Yes, it is, Hunter.
Here's a gargantuan green-house that was in development which the company passed on in 2006 during the Power Glass campaign that I recommended they pursue. I don't remember their exact reply, but it alluded to not falling within their arena/target market then thanked me for being an investor and for the information [I feel that ohmyohmy will receive a similar reply]. I had newly found out about XSNX and was totally enthusiastic about the company's future; as I felt that this was their calling, to start the company off right: They didn't even show interest.
You'd think that some will know that LYJN is a Pink, not an OTCBB and that the de-listing issues apply more readily to OTCBB stocks.
I guess that I lied about returning to the background to observe further. First lottabucks and I were accused of being company spokesmen; and now Hunter is being likened to, if not of being, Tom D. That poster should try to say something constructive or even relevant. One can talk down about the company, constructively and with substance, offer information either pro or con, if they're really serious about being here.
Reporting obviously is not one Hanna's priorities, at this time. I feel that the development of this company is approaching full-circle and of course that point in time is only perceived by her. One thing is for sure, this journey has been well thought out, regardless of how any of us would pursue this venture. Hanna's moves and actions have been deliberate from the beginning to the present and it is reflected in LC's widening influence. Lyric Culture is up and walking around if you ask me, but LYJN, its twin is still in the incubator; the runt of the hatchlings. But, LYJN will mature as well, and when she does.... All imho. GO LYJN and GLTAL's.
And here's a similar one, 99: http://trademarks.justiapro.com/owners/lyric-jeans-inc-1484381/

noode12, I asked a straightfoward question to lottabucks and he gave a straightfoward reply. I am always Q-reus to receive an investor's take on their position. I believe it adds to the dd field of information that's out there. Who's pumping? How can you construe that lottabuck's statement is a pump (if I'm reading your post right), when he reflects an entrance sp @ $1.55 in comparison to the going price of 0.011. I posted awhile back trying to alert viewers of this site to an existing pattern of unfulfilled projections and promises by the company. Remember, you're playing in a field of few real returns, from gambling with Pinks. But, those who make the right stock picks succeed on a grand scale; and who knows, XSXN could still prove to be one of those. I don't have much confidence left with my investment here but I don't see a need to bash the company, as a result. Either take what's left of the investment made and walk, or sit in the background and see what develops. I will continue to leave the door open to allow Tom D. to prove my now negative perception of this company, wrong. Back to the background for me.
Thanks for sharing that, L_R. That site and info is worthy of adding to the Info Page and as a Sticky Note. The breadth of LYJN's vision appears to be very well planned out, and of course that credit goes to Hanna. I still feel that she is pursuing her LC quest with devotion, integrity, and zeal. Imho, Hanna's attention to the matters coming from a portion of investment community at this time obviously does not fall in the immediate priority scheme towards completing the building the company. It seems obvious that the revenue streams are falling in place to allow continued expansion of products and distributors; and this enhances my confidence in LC and company. GLTALs. GO LYJN and go Hanna!
lottabucks, how did you become aware of XSXN and when, with all due respect?
GLTU, Hunter. I should've batted ass when it dropped to .85; but I guess that's the nature of this beast (Pinks).
Hunter, my previous post/reply to Will37 explains what I thought I was doing, and again I would have no problem seeing it removed.
Will37, you're right. I assumed that the page will progress to present day news. I didn't check, but should have; thinking that one could review XSNX's full history. Moderator please free to delete post, unless some one else finds it useful.

flyby, not meaning to be cynical, would Sanswire had survived without LJC? Were there any other options for funding available to the company at the time? Anyone... We essentially had to resort to the a back-alley/bookie type loan. I've always considered the so-called death spiral funding as essential, to prevent filing BK; because that would have indeed been the end of this technological quest. The first to score wins, and we are still in the race, imho, and it's not a death spiral unless it's the ultimate cause of our demise. There's a part of me that still hears that old axiom, "paradigm shifting technology" embedded deep down inside of me that I will not let go. Given the few contenders who are in this race, I believe that we are right in the pack, in this tortoise race. I wish that I could contribute more substance to this board. Thanks, all, for sharing your experience/s,information, insights, opinions, and challenges too; ignoring the disparagers. GLTALs.
What's missing from the BIB link is perhaps a few unclassified altitude shots/images to accompany some of the capability topics.
It just keeps getting better and better... still appreciating the progression. I'll now say, the machine is fully assembled, running, and has shifted into 3rd gear (5-speed). Shifting to 4th gear requires the release of the financials and overdrive takes LYJN to a main-stream stock ticker, imho. GLTALs and go LYJN.
No, I didn't know better. It obviously makes sense now. Thanks Warp.
Please elaborate on 6,000 nm non-stop. My take on nm translates to nanometer (1/billionth of a meter). So how does that distance compute? I'm sure I'm missing something. Thanks.
I'm enjoying the LYJN/HSN.COM ads that are flashing on the various iHub boards. Wondering though, if the ads only appear on the screens that have LYJN as an iHub favorite. Is anybody else seeing them? GLTALs.
Captmoon, I share your narrative, but came in at the $1.60 range and stopped around $1.02. I enjoy the positive vibes about the company and hope everyone's positive outlook pan out. GLTA.
Hunter, I'm ok with waiting for Real positive/material developments for the company, and maybe then I will add to my position; maybe not. Of course should some positive contract/sales news come out, it will become a chase to acquire more shares. Then again, contract announcements will be satisfying enough to yeild positive returns with my present position, I imagine. And of course I will miss out on the potential 100+ bagger in ROI. So be it. All imho.
I also strongly believe(d) the company has a future in the solar energy industry. Had I made frequent purchases on the dips, no doubt my average cost would be near the penny level. I probably would have if I had watched the stock, like Hunter has over the years, and entered around the price that you did. I would actually be encouraging averaging down as well. But for me at this point I will watch and if some contracts/sales appear I will add to my position; obviously above the present level and still manage to average down. But until that time, gltu and all.
Should the company make actual sales, my entry points will indeed recover and beyond and yours will reach stellar heights. But for now, until actual sales take place, LOIs are not signed contracts or purchase orders and are not guarantees for production. I am hoping for sales to materialize. I guess I'll have to continue to wait and see.
Will37, you have to be cautious of potential patterns; and I stress potential for I could be way off. garyhalvo touched a nerve when he mentioned Powerglass. That's what attracted me to XSNX. Please pardon this long rant.
I came in @ 1.69 and again @ 1.03, thinking it was near bottom. So if I ever recover, some of you guys will be reaping massive/unimaginable returns with this very high risk play, that so many of us dream about playing Pinks. I must admit, the company gets kudos from me for their attention to answer inquiries sent them. I sent them a recommendation during the Powerglass promotion period. There was a gardening venture in Maine to grow and market tomatoes year-round in gigantic greenhouses, this was in '06. They replied to thank me for the suggestion, that the greenhouse venture didn't quite meet their marketing strategy. That tomato growing company is a proven success and could have been the launching site for XSNX, if they had actually had Powergalss ready for market as they claimed then. Supposedly, production facilities had been established in Oregon. What happened there? And if I'm not mistaking California was in the picture for production at one time too. I never received a message or newsletter about the move away from Powerglass. Maybe someone can prove otherwise. The CIGSolar technology promotion that's being touted today is following the exact same path as the Powerglass run of yore.
With that said, I would love for Tom Djokovich and company make me regret posting this message. I'm still invested with XSNX and I am definitely not bashing the company. I've been here for quite some time now and just wanted to give my perception of what WE might be in for. Come on Tom... Make me eat my words! GLTA
p.s. Here's the location of that greenhouse that I mentioned. Zoom in and compare the parking lot to the building(s) to get an idea of scale and how much Powerglas it would have taken to cover the site(s). http://www.flashearth.com/ Lat: 44°49'58"N; Long:69°50'48"
edwinalive, fwiw, I found an older article from Mar. 2011, that could be the source of what you saw. I hope that I'm wrong, and that what you saw was an actual up-to-date release. Time will tell; but I doubt it. Is the content of this article/lnk the same that you read yesterday?
http://www.solarnovus.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=2340:xsunx-announces-first-customer-for-cigsolar-technology&catid=37:business-news&Itemid=241
daveyo, I would follow TheHunter2013's lead, regarding increasing your position with XSNX, before sinking too much into the company. Imho, the jury is still out in determining whether the company is truly on the up-and-up. I've been in since '06 and still waiting for the big news release. The regular release of pr's and investors' newsletters kept my confidence high with the company for quite some time and then it started to wane, and now that enthusiasm has curbed to cynicism. Should the price recover to where I first entered this play, most of you will be very, very well-off! I'm still holding, but my faith in the company is now nil. It will not hurt my feelings one bit to be proven that I have the wrong attitude. GLTA.

just john, here's an article, that I happened upon, relative to Graphene research:
The search for a better battery
http://news.yahoo.com/search-better-battery-090000805.html
When progress comes, it can look almost like an accident. Last year UCLA chemistry student Maher El-Kady figured out a way to use the laser in a cheap DVD burner to produce graphene, a carbon material that has extraordinary electrical properties, but is notoriously expensive to manufacture. Using sheets of graphene manufactured by El-Kady's method, a UCLA team has since made a highly efficient supercapacitor — a device that stores energy like a battery, but recharges up to 100,000 times more quickly. They're now working on commercial applications that could one day find their way into cellphones or even electric vehicles. Richard Kaner, El-Kady's supervisor, said that while the breakthrough was a surprise, it built on years of experiments. "Nothing in science is actually an accident," he said. "It only looks that way when you look back."
just john, is that not where nano technology research is trying to take us, in general? Just a thought...
See, that's one of the selling points to me. Bloomingdales has readily and repeatedly made floor space available to Lyric Culture, with very impressive sales displays. Bloomies, LC's website, Delia's, Claire's, Hard Rock Café, Target, Wally's and the numerous Specialty Shops put my mind at ease about the future of this company. If these associations create reluctance with an investor to make a play here, then they're playing in the wrong arena. Stay away from the Pinks and OTCBBs. Thanks for all that you (and those other few posters here saying the same damn thing and posting pictures, and giving fake numbers) do here. Let's shout it out, loud: GO LYRIC!!!... and GLTALs.
L_R, an investor can never go wrong using caution, first. That especially applies to someone newly discovering LYJN. But once the dd has been ascertained, seeing the vast selection of available goods and the equally vast distribution network, a speculative play with LYJN is logical imho. Of course with any pinksheet or otcbb stock, one should not place their hard earned money there if they can't afford to lose. Granted, a speculative play is no different than placing a wager; so therefore the money placed for some tens or hundreds of thousands of LYN shares should instead go towards a few AAPLs, IBMs, GEs, or DISneys, etc; but where's the fun there? You go there to preserve an already established nest-egg, imho. My intention is to grow with LYJN and watch it gain investment status or bust. Some here will say "bust", but that's their prerogative. As always, GLTALs.
99, that obviously does not reflect growth in some people's eye. From your post, six years without any positive or measurable advancements. Oh, wait! I just looked at your chronology again, with my eyes open, and noticed a multitude of positive developments. Now I see how some reach off-base conclusions. I guess that we see what we want to, when we want to and ignore the rest, when it comes to Lyric Culture.
Stop it MAC. Your post might cause people to think that this company might be growing.
Dontnosheet, please share with us
the same few posters here who will be saying the same damn thing
I was reading an article about ship-to-ship streaming within the US Navy and started wondering: How viable is it to consider using the B-I-B for that type of commmunications?
http://digital.gcn.com/?iid=75335&startpage=page0000027#folio=26
Would the technology be restrictive due to weight; or could a transponder be small enough to be affixed to the B-I-B? Perhaps miniaturization efforts could apply here as well. Of course my technology aptitude is minuscule, any reply would be appreciated.
... whatsoever, runandadd. eom.
Investing in WSGI could become an ethical/moral conflict for some... considering the privacy issues, particularly.
That's odd, MAC. There is a Q-106 here, but they have a Country Music format instead of Rock. It would indeed be interesting if they advertised LC's newest products; but given the chances are slim-to-none that they'd play music by The Who, we won't be hearing that ad this far north of the Upper Valley.
Fwiw, 99, I did indeed see LC products @ Claire's in Bangor, ME in 2011. I didn't check there again until sometime last month (Feb). But like I said in a previous post, there were goods @ Deliah's, Kay Jewelers and Pet Smart; and was told by Deliah's staff person that the same goods were at W'Mart, but I did not check.
One might say that LYJN has some rabid investors who couldn't care less about some of the opinions about LC's shortcomings. If the products and retail outlets do not find favor for someone towards investing in the company, then I'd never understand one's presence on this board. By the way all posters are individuals, but if one decides to call the "pro" posters multi-alises because they take no negative positions toward the company, that's their right. I do however admire those who have kept us abreast of LC's developments and new releases. GLTALs and Go Lyric!
WildWest, I've found a link to the that article: http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/news/80219/New-mini-petrol-engine.html Since it's dated 2007, do you know if that research & development continues?
L_R, the creativity and hard work is what's most attractive to me with LC. The strides and successes that Hanna is achieving touch a multitude of venues, when one stops to think about it; the undeterred drive she has exhibited from the beginning, and continuing.... These are some of the LYJN attractants for me. My presence as an investor does not weigh on the release of the financials, but the move up to the next level or bust, of LYJN. And yes it IS a gamble, for the pessimists. Detractors' replies go unseen here. GLTALs.
