Please accept our apologies for being so tardy in responding to your email. We just discovered it in our junk mail. Long ago our CEO said we planned to do quarterly conference calls. However, the subject of deferring those in favor of press release updates was addressed by our CEO in a press release dated May 30, 2018. Everyone at PharmaCyte is fully engaged trying to bring its therapy for pancreatic cancer to the point of an IND submission to the FDA. We don’t want to provide an update on every new development we sometimes face daily. The market will react accordingly, even though the issue may have been resolved the next day or even before the update is published.

We will continue to conduct business responsibly. When we have material information to report, we will do so as we always have – publish a press release. We should be publishing an update this coming week.

I certainly can appreciate what you have to say and agree with not tipping your hand to the possible competition. Yet, KW this past year felt OK with putting information out to the shareholders and now nothing. Some kind of creative update (so as to not spill the beans to competition) would certainly be appreciated I think by many.

RC, all because we are left in the dark. Lack of communication is a killer for organizations.

No truer statement has been made. I've expressed this to IR, have posted this on PMCB FB page and stated such on this site. It is nice to hear someone else echo that sentiment!!! Good for you!!! we just need the rest of the folks to start chanting the same message!!!

I don't know what their method is, that's the first time I ever sent IR an email. RC, I haven't been here as long as some but, I have been invested here since 2014 and I think on this site 2015 and have posted here maybe 60+ times. I mostly just come on and check out the post, look for news and such. However, of late I've become less happy with the course/path of things. Some folks here make a call for patience (God Bless Them) but, even patience has a time line. I think they forget that being a share holder makes them part owner of this company, this is not a private company but a public company. We should be kept abreast of the coming and goings minus legal and things of a secret nature. Yet there are still creative ways to communicate.

Well I don't have much confidence after all I sent IR an email on 21 March requesting a conference call for share holders "as was promised some time ago". Of course no response!

I just posted my displeasure on the Pharmacyte Face Book page. I know a few things about leadership and the worst thing, the biggest killer to unit moral is for leadership not to communicate with their people.

I sent the below mentioned email to IR March 21st and have gotten no response.

Yes, we as shareholders all own a piece of Pharmacyte byway of our stock purchases and so, I like a number of other shareholders request that the CEO do as promised.

Despite what some have said about this interview, I don't know, I thought with the limited amount of time he had, not to bad. I was shocked to hear the stomach piece. If we can just get this thing to trials!!!

5223, a post from 2017. I'm not a basher nor am I a pumper just a guy who try's to invest in some stock. I actually looked at this stock because of it's Green company and thought that it would have a future. Maybe it still does, I don't know but, one thing I do know is that there was a RS. You couldn't have owned those 3 million shares about 2 years ago because the company did a RS. I've never owned so many shares but, I had a few and now I own "1". I know that this is not the only company to have done an RS but, usually it is not a good sign when a company does such, at least in my experiences. I'll never tell anybody what to do or not to do. Its just a stated fact that I only own "1" share at .oo22 per.

Yes I got in about 6 months before the RS and then one day I saw I had "1" share and I thought what the hell is this. Every day I check my stocks and I have to see that "1" share looking me in the face. I can't even sell it, it would cost me more in fees and its worth less then a half a cent, unbelievable. So, what else to do but laugh. Good luck to you and Happy Holidays!

I own 1 share, that is toooooo funny. Never had as many as you but had enough to retain 1 single share after the RS. Yes I got got so, now I think I'll short the hell out of it!

Maybe that's the day PMCB announces some major news?

Yes I too have been involved since October of 14, waiting patiently like a rollercoaster!

We have not heard a word thru the month of August from PMCB, it was speculated by someone on this board a while back that the company just might file the IND application with the FDA and possibly not release the PR until 30 days later with the presumed acceptance by the FDA. So, its been very quiet around here this whole month. Any thoughts on this possibility?

Mostly I just read, rarely post but, I have a question of the board. Given this new bad news and how it was discovered and certainly by many the loss of faith with the CEO, "can we or do we as share holders have the right to remove the CEO"? After all it is thru the monies we've invested that has given this company it's very life blood.

Truly disappointed and I have been invested since NVLX. Very disappointed!!!
