signed sealed and delivered are producing anything for FASC
Those JVs you spoke about, how much revenues have they produced. All those big named companies what have they've done for us other then invest what is for them a drop in the bucket and produced nothing for us.
FASC is a continual "work in process" that you love to talk about, but when there is only works in process with no successes people sometimes wonder why?
You never answered my post regarding why wouldn't VIRC buy a "more capable" KDS, which JVs are producing anything for FASC/US and what did the last grant do for FASC other then a PR?
TIA
TR....deals like AgESs bought machine that will be paid for when a unit is placed and operating? The VIRC machines that don't process glass like it was PR'd, VIRC never bought a more modern machine and most would agree that if it worked with all the materials VIRC processes they would of bought at least another machine if they liked the product.
Is firma Codogni processing Chromite, or Malaysia processing anything.
The princeton plant has been delayed for how long now TR, do you qualify that as a success?
Which JVs are producing any revenues for FASC as of today, and what has the past grants done for FASC other then PR fodder.
Again TR, if one likes to read about all the great deals that have produced nothing for the shareholders, it's your money, I on the otherhand like to see my PPS rise on those alleged deals and as we have seen they continue to fall.
The market is usually correct when rewarding a product and as we have seen FASC isn't exciting anyone but a few posters.
charlie02356...what do you have to say about the posters that have called FASC and NOT been told what can be perceived as "accurate" information.
It really doesn't matter who calls and how many times one calls HQ, because what is told to them doesn't ever happen anyhow.
So all we can really ever go by is OLD PRs that were still waiting to ever be finished, deals that are never followed up Firma Codogni, Malaysia, Princeton and of course all the future 10K reports that are always anticipated by some.
jagman...sounds a lot like some "other" great news that was posted by some here and abroad, which as we have seen, hasn't come through either.
FASC = great potentials, but nothing ever really completed.
jagman....are you buying some also? These boxes could be as hot as our KDSs.
But probably only in hotels overseas...wink wink.
Good luck eury!
Bobby I do believe you missed one!
Keep up the great work!
Cal. is your fearless leader Sam, the one spending our shares like wild fire. He's probably still in asia having a grand ole time with some as week speak.
Give him a call, he seems to love to talk to board members all the time.
PS, bobby, I own many securities!
Aussie, I do appreciate the welcome and wish you and all here a ton of success with AVN.
OT, the stock I am currently in is ONCY, it is currently in phase II testing with Reolysin an interesting NON radiation type of treatment for cancers.
Here is their latest report....http://biz.yahoo.com/prnews/050427/to074.html?.v=3
As always do your own DD and to all a great day.
Setonian
OT...Aussie, Jagman, is this the board where the real truth is allowed and not deleted?
I own another pharmaceutical company and wish all here a ton of success with AVN.
Aussie, isn't bobby histerical...LOL
Good luck to all,
setonian
Would be nice to see Cal throw an update on the statis of Firma Codogni and Malaysia.
Can't understand why it would take this long for any news on those and the Princeton plants continual delays.
I do hope we get the grant to help with further R&D, May is running out soon though.
Hey I thought this was a FASC board????
Stop cluttering the board with VMH stuff, we're here to discuss the pros and cons of FASC...........I think????
TIA
Sam that would be correct when the company that your speaking of has a viable product.
Still waiting from a customer to see if FASC has a KDS that's viably working anywhere.
What usually moves a companies PPS in a postive manner is a positive outlook on forward guidance. We're not even sure of FASCs past deals if they're real or not, so how could you ever expect the market to ever believe FASC will do anything positive in any foreseeable future.
hey bobsnook....I hope your theory isn't naked shorting or the Berlin exchange, which was touted so loudly by some here. We have now seen that NOT to be the case, so what's your new theory? Do you think there's a conspiracy out there to kill FASC?
PS I've looked over some of your previous posts here and I've noticed you saying MANY OTHER TIMES, "man are these shares cheap, time to buy more!"
I guess it's time again for you?
Good luck!
yeah juggsy, if FASC doesn't create continual revenues soon the company will be worth around 2.5 million and people will be drooling even more....LOL
Cal and company deserve another bonus...how about 100k this time!!!
geez!
Did you say lick their wounds?????
TRCPA...I would agree with you on that one but since you've/we've been in this stock for over five years, our "picking" days are over when it comes to FASC.
5 years of seeing our "value" get better and better is making me nervous....lol!
Manos, the secret is so huge that they're trying to keep it under wraps until they get their production issues fixed. You can't imagine the demand there will be for the KDS when the news is finally released.
Top secret.....shhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!
Not yet!
JMHO
TRCPA.....these words can be said of ALL of FASCs deals
Some of these projects and deals are certainly slow to grind through the process. Not too unusual, however, if you follow many of these emerging companies.
Slow is the optimum word for FASC and it's deals.
Jagman...do you think they have a long term lease?
I bet the rent's real cheap!
Has anyone heard if Cal is back from his recent trip abroad?
Would hope that if he was, we would get an update on Malaysia and or any new potentials with Mitsui.
Wishing all a good day,
Setonian
