Any highlights from the report?eom
Banks: Regarding managements silence lately, it has been deafening. I email them about once or twice a quarter. I sent out an email earlier this week and have not gotten a response. I usually get a response back rather quickly. Frankly, I am usually pleasantly surprised at the speed of the response. However, it hasn't been a week yet. Could be busy. The silence on the state of the business however is extremely deafening lately. The PPS makes it seem even louder.
Thanks Mae. Anything on MOBL?
Beam: Are you saying that long term losses have no limit. I thought they were all at $3000 limit, but I have never held anything for a year until NEOM, so I haven't had to deal with long term losses before.
If NEOM wants to capitalize on TS, they had better have a PR ready for tomorrow morning so TS will put it in his update tomorrow night. That, coupled with his supposed talk with them will hopefully help drive the price up tomorrow or wednesday.
Let's collect money for a Superbowl Ad. We can have car washes at the local pizza hut, sell donuts and candybars, or just go door to door. If it goes much lower, I may have to do this to pay the bills anyway. Here's hoping for a great CTIA week of news.
If we get things rolling well this fall and top it off with some kind of launch with Microsoft in January followed by a SuperBowl Ad. Think of all the exposure from a well done Superbowl ad!
Hey, we have Bans at the top of the board. Yeahhhhh!!!! Can we nominate others?!!
Did NEOM use the paint assets as collateral for the loan? If so, then they would have to pay off that loan before they could sell the paint business.
Drmyke: The idea that TS has already exited had crossed my mind. The fact that he has been quiet for awhile on NEOM makes one think it is a possibility. I haven't followed any of his exit moves on the other Microcaps, so I'll have to live and learn. For those who have the microcap subscription, how did he exit SMTR and others?
Seems that TS is feeling much the same way that several people were feeling when the news came out about the refinance. Hard to imagine this getting much uglier, but if TS dumps NEOM, it is definitely single digits. However, knowing the way TS seems to operate, I would say we get some nice news after he talks to management. The stock will go back up and he will get out then... not while it is down this bad.
Elliot: It wouldn't be the first time a company has done that. Let's hope it happens this time. It better be good.
Both PR's at first glance appear as very bad news to the average investor. This is likely to cause a short-term drop in the share price, which will scare a few more investors out. This would be a great time for management to level with shareholders on the current state of affairs through a letter to shareholders.
Google would have alot to gain by using NEOM... especially if we could get a rock solid verdict on the Scanbuy case. If Google gets their name out there as mobile search king before us... one or two click, it could be ugly for NEOM. Microsoft has to know this, so a battle for the one click could be waged. Wow, this could get very interesting overnight. That's what keeps us here day after day... Ahhh the suspense. The excitement has eeked up a notch. Probably will continue to eek up exponetially for the rest of the year until it explodes on a major announcement one day.
With everyone expecting the 9-12 million refinancing soon, does anyone think this is already factored into the current price?
TS MOBL update from another board.

Thanks Nutsoc! eom
I hope Google ends up on our side. Formidable opponent.
Any lurkers or posters around that owned shares when the Digital Convergence PR was issued?
Thanks Personlizit.eom
JP: Did that Digital Convergence offer cover a specified length of time like the Virgin agreement?
There was a post from earlier today regarding Microsoft. It stated that Microsoft had passed on buying a company for 500 million that had less than 20 million in revenue. Anyone think that was NEOM? Seems like the offer would have been too low for NEOM to entertain. I will try to find the post and edit this one before time is out.
Found it... courtesy of Banks

Success: I have Brewski on ignore, so this may be what his is posting about, but I am seeing a Virgin Entertainment Survey. Is anyone else seeing that.
Hangdog: Please PM your email or I can post mine here if need be. I would like to hear any info you may have.
Thanks,
Edster
JP: Are you saying that Qode will work on any phone for any type barcode when launched... in your opinion?
As much as we want it to be true, keep in mind that was just another post by an individual and may or may not be true. However, let's hope it is.
YJ: I have seen that before, I was just hoping for more validation from the recent relationship will the Valley Group of more than the one type of code. I think it is coming soon, just anxiously awaiting.
The 1d code doesn't relate to neomedia. Unless I am missing something.
Can anyone tell what Nokia model is pictured on the valleygorup site? Nice to see it is a Nokia phone.
Great find! It appears that they are marketing only the type of barcode shown. Will Qode be marketed by someone else as the system that can handle all types of codes this year, or will it be a limited launch? Will this relationship to the Qode launch be PR'd soon?
I got excited there for a minute. Don't toy with me like that.
Are you saying that NEOM is up AH?
Thanks Success! I should have known you would have the answer.
Ran across this blog from January 2002. Guy claims to have worked for NEOM during the downsizing and that neomedia was going to be bought by another company, but the deal fell through and they all got laid off. Who was going to buy them back then?

Anyone been able to find out how much Google paid for Nevin Vision?
The other link stated 12 'Maintenance' centers. That may be different from the 30 'Auto' Centers.
According to the link that Aztreedoc posted, Automart China has 12 maintenance facilities open.
Considering that Virgin should be well aware of what we have to offer, I hope that this news is a sign of things to come(owning Enpocket).
8eights: He also sent out another note of his top three picks. NEOM was #3 and was listed at 0.25 cents. He doesn't always update. I am pretty sure it is ITKG.
8eights: I think he is talking about ITKG.
